I needed to upgrade but no store had iPhone 16 available near me and some I called barely were kinda not helpful until I called this store and they had what I wanted. Went in and Ivan was super helpful and got what I wanted. He answered all of my questions and wasn't trying to force me to change plan or anything unlike other stores who tried to make me get more expensive plan. He listened and gave me what I wanted. Terrible customer service. Went to pick up a warranty exchange with a passport card. They would not give it to me. Also I'm stuck with their service till May 11 because they mistakenly charged me with a phone I returned. It's taking them 3 months to fix their mistake. I have email confirmation that the phone was received and they know they have the phone but won't clear the charge. Now I'm stuck with T-Mobile until the feel like cleaning the charge. read more

Melissa was amazing. My husband and I went in to upgrade both our phones and she was amazing. Had a great sense of humor while still doing her job. Answered all our questions. Even helped us when we had to go back for a new Sim card lol. read more

Been coming to this spot for a bit. I usually take care of all my T-Mobile business over the phone. But there's been a few times I needed hands on support. I hope this review helps. Most issues can be resolved with customer support over the phone. So idk why this location has bad reviews. The few times I've come here, I get the help I need. Huge shoutout to Eddie at the T-Mobile store! He went above and beyond to help me and my wife out. We bought a new phone for her about 6 months ago, and recently started having some issues with it. I honestly thought we were going to have to buy a brand new one, but Eddie came through and got it replaced for us. He was super helpful, patient, and really knew his stuff. Best experience ever Melissa was so sweet very knowledgeable took an hour with us to help us understand the plans we had and explained what we were paying for etc. Gave us honest advise on our plan went through all the contract was really patient. Probably would give a 0! Came in to possibly switch carrier from Verizon to T-Mobile to see if i can save a few bucks. Was waiting for 1 hour. The 2 girls never asked me what i wanted, or the guests coming in... im probably used to Verizon's excellent customer service. Once the girl realized I was frustrated while she was helping someone else asked me what i wanted and i told her, i told her and she asked how many lines ect. I wanted a one to one convo, not for everyone at this store to listen to what i wanted. I just told her forget it i changed my mind. Horrible service!!! read more

This location is so ghetto starting from the employees. Went to pick up a phone and 2 out of the 4 employees I believe one being the manager could not figure out how to resolve the issue I was having with my phone. While waiting, another employee was helping a customer, while talking with her I noticed every other word was profanity and the other girl was on Snapchat all this while the manager stood behind the counter listening and laughing with them. Don't go here if you're looking for help. It's the tmobile next to Wells Fargo in Baldwin park. They're very rude and unhelpful. I went in having to return a device otherwise I'd get charged 200 dollars for it. I was told by a representative online that I can go to any store so I chose this one (closest to me) the guy Malcom that helped me didn't even bother to help at first he tried to lie and say they didn't ship returns until I mentioned that a representative told me that I could and he gave little effort to help. He "attempted" to look for my account and said he couldn't find it even though I had my bill and account info on paper. When he denied to help I called T-Mobile again online at the parking lot and they were very confused as they where able to find my account easily and mentioned that this person was likely giving little effort to help. Point of the story is avoid this place they have people with bad customer service. read more

Wow, this is ridiculous! I have not had my phone going on 4 days because of their issues during migration from Sprint to T-Mobile! This has to be the most unprofessional company. I was there for 4hrs on Tuesday and they wanted me to purchase another phone! (I missed half a days worth of work) I told them I need a phone for work purposes. So they did something so I could leave with a phone that worked. (Not mine). They said that it would be working in 24hrs. I was supposed to get a phonecall the next day. So, after 3pm I decided to call. I was told that everything would be working. Being that late in the day, I did not want to chance it not working and not have a phone during Thanksgiving. Fast forward to today. So I called today, Friday and I decided to do as they said because they were open. Guess what, my phone still isn't working. So I called and I talked to Claudia, she has tried to help. She told me that she was on the phone trying to fix the problem. So I decided to go in. Nope, I couldn't tell if she was on hold or what but was busy selling another phone. She told me that she could sell me another phone. My phone worked perfectly before the migration! (She did her best) But the manager never even tried to help!!! Why should I have to purchase another phone???? If I could put 0 stars I would!!!
