I can't remember when I've ever encountered a more knowledgeable, personable, and professional salesperson than Lisa Marie. I removed the mattress protector sack this week and discovered my mattress was covered in brown hair!! My hair is purple and grey. I contacted them and sent pictures via text. I've left voicemails. They are ignoring me!! No return responses at all. No longer will I refer family and friends to them. It's disappointing that the wonderful service I experienced a year ago isn't there today.
