I overlooked it because well, I just needed a charger and I'm not even a Metro customer so what do I care right? Fast forward a day and my family member didn't need the charger. Great, I didn't even open it so I can return within 14 days right? Wrong apparently. I returned the following weekend, walked in and was greeted (barely) by an employee who didn't seem to want to help me, he looked over at the female manager, didn't get her name, to which she said she wasn't going to do his work for him and he had to do it. She reminded him that it could only be exchanged for store credit not returned. I told them I'm not even a metro customer why would I want store credit. She was very nonchalant and said that's our policy. I went to my car and read the fine print of my receipt which does not state that. I returned and told them that but she said there's nothing I can do that's our policy. Well, not according to my receipt it's not, nor was I informed of this when I purchased. I filed a complaint with corporate. I attached their return policy to this post so you can see for yourself. I cannot believe this. Well, actually I can because what can you expect from a company like this with employees that look like they barely passed high school and never grew up or got a real job?
