Very clean, evenly stocked Target location. Self-checkout is quick. Found everything I needed.

I went to target on my break from my shift waited in line at the Starbucks for more than 5 minutes cause the line was long and the staff was chatting with other target employees. and I looked at the menu and wanted a ham Swiss & croissant. That was the only item I wanted. The menu did not even say sold out and when it was my turn. The staff there said let me check if we still have it and then she checked and said there was no more! Ridiculous because they should at least say on there if it's sold out. I waited in a long long line for nothing! Might be the worse Starbucks also. Last time I ordered there too and I specifically asked for a tall caramel macchiato and the girl working there gave me a grande. So bad! read more

It's a larger Target and the original one that was closer to me. Sometimes the stock is bad and things run out quickly and the aisles look ransacked, but this sort of makes sense since it serves such a large community. Just make sure to check the app and see if they have in stock what you're looking for, but other than that, it's a standard Target. There's a Starbucks inside too. Service is a tad spread thin because it's so busy, but if you wander the aisles long enough you can find a red shirt that you can get assistance from. I actually learned about Cat Con from a staff member here which is super. Prices range from normal and to dirt cheap. The community is largely more Asian and when Halloween was over, we got huge 20+ packs of mini bags of chips for 30 cents each. We got lots of cheap clothing and decorations too. So just make sure you go after every holiday and pray haha. read more

By far still one of the worst locations in the area. Heavily understaffed, only got 2 employees working the register, small amount of open self-checkouts, one person working behind guest services who wasn't even behind the counter causing a long line of people waiting to pick up their online order/return items. Told the employee behind the register that I would like to price match an item which was shown for a lower price on the Target Circle app before she scanned the item to avoid having to have her go through rescanning it, so she scanned the barcode on the app and I paid assuming it was already price matched, until I noticed on the register that the item was showing the original price. I asked her why it wasn't adjusted, and then she took a look at my app again and stated that it's order pick up only..? In which I asked if it is not possible to price match their own app when I'm buying it in person. She then looks at the location which was set to Diamond Bar and then states that its their price over there, to which I switched it to Puente Hills and it still shows as the cheaper price despite the location.. We went on a quest for Dodgers merch and ended up at Target, bc obviously, Target has everything, including our dignity at checkout. Turns out, they've got a whole sports shrine in there: Dodgers gear, college football stuff, and even merch for other baseball teams (rude, but okay). Oh, and just when we thought it couldn't get better.... boom, there's a Starbucks inside!! I just had the best experience coming here today. The cashier Geradine was sooo wonderfully helpful. She managed to help me save money and deduct the gift card that I would have to use coming back again. Which i didn't need to make another trip. But she was so good. Standard fare of household products. Very cleanly organized, people are fairly quiet and go about milling around the aisles and getting things they want or need. Sales people are all around whether it's organizing or helping out customers. Interior is very typical Target style, up to date and brightly lit up. Lots of parking outside. read more

It's a hit or miss here. Sometimes you get friendly, helpful workers. Other times you get ones that don't want to help. I called and spoke with a female (first name starts with an "E") who doesn't really listen to the customer and just talks over you. Jaqueline, Jaqueline, Jaqueline. Why were you so angry today? I hope your day eventually got better because you certainly ruined mine with your nasty attitude. My daughters ordered a birthday gift online for their grandma to be picked up at the store. There were a young Asian man in front of us but I didn't pay much attention to him until I heard him raised his voice a bit asking the cashier Jaqueline, "Why are you treating me this way? Why are you accusing me when all I wanted was to return two chap sticks that I accidentally purchased the wrong kind for?" - he seemed noticeably upset, while our "sweet little" Jacqueline unapologetically took $8 from the cash register and literally threw the money down the counter and started to mumbled to herself while that young man walked away extremely angry. Our "sweet" Jaqueline then proceeded to throw some items into the go back area before turning to me. I nicely informed her I had an order pick up and she literally cut me off while taking out her scanner and without looking at me, sarcastically said "Un Momento, por favor". I was quite shocked as it was obvious my children and I are Asian so why did she intentionally speak to us in Spanish? Instead of getting upset, I said "Gracias" since she decided to play the language game. She then looked up at me and said in English, "I do not know any other Spanish words besides what I just said". She then walked away. She walked back with my item and while handing the item to me, I wanted to ask her if I could get a gift receipt but I couldn't even get my sentence out because when I said "I am sorry, can I .." she cut me off and said "No" and walked away. I said, "Excuse me?" In which she responded" You wanted a bag right? No you can't, you don't get a bag for this order, but if you want one I can give you one". At that point, I was livid. I asked her for her name and she didn't provide it to me. I was able to get it from her name tag. How can someone like her still be employed? If she hates Asian people so much, she should transfer to another location since Rowland Heights bordering Puente Hills are mostly of Asians. If she doesn't like her job, she should quit because her bad attitude ruins people's day. I've shopped at Target for over 25+ years and I can honestly say she's the worse employee I've ever came across. She's just terrible and I hope after I contact the corporate office to file a formal complaint, they could offer her some retraining on customer service. read more

I'm I know why this target is rated so badly. I was buying a few things and today was the last day you were gonna be able to use plastic bags after this. You have to use paper bags. Well I don't like paper bags so I bought I was grabbing some plastic bags and I grabbed the ones that were out in the self service and I paid for each and every bag but three members of the staff came and confronted me and said we told you you can't do that and I said that's not what you said. I asked her do you have any boxes and she says no we're going to paper if she would've just said no that would be fine but she did not say that she said we're going to paper. We don't have any more boxes just out and so they confronted me and embarrassed me. I will never go to this target again. read more

Went to this Target on Colima in Rowland Heights on Monday 3/16/2026 at 1:20pm, after checking a handful of other Target locations for the popular Butter Squeeezy toy. I asked Laura which was in the party favor section stocking, if she happened to know where I can find this toy since there wasn't any in the location that the app had mentioned and it also said they where in stock. She let me know that someone else had asked about them and another employee got it for them from customer service. So she radio customer service and they told her that they do got them so she directed me to just go to customer service and they'll have it for me. When I went to customer service and let the cashier know that I was there for the toy, another cashier jumped in the conversation and said that she never told Laura that she had the butter squeeezy toy that she told her that they only got the banana one. I said ok. So the cashier proceeded to finish my transaction. I then went back to let Laura know of what just occurred and she called the employee that had given another customer the butter one and he said that they should be in customer service. Laura then radio customer service again and let them know where they can find them so they did. I went back to customer service and the cashier that jumped into our conversation and had said that they didn't have them proceeded to ring me up for the butter toy. She didn't even apologized or anything. I was trying to find the name of the rude cashier on the receipt but I didn't see one. Laura should be recognized for her service exceptional customer service for going far and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. Thank you Laura. You are truly the best. read more

This is a review of their online purchase and pick up service at the front counter. Ordered the new Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom and a Nintendo switch pro controller on their website which they had limited stock. I was able to reserve these items right away and within 1 hour of placing the orders online, I got a notification that they were ready for in person pick up. The line for the service desk hasn't been too long since the past 3 times I've visited despite this being a major target hub/store for Rowland Heights. Staff was friendly and helpful. When picking up your item; make sure to have your ID and your barcode from the target app (preferably) since it makes the whole process easy and faster for both the employee and for yourself. The price I paid for these items were of good value and in mint condition so can't complain there. I'll definitely order more from this convenient service for any of my gaming needs! read more

The pharmacy is terrible here. They never have stock of the most basic diabetes supplies, my sensors, my insulin, and other meds. I end up usually going to Costco, which usually works harder to get my scripts filled and on many of the meds better prices. Do not place pickup orders for food here or buy target gift cards. Gift cards will have no balance on them and you'll have to go through corporate to get your money back. Pickup order food is almost always expired. Also, stay away from that use your own bag options when placing a pick up order as workers will forget your items. read more

Its the womens clothes. Ive heard others ask who the heck is ordering these awful clothes, and I also wanna know. The womens clothes are so awful, ugly, and damn uncomfortable looking. Just a few things really. They're always out of stuff. It seems like and instead of stocking in the middle of the day and they're taking up a whole aisle with their carts preventing people from shopping that they do this at the end of the day while they're cleaning up or before they open. And if people really need something that it looks like they're out of. Ask somebody to check in the back for you, I don't see what the issue is. They shouldn't preventing customers from shopping even if it is unintentional but other than that, this location is actually pretty good. Maybe a bit more variety would help. read more

Came to this store because I was in the area. Had a return from a different target whose receipt was not fully readable. I was glad they offered in store credit. $10 no big deal. However, I proceeded to look at laptops, and their loss prevention guy, undercover, was so obvious he was watching me. All I was doing was scanning the bar codes to compare laptops on their app since none were available to compare in real life. Furthermore, my daughter stated she saw the same guy watching her in the toy section. He was so obvious, in green long sleeve collar shirt sipping his coffee, today 8/7/24. I almost felt targeted. I have money and was willing to buy a laptop at that moment since I start school shortly. I just left and bought my laptop from staples. If you're interested in laptops do not come here. They have none on display and you have to go solely on reviews. At least at staples you can test them and see their features. read more

Since we were in the area we had to buy our monthly supply of paper towels and toilet paper, the big package that last a few months LoL. This is one big store that's fully stocked with all the popular products I am looking for. Tarjay My adult daughter shops at Target store since her younger age. She called the store Tarjay - it sounded French giving shoppers that this was not a "discounted store." Well, now that I shop more often here, I can agree. There are reasons that I like Target: Daily essentials, chic fashions, food and groceries are under one roof. The price and quality offer value. The open hours are long, lighting in store bright. I like the Drive-Up service, it started off during the pandemic, very convenient, specially when sick and what needed was Tylenol... and something else. Worth mentioning is the "price match." At the checkout just let the clerk know which app has better price - like Amazon or ... if the app is in their data, they will make proper adjustment(s), Target's app is easy to use. - it keeps in-store and online purchases history. This is especially helpful when forgot when and what item(s) had purchased for returns. Last but not least, there is a new store manager, she seems more human than an unfriendly, unhelpful exited. Conveniently located next to a ton of other shops, Ross, Petsmart, Ulta, Old Navy, the Puente Hills mall, Costco and a ton of restaurants. Parking is easy. Great selection of movie snacks if you are going to the near by cinema. Great selection of drinks as well. I love this spicy pineapple jalapeño pre-made margarita. It comes in a small glass bottle and can maybe make three drinks with ice. For $13 I think it's worth the price considering that a single cocktail at a restaurant can set you back $15. I can usually only find this bottle at select Ralph's stores and maybe a BevMo. But the have it here and for that I give five stars. read more

The pick-up employee working at the pharmacy with the huge thick lashes that are about to fall off her eyes was rude! I needed my prescription transferred from another CVS and she told me that I had to do it myself. I didn't understand her. I told her I always do this go to the pharmacy and tell them I have a prescription ready at another CVS, but since I'm here, I'd like to pick it up. They always transfer it. She told me to call the other pharmacy and have it sent. I told her that she was supposed to do that. I then went to Zane, who is the real pharmacist who assisted me. He is very polite and knowledgable. This store will continue to be as horrible as their management team. I've never been yelled at by a grown man for seemingly no reason. So here's the story: myself and a friend go in to buy starwars trading cards (yes starwars I know ) I didn't feel like purchasing them because honestly had no idea what they were. Service is horrible! Refuse to allow me to make a purchase because they needed to stock the isle and take a picture. Do that before or after business hours to avoid interruption to your business. I went there on the bus to only be told I could not buy what I needed as a gift because they were fixing the fixture and needed a picture. She said to come back in two hours really!
