It was all done in a matter of minutes. I only saw the replacement mattress as it can through the door in a plastic bag. I removed the mattress protector sack this week and discovered my mattress was covered in brown hair!! My hair is purple and grey. I contacted them and sent pictures via text. I've left voicemails. They are ignoring me!! No return responses at all. No longer will I refer family and friends to them. It's disappointing that the wonderful service I experienced a year ago isn't there today. Buyers beware!!! Inspect that mattress upon arrival! Don't trust the plastic bag trick.

After two so-called "expert" inspections and more than six phone calls totaling hours of my time, they are now denying coverage and backtracking on what was promised. This is not just poor quality, it is blatant misrepresentation. I have two witnesses who were present when I was told the warranty would cover cushion failure, especially this early on. Now they are pretending otherwise. I will be taking this matter to small claims court. Avoid this company at all costs. I will never buy from them again and will continue sharing this experience so others do not fall into the same trap.
