At this store I spoke with a young male and I thought I had been transplanted into Zootopia. This guy spoke like he was auditioning for the sloth role in that movie. Played with my phone for about 5 minutes and said that I would have to go to Apple store because they could not find anything that was wrong with their system. But Apple or any phone they sell is PART of their system. This is part of a business account so I do not have the final decision on our service although I have been bitching and I think they are starting to hear me! I went to pick up my family nearby; they were shopping for new phones and service at T-Mobile and while I was sitting in the store waiting for them, I realized a VPN had turned on somehow and was causing the problems. Located inside the superior supermarket by the west side entrance/ exit. You can't miss it as it's bright and has plenty of signage. I approached the counter and was greeted by the rep. I advised her of my problem and she quickly gave me a repair quote. I admit the price was higher than I had paid for this repair on another phone in the past but, the convenience overshadowed the price. I was provided with a receipt for my phone and subsequently proceeded to shop. After completing my shopping I went to get my phone. It was working great. This place is convenient, has friendly service and does prompt repairs.
