This is a great business. My previous experiences with cable/tv/internet etc service providers had been dismal. Constant service disruption, speed spikes and crashes, price increases and shilling for extras and unnecessary services. Not the case with Giggle Fiber. The service works, they increased the price once (by $5) in 5 years, outages are brief and seldom and best of all they leave me alone. I do not track my speed for the service and cannot say if it is consistently what is advertised. The good thing is I don't need to because everything works. I can stream a movie and work on my laptop while my kids play video games and my wife watches something on her phone with a tablet on and everything will work like it's supposed to. If you live in Monrovia or surrounding neighborhoods with service available I would recommend it.

I've managed to get a few appointments scheduled for a technician to come check out the issue and they never show up or Frontier cancels them because it "was resolved" when it wasn't. I will be canceling my service after I get a damn refund. Would give zero stars if possible. Save yourself the headache and pick a different provider.

When my name was finally called (after waiting for 15-20 minutes), the Spectrum Representative, Carlos, assisted me with my purchase. Carlos, whom I have dealt with on numerous visits here, was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and professional. Carlos always provides GREAT customer service, and I truly appreciate his dedication to assuring that other customers and I leave the store happy with whatever they were here to do. Be it with cable or internet service, the purchase, or issues with cell phones and/or equipment returns, Carlos and all the other employees will always do their absolute best. I had the pleasure of Alan Hernandez assisting me. He instantly connected with me and was so friendly, patient and knowlegable. I bought the wrong box (my router) in and was pretty embarrassed. Alan still sent me out with a new modem (yes, I promise to bring the old one back) with detailed instructions on installation. He pretty much sold me on switching my cellular service from AT&T to Spectrum. I am so grateful for people like Alan who can make such a difference!
