I would highly recommend this business for your repair needs! LONG REVIEW: I purchased my 2nd gen iPad Pro in 2020 brand new directly from Apple. A few weeks ago my iPad suddenly wouldn't power on. After trying all the suggested solutions online I took it to the Apple Store. They told me a major component failed & the only solution they offered me was to replace the entire iPad with the exact same one (amazing they had something that old in stock) & would've cost me about $500. I decided to look for other solutions & reached out to a few different businesses on Yelp. Joey was very quick to reply. I took it in & he diagnosed it free of charge. After a quick analysis he let me know there was major failure in the hardware & parts would need to be replaced. He told me if he could fix it, it would cost the price we agreed on when he diagnosed it. If not, it was no charge. He estimated he could finish the project by tomorrow. The next day he called (which I missed) & texted me to let me know my device was ready for pick up. To my delight, when I came to the shop the screen lit up & my wallpaper was still displayed (meaning my data was still there)! Joey was kind, worked quickly, & I was never in the dark about how long the service would take or how much it would cost me.
