These guys were faster, straightforward, reasonably priced, and did excellent work. I'll definitely be coming back whenever I need another repair. Thank you, Raul and NEUCASE!

He's very fair, will let you know the possibilities upfront, he's not a magician but he will try to do his best and I assure you he did! His customer service was 5 stars and by all the people that were coming in to pick up their electronics I could tell he was a very fair and genuine person (not like other phone repair businesses I've gone to). Mobile iPhone Repair was the only place in the area that did not close at 5pm on a Friday night. My iPhone 14 Pro Max kept restarting on its own where I couldn't get to my Home Screen and I plugged it into iTunes and it went into restore mode with black screen and the laptop & charging cable icon. When I arrived Angel assessed my phone and advised I had a bad battery. After putting in a new battery, he plugged it into iTunes and it still wanted to go to the restore settings instead of "update". He did advise me it was probably going to erase everything which I was already fine with I just needed the phone to turn on. After going through with the process my phone turned and I was able to still access everything which was amazing! It was a 50/50 shot but a chance I was willing to take. Thank you for your expertise!

After almost 2 weeks and several attempts calling, my Mom went in to see what's going on. Frustrated with their terrible service, they became defensive and instead of taking the opportunity to flex some customer service skills they did the opposite. They threw the phone back and said it's best you go somewhere else, after waiting 2 weeks. Hahaha! Its amazing and funny how terrible their customer service is or better said missing customer service. Obviously, their one review is a friend of the company and so I HIGHLY recommend you go else where for your phone repairs or ANYTHING. Their prices are not even the lowest to put up with their terrible services, but oh well never again.

I was provided with a receipt for my phone and subsequently proceeded to shop. After completing my shopping I went to get my phone. It was working great. My phone is a iPhone X, and the repair cost for this model is not cheap. I met Trung at the store. He is the sales manager and technician. He applied the discount for Thanksgiving.
