Came by because my iPhone had not been working properly for about 18 hours. I tried calling 611 for support but Verizon would send me a text to link and confirm who I was. But since my phone is not working properly, I could not confirm and the gal suggested I go to a Verizon store. At this store I spoke with a young male and I thought I had been transplanted into Zootopia. This guy spoke like he was auditioning for the sloth role in that movie. Played with my phone for about 5 minutes and said that I would have to go to Apple store because they could not find anything that was wrong with their system. But Apple or any phone they sell is PART of their system. This is part of a business account so I do not have the final decision on our service although I have been bitching and I think they are starting to hear me! I went to pick up my family nearby; they were shopping for new phones and service at T-Mobile and while I was sitting in the store waiting for them, I realized a VPN had turned on somehow and was causing the problems. I came in at 6:20 pm last night for a pick up and I was the second customer. It should be an easy and quick transaction as I made the 2 phones purchase online. I waited over 30 min to be serviced. The cashier, Adrian, was multi-tasking and seem to be all over the place. He was the only one working and more and more customers trailed in. Anyway, as he was getting my blue and pink phone, he realized a mistake on the blue phone. One phone is 128 gb when it should be 256 gb so he made that switch. He didn't know what to do on the computer and had to call someone to guide him. He tried to print out a receipt and that didn't work either. I was concerned that the switch would somehow mess up my activation and he reassured me no problem. Well, I got home. Pink phone worked fine, but blue phone didn't have data. I chatted with Verizon and they couldn't figure it out either. The next morning, I went to the closest Verizon store for help and he put me back on the phone. They transferred me to technical and that's when we realized, Adrian, or his colleague scanned a green phone. Not blue. They activated the wrong phone!!! So the technical dept was as puzzled as I was. Not only are the people working at this branch not good with numbers, but they also don't know their colors. Most basic things you learn in Kindergarten. Although Adrian was nice, it caused me many hours of inconvenience to get this fixed. For that, I don't recommend this branch. By the time I was out the door, I realized that I spent an hour at the store and over 2 hours on the phone with Verizon! read more

I had been with another carrier for the past 13 years, i walked in to this particular verizon store to ask a few questions. I was immediately greeted with a warm smile and a friendly attitude. Went in the other day to see if i could get my phone fixed cause my daughter used all her 1 yr old strength to slam my phone into the cement which cracked my screen. Jennifer was the person working at the time and im hella glad she was. She broke everything down to me in words i could understand. I was in the area the other day and decided to go in to check out the iPhone Xs Max for my husband and I. I've been wanting to make the switch from T-Mobile to Verizon but kept having doubts. I thought I was going to leave the store owing too much money on my phone bill which was the reason that kept me from switching. I decided to go in just to look (that's what I told myself to convince myself to go in.)  As I walked in I was greeted right away with warm smiles from Armando A & Alejandra R. After talking to them, they made me feel secure about making the switch right on the spot because the plans are way cheaper than I thought, and they opened my mind into leaving #TeamIPhone & becoming #TeamGoogle. I have had an iPhone for over 10 years!! & never thought anyone could change my mind on iPhones but after seeing both Alejandra & Armando using their Google Pixel 3's  & hearing all about the cool things you can do. The employees and management here are cheating customers and STEALING MONEY! They stole cash payments from my aunt paying her Verizon phone bill TWICE! First time was the MANAGER, Angel, second time it was a taller male, hispanic associate who did this! Instead of crediting her account, they pocketed the money! Verizon was turning her phone service off for not paying, and she was wondering why, when she had already paid. She tried to explain to the manager what happened, and the manager Angel did absolutely NOTHING, and was very rude about it all. Well of course he was rude and did nothing, because this turd manager is stealing too! They made her pay her bill twice! My aunt is elderly and disabled, living off social security checks. This shows you what GARBAGE people they are, stealing and taking advantage of an old woman. Makes me SICK to my stomach that people like this exist. If you come paying your Verizon bill here, make sure to keep your receipts! And be careful about what personal information and documents they request. Makes me wonder what else they do to cheat customers. I would advise staying away from this place!! They need to be reported to corporate, which I WILL be doing! read more

This location is horrible!! The girls who are working both times I went did not even greet me or ask if I need anything they were both on their cellphones I had to go up and ask for help. I was making a cash payment for my phone bill. As I was giving the girl my information and I had to keep repeating myself because she was texting well trying to take my information. Finally once she got my information and able to do my payment (15 minuets later) she like okay bye (with an attitude) they have no customer service or personality to be working with customers. The second time I came to pay my bill cash the same girl ( blonde hair with black roots) asked for my phone number once again I had to repeat my self because she was busy texting. Asked if I had paid my bill in store before and I responded yes and she said I can't find you in the system I said I paid it cash last month in this store. Never never buy from an Indirect Retailer like Victra posing as a Verizon Store especially at this location. Not only did I receive poor customer service from their store manager Max Madrigal after buying a phone that was cracked in the back. He refused to exchange my phone and all he and his Supervisor Marilin Catellanos could offer was I pay $249.00 to get my phone fixed after only having the phone for 1 day. They did not honor their 14 day Worry Free Guarantee. I called Samsung Claims directly and they are going to look into this retailer as to why they misinformed me when all they had to do was give me an option or direct me to someone who could help me. Visited this location to upgrade. Yolanda no longer works there. The staff that were there was not very knowledgeable nor was I satisfied with the service I recieved. They charge for everything now and they messed up my account. I had to call in twice to verify my changes luckily the customer service over the phone was helpful and corrected everything. I went in to the store today with the intention of buying a charger cord and a cover for a tablet that I bought there a few months ago. A defect developed in the tablet so I brought it in. Jennifer or Jessica, who ever asked "how can I help you" and when I proceeded to tell her, she handed me a pamphlet telling me I can do it on line with no offer of help or guidance as to the process. I then asked how could the phone be synced up with the tablet. She responded saying "You mean link the phone to the tablet, I'm not sure, we're not techs here, we don't fix things". She was totally useless. I asked the guy next to her if he was her manager, he said "no". So, NO MANAGER on site. ?? Without my asking, she handed me a card with the managers name on it. All they did was mention their BOGO deal of iPhones & try to cancel other devices, as opposed to fixing the problem of why we were there in the first place. This place is a joke and a scam.. bought a 700 dollar phone late Friday night right before closing.. Saturday too off the backing from the back and noticed a scratch.. tried to rub it off I immediately called a verizon in UPLAND and brought it there the salesman said it was cracked.. but to take it to a viktra in ontario and there shouldn't be a problem with exchange since it wasn't even 24hrs.. they unturned called la Puente said they wouldn't replace it. Sent me to their field supervisor and said that there was no way of knowing how it was cracked.. and wouldn't replace or fix it.. I told him I or the sales lady did not check back of phone and no way did I drop it or mishandled it. I reported the phone in less then 24rs .. needless to say this is 700.. spoke with corporate store and was told do not buy from a franchise.. viktra is a joke.. a scam and could careless about service to their customers.. avoid them..
