Crazy upsale prices and shady sales people! Inconsistent with what verizon representative said on the phone when we called verizon directly to get prices. How is it that the sales rep at the store advised, for trade in of my current Galaxy, my monthly cost would increase some $40 for 36 months! The cost of the Galaxy S25 at store is $1299, and you want me to trade in my phone, plus overpay by giving you more than $1400!? What is the point of the trade in?! Make it make sense! When I informed them the costs the sales rep said over the phone, which was at as low as $8 and as high as $18 (depending on device) for 36 months, he said he didn't see that. Needless to say, go thru verizon directly. The sales rep have a motive to charge you more than is needed. A shady store to say the least. The math aint mathing and it's unfortunate as I am certain that have gotten people to pay more than what the phone is worth buying it upfront. read more

I like going to this location because from what I remember it was the store inside the mall and everyone's pretty polite. I don't go often maybe 2-3 times a year or less. Usually agents help you even if it's something you can do online. Every time I've spoken with this associate it's "you can do that online" "you can use the machine" Fair if everyone else did it, but no one else from what I've seen does. Now I get it probably focused on sales, but isn't a pipeline built on an actual conversation? I wanted to buy an iPhone17 and add a new line but had to pay off my balance I let her know I only have cash and sends me to the machine again fair but if she knows it doesn't give you cash back maybe it's worth mentioning. Honestly it feels like you waste their time at this point. I wanted to shop here for a watch next month and an upgrade in 2 months but it's fine. 11 years and you can't go inside a store you love for simple help. The customer service was awful. I came from another store and they were willing to help me and they ultimately couldn't and they sent me to the corporate one and they did nothing at all to help. They didn't even help to call customer service and i had to figure it out alone in their office. I'm a paying customer even if they can't do something specific they should at least try to help and seem concerned for their customer. i am hoping that the right personnel gets this info My home internet was having a major problem and I had spoken to several on line personnel to help me with was had been a problem for a long time. A young women was given to me, so that I could explain the problem. Wow! she was so patient with me. And trust me I was not in a happy mood! Anyway she was able to get a technician to come to my home to see why I was having so much problem with my internet. Nick G. is his name and he was promptly on the time he was to arrive. I have been a loyal Verizon customer for over 2 years. 2 years and 5 months to be exact. I've always paid my bill on time, and I never had any issues with the app or filing a claim. I loved Verizon and I felt that they provided decent cell service, they had great perks, and although it was pricier at $180 for 2 lines, I was happy with what I got. After 2 years, I went to THIS store to upgrade mine and my son's phones. I was told we didn't have upgrades at the time but if we got 2 new phone numbers we could get two free phones. I said yes and to my surprise two months later I'm billed $900. I've had a consistent bill of $180 for two years then it's $900. I call in. They do what they can. The next bill is now $700. Why? Not only did they NOT disconnect the old phone numbers which had plans that no longer exist and I LOVED but they upgraded them, added insurance on all 4 lines AND to top it off added home coverage. I'm FUCKING HOMELESS! My children and I live in a motel receiving services from a homeless shelter. So what fucking home am I trying to protect? For anyone worried, Verizon said they would cover my next bill with a $200 credit. Thank you so fucking much. That credit of $200 has helped me immensely, I'm being sarcastic. ALSO my issue is not with Verizon, because corporate has been helpful in finding a solution. My issue is with this store and the person who set this shit up. I must say the manager was nice over the phone and encouraged me to come in to sort it out. But how is this type of fraud acceptable. My dad went into this store for assistance, he's 73. He was " helped" by Jake. My dad was having a hard time explaining himself to Jake and he called me on the phone. My dad had his earpiece in and I could hear Jake giving my dad attitude and speaking to him in a very condescending tone. I had my dad give him the phone. Jake sounded shocked and annoyed he had to talk to me and explained to me my dad locked his phone and he couldn't help him. This verizon sucks. Always a 40minute plus wait and the manager Evelyn is very unprofessional and seems incapable. The first time I came to this location, I was waiting quite a while and asked the only worker in the store not assisting customers if she was able to help. Evelyn said she was unable to provide service to customers since her sole job is to write people's names in. I waited an hour to get assistance. I came today, my second experience with this location to try to turn in my phone along with ask a couple of questions. When I walk in, the manager Evelyn is sitting down in the middle of the store calling me over, since she sees unable to walk over to check me in for service. Once checked in, she told me it was an estimated forty five minute wait. I waited fifty minutes and when I addressed it with her, she told me it would be another forty five minutes because their were still people waiting. I understand a slight difference in wait since wait time is estimated but waiting two hours for service is RIDICULOUS. If she told me initially that it would be over an hour, I would have left! Coming here is a waste of time. They couldn't even hire an efficient manager to keep business moving & customers satisfied. Been with Verizon for over 10years. This is the worst carrier I've ever used. I traded in my 2 iPhone last year here and wanted to get 2 new Iphone. The staff there wrote my address wrong, so I didn't get my new Iphone until I visited there and asked again. Also, the staff give 2 temporary numbers for me, however, they never remove these temporary numbers from my account. No one actually use these numbers. However, one of the temporary number did cost my data and make me out of data! How could a no one use number cost data!!! When I finally got my new iphone, the trade in program didn't give my credit back until 6 months later!!! Until I kept calling customer service for 6 month! They finally give me my credit.
