But since my phone is not working properly, I could not confirm and the gal suggested I go to a Verizon store. At this store I spoke with a young male and I thought I had been transplanted into Zootopia. This guy spoke like he was auditioning for the sloth role in that movie. Played with my phone for about 5 minutes and said that I would have to go to Apple store because they could not find anything that was wrong with their system. But Apple or any phone they sell is PART of their system. This is part of a business account so I do not have the final decision on our service although I have been bitching and I think they are starting to hear me! I went to pick up my family nearby; they were shopping for new phones and service at T-Mobile and while I was sitting in the store waiting for them, I realized a VPN had turned on somehow and was causing the problems. Located inside the superior supermarket by the west side entrance/ exit. You can't miss it as it's bright and has plenty of signage. I approached the counter and was greeted by the rep. I advised her of my problem and she quickly gave me a repair quote. I admit the price was higher than I had paid for this repair on another phone in the past but, the convenience overshadowed the price. I was provided with a receipt for my phone and subsequently proceeded to shop. After completing my shopping I went to get my phone. It was working great. He's very fair, will let you know the possibilities upfront, he's not a magician but he will try to do his best and I assure you he did! His customer service was 5 stars and by all the people that were coming in to pick up their electronics I could tell he was a very fair and genuine person (not like other phone repair businesses I've gone to). Mobile iPhone Repair was the only place in the area that did not close at 5pm on a Friday night. My iPhone 14 Pro Max kept restarting on its own where I couldn't get to my Home Screen and I plugged it into iTunes and it went into restore mode with black screen and the laptop & charging cable icon. When I arrived Angel assessed my phone and advised I had a bad battery. After putting in a new battery, he plugged it into iTunes and it still wanted to go to the restore settings instead of "update". He did advise me it was probably going to erase everything which I was already fine with I just needed the phone to turn on. After going through with the process my phone turned and I was able to still access everything which was amazing! It was a 50/50 shot but a chance I was willing to take.
