My husband stopped by and they had it all taken care of right away. Pricing is very reasonable, service is fast and friendly. I highly recommend them and greatly appreciate their help in getting my kids back on the road! They were very happy to see their car back in action. If you have an electronic that needs some care make sure to reach out to them. Parking can be a little tight but there are spaces in front and there are plenty of shops in the area so you can drop off your item for repair and get a bite to eat.

We were getting no where with this lazy guy. Went to West Covina store. In just the first minutes with the salesperson we had issue sorted out. We left with service straightened out, my discount. Create your account online: * Enter your email address. * Set an account password. * May be asked to set a security PIN for account support. 5. Complete activation and start service. Summary * Email: Yes -- you pick your own when you create the carrier account. * Password: Yes -- you set your own account password. * PIN: The SIM may have a default PIN (carrier-provided) that you can change, and many carriers let you create a security PIN for account support. He tells me there is no warranty, I said that it states 90 days warranty on the receipt. He said that he would honor it but made a mistake by not taking that off. Pretty much if you get a battery installed and it dies in a week, there is no warranty. That is NO good for business. I will never go back or refer anyone here.

Played with my phone for about 5 minutes and said that I would have to go to Apple store because they could not find anything that was wrong with their system. But Apple or any phone they sell is PART of their system. This is part of a business account so I do not have the final decision on our service although I have been bitching and I think they are starting to hear me! I went to pick up my family nearby; they were shopping for new phones and service at T-Mobile and while I was sitting in the store waiting for them, I realized a VPN had turned on somehow and was causing the problems. Thank goodness I didn't have to go wait at the Apple store.
