I politely asked a staff member what number I was and was told there was one person ahead of me. While I continued waiting, two groups arrived after me and were checked in. Alfie then approached one of those new groups to assist them. I politely stated that I believed it was my turn. Alfie responded rudely, saying, "No, you are not," without checking my name. When I asked what number I was, he said there were two people ahead of me, which directly contradicted what his staff had just told me. When I pointed this out, he dismissed me and said, "Have a nice day." After another five minutes, Alfie called a customer who had just checked in after me and helped her instead. I calmly asked why I was being bypassed. Rather than answering, he repeatedly asked why I was upset and continued to ignore my question, while never acknowledging me or asking what help I needed. Being skipped, given inconsistent information, and spoken to dismissively felt disrespectful and discriminatory. This was one of the worst T-Mobile customer service experiences I've ever encountered.
