my husband and i needed a bettery for our car and decided we'd give this place a try. I called before going and asked for a used battery specially for my car they gave me a price of 54.75 and i said ok ill be there. We got there and my husband got off and the guy gave him a NEW battery for 125.00 without asking if that's what we wanted. When my husband told him we wanted used he said, no you don't want a used one and commented something about the warranty. When i saw the charge I flipped. I called and told the person who answered what happen he said no problem. we went back and i told the guy who did it that i specifically asked for used and i was pissed bc i get one day off to spend kids and that was not what i wanted to be doing. They refunded the difference and let me keep the battery but this shouldn't have happen to begin with. I will not be going back and i do not recommend their service unless absolutely necessary and even then verify that you're getting what you asked for. read more
