Went to this location because of the reviews and it definitely didn't disappoint, haven't been to happy with AT&T this store gave me hope

Had been satisfied with the years I've had ATT service. Until recently when my first responder service was no longer applicable. (Retired 33 is of service). My phone svc was turned off had to go to store 3 times and have it reactivated. After couple of days received notice I owed pymt. My daughter pays our phones yet, her svc never interrupted. They created a new acct for me. Left hers intact. Charged us both new activation fees, pd her bill.charged me separately. Went back to ATT and got Chris who was supposed to help us sort this mess out. First of all he was totally not interested in helping us. Just sat there like a bump on a log. If he were my son, I honestly would've scolded him. Like one of those zoned out gamers. Told us Mac, the mgr. Was at lunch and then would be at West Covina store. We were getting no where with this lazy guy. Went to West Covina store. In just the first minutes with the salesperson we had issue sorted out. We left with service straightened out, my discount. Hot spot, 2 new phones and insurance on all four. Satisfied customers and commission earned by our salesperson. I had a problem with my older phone using too much data after a recent Apple system upgrade. I also had a limited data plan, so the system upgrade used up all my data in one week! I went to the AT&T store in Baldwin Park and they were absolutely terrific. They listened to my explanation and immediately identified the lowest cost option for me to get unlimited data in case of future Apple systems data hog changes. They found a replacement plan for me that was only $10 per month more than my old plan. They were professional, pleasant and efficient. Great experience! read more

Very great experience. Julio helped me at the Baldwin park location at around 6pm. He was the only employee on site & was very attentive not just to me but everyone in the store. What stood out to me the most is that Julio didn't just treat me as a customer but as a guest. The store felt pretty warm (maybe the AC was off) and he offered a glass of water, he made the effort to make a personal connection and talk about basketball. I also noticed that he paid close attention to everyone who walked in, by saying hello and welcoming them hen letting them know he'd be with them shortly. There was also an older couple before me and were a bit slower to understand what Julio was telling them, but Julio remained patient and showed awesome customer service. I think this Baldwin Park store is lucky to have him as their employee and should consider rewarding him for this great experience. read more

I needed a new phone on a rush basis. After going to the AT&T store at the West Covina mall (I was turned away, horrible experience), I came here and I couldn't be happier. Ruby was so helpful and knowledgeable she made the process so easy. She's extremely patient and honest. I had another question later that day and I spoke with Veronica who is equally knowledgeable. 5 STARS for the Main Man there: AMIR (The Manager) He was an all around awesome dude! and an even better salesman! modest man, claims he isn't in it for the sale, but let's be real! no one is going to let you in after hours not to make a sale right?... YELP states this location closes at 8pm, that is NOT TRUE. They close at 7pm. My BF and I came around 7:15pm and he was inside, he nodded that they were closed so we walked away, and I was rather disappointed since that was my only free time before 9pm. Moments later he opened the door, asked what we needed, invited us in. Then we got the ball rollin'!!!! He hooked us up! awesome deals we could NOT REFUSE! I even complimented his sales skills, which of course he denied. He just said he was being honest, no BULLShit! which we admired so! Since his systems were down, he advised us to come the next day. I had work, but my BF stopped by and Amir was there, took care of our plans, and new phones. Then he left for lunch.... This is why I deducted a star... Rinaldo, the assistant manager... was rather RUDE!!!!!!! Amir said he would hook us up for the accessories at xx% off...Rinaldo would not allow it so he charged my BF Full price, then decided to give him 20% instead of xx% off...my BF told him to call Amir, and they were going at it back and forth, then Amir shows up asking what was the issue...turns out Rinaldo fked up, and he got pissed because he had to refund my BF $20, and he actually said..."well shit man, now I have to pay out of pocket for the difference"...my bf said: "well that ain't my problem, I already told you" Then, Rinaldo tried to sweet talk him by saying, aye man if you can give me a good rating when you receive the email, my boyfriend who is also brutally honest, tells him straight up, hell naw! Not you, but Amir yes! AND... he was a bitter once again. Amir wanted to see my BF old galaxy to see if they are able to get some money out of it, and Rinaldo kept saying, no man, the screen is cracked, it aint worth shit. -_- asshole. Anyway, bottom line...AMIR is the go-to guy for all your at&t needs! Avoid Rinaldo at all costs! read more

Walked in here to purchase prepaid service. The gentleman who greeted us couldn't tell us about the prepaid service. I went to the wall where I found flyers for the service, and he still couldn't help. We left, and bought Verizon. read more

Great customer service... I was assisted by Espy and Sil and they were both very helpful. They both displayed professionalism in perfect fashion. They both went above and beyond to ensure I was a happy customer. Both are amazing advocates for AT&T. I will definitely be coming here from now on because they didn't redirect me to other locations and weren't afraid to troubleshoot when obsticles presented themselves. Had been with T-Mobile for a very long time, no complaints but wanted to get a better deal knowing that having Direct TV would help. Maribel assisted us and I'm glad she did. She was very knowledgeable,patient, understating and above all, a sweet heart. When we made the switch, we were there late, roughly 9:00pm. Not one time did I sense frustration or attitude from her. She did what she had to do to make sure that all 4 phones were up and running. If we hadn't had dealt with her, not sure if we would had made the switch. I'm a business customer with att. I know it may seem minute to some but part of that is having fees waived and receipts. I wouldn't give my business to them regularly. I was charged for a SIM card. Not a lot of money but still At&T is inconsistent with what they say over the phone and what they practice in stores. Never again read more

Valerie, was absolutely awesome!!! Very helpful and very patient with me. Purchased an iPhone6 and she made sure all my questions were answered and all devices were set up properly and quick! Addressed all and any questions I had. I wasn't feeling good, bad cold flu, headache, bad day and she went out of her way to be extra nice and helpful. Always with a smile, very friendly, very patient and helpful... She sold me with a iPad, just had to get lol. Very Happy Customer!!! My wife and I recently went to this store to purchase the iPhone 8. While there, the manager and his team were able to look into our monthly bill with both AT&T and DirecTv, and offer us discounts, and suggestions to lower our bill even more! At&t sucks! A guy from AT&T told us that if we move to 40gigs an removed the unlimited it would be match better but its not true dont be full about this! Im been a customer since 2002 and beause of d unlimted plan i stick with them and until they told my hisband false stuff about the 40 higs plan and i talked to them and told them if i can have my unlimited back as a loyal customer and good customer but they dont care about loyalty all they want is there money! So guys be careful with AT&T or rather dont get this carrier look for a better and friendly one..... read more

If I could give them no stars I would! I have never had such horrible service ANYWHERE! I would rather pay extra to be treated better with better service at Verizon! This AT&T store sucks BIG FAT ones! Service terrible when u first walk thru the door. The greeting is terrible. There's no pay station and their excuses is they're not a corporate store. Tried to charge me $25 for a SIM card. I went to another store that was not corporate and they had a pay station and didn't charge me for a sim. Place is trash! Terrible experience. The guy in store was not helpful at all!! I had a quick easy problem need to be fix. However, the staff was not willing to help, just talked to ones who wanna buy new phone or new service, but throw me to online customer service system. Great place to get a phone and hop on a plan. Sometimes they have offers that are just so awesome. A few weeks back it was 10gigs plus calls to Mexico for the same price we were already paying. Other times the iPads are discounted depending on the plan you get or if you get a new line.. Don't quote me on that I'm not a sales rep. I just know you always have to be on your toes for new offers! The staff is helpful and the manager is very knowledgeable about the services that the company has to offer. read more
