Wish I could give zero stars. I stopped by because I needed an android charger for a family member in the hospital and quick. I picked one up, which was extremely overpriced $60 for both the cube and cord but there wasn't much I could do since I needed it ASAP. All employees, literally ALL of them were hanging out talking VERY loudly, laughing, joking and conducting themselves extremely unprofessionally. I overlooked it because well, I just needed a charger and I'm not even a Metro customer so what do I care right? Fast forward a day and my family member didn't need the charger. Great, I didn't even open it so I can return within 14 days right? Wrong apparently. I returned the following weekend, walked in and was greeted (barely) by an employee who didn't seem to want to help me, he looked over at the female manager, didn't get her name, to which she said she wasn't going to do his work for him and he had to do it. She reminded him that it could only be exchanged for store credit not returned. I told them I'm not even a metro customer why would I want store credit. She was very nonchalant and said that's our policy. I went to my car and read the fine print of my receipt which does not state that. I returned and told them that but she said there's nothing I can do that's our policy. Well, not according to my receipt it's not, nor was I informed of this when I purchased. I filed a complaint with corporate. I attached their return policy to this post so you can see for yourself. I cannot believe this. This is a corporate location. They can help you with issues that 611 cannot. If they can't, then time to switch carriers. I have been off/on with them for years. They are efficient and cost-effective. This store has very hardworking, well-trained, associates. They have a ton of tablets and Apple products in stock. It also is very organized; with multiple places to sit as well. This is my new favorite location for any of my in-person needs. read more

Metro had an ad for a free tablet. I ordered the service, but they said I must pay 75 dollars for the table, which was advertised as free. My assistant went in for me, so he paid for it. I called the store, who said I had to wait for an email so I could get the money back, but the email never came. I lost the tablet and went in to cancel the service, but they refused and then said that I missed the email to get my money back, so they would not refund nor would they refund the month that they charged me after I reported it missing. So I had to visit this Metro PCS specifically because I made the big mistake of buying and iPhone here for my 15 year old son. The phone was still under warranty and was very difficult to charge. It was also acting clitchy. I had already visited a different Metro PCS and was given the excuse that the phone jack was dirty and that we needed to run the most recent update. So we took care of these suggestions and came to this store for more help because nothing worked. We were helped by Ana who told us the same thing. I told her we already addressed those issues and we were still having problems. She verified that the phone was still under warranty, checked the phone out and verified that the phone must the criteria for a warranty exchange. She then told me that I heard to pay a $15 shopping fee but the phone could only be shipped to the store. What?! I told that wasn't cool. That I had already been inconvenienced twice and now I would have to come again to pick up the phone and pay. Ugh!! When I was telling her this she cut me off and said I could go to the Apple store if I didn't like this. Wow!!!! read more

I feel played. I bought my phone here about a month ago on smartpay- the guy sold the payment plan to me totally wrong. When I was finalizing everything and ready to walk out, I heard the manager answer the phone next to us and explain the smartpay system A LOT different then what my salesman had just told me I signed up for(the exact terms and fee percentages etc)... but the deal was basically done so I just said screw it I'll just do my best to pay it off in the 90 days, I already signed everything... the deal was done... what else could I do? When I got the phone, he told me it included my case, screen protector, and a little speaker for free! What a great deal!, I thought... a month later I look at my receipt to see my exact total to pay off and just now I'm paying attention the the exact charges: I was charged $40 for the case, $40 for the screen, and $40 for the speaker, which was the only thing that was credited on a "Buy 2 get 1 free deal". WTF. I didn't want the speaker! And if I had known I was being charged $40 for a case and $40 for a screen protector, I 100% would've bought them elsewhere. WHAT A SCAM! I called corporate to file a complaint, they said they would investigate, but at this point I feel like I won't even get credited back the money for those extra charges because it's on my smartpay agreement... Almost a whole $100 extra on my payment! I wish I could remember the guys name. I still have my receipt which has his csr ID but no name. This is supposed to be the corporate store!! BEWARE. But no Iphone 11 The several Metro Pcs store clerks told me only the Corporate office have the Iphone11. I have tried and tried to call. COSTUMERS BEWARE!!! As a degree holder in Business Administration and an Owner of a Photography Studio, I deal with all types of Guest ( costumers ) I also know how a business should run and how its employee should act around their guests. In this particular Metro PCS, We had returned a defective BRAND NEW out of the box Samsung S3 and ask that it be replaced with another non defective brand new S3 phone. While the first "specialist " who goes by the name Myra, tried her very best to help us, unfortunately she mistakenly or not knowingly gave us a used replacement phone. When we asked her to give us a new one she is not able to replace the one she had already given us and she informed us that there is no guarantee that we will get a new phone unless we take the phone from the actual metro pcs where we originally purchase the phone. I then asked to give us the original phone back so I can return it to the original store, her co worker who claimed that her name is "ROXANA" interrupted Myra and took over the situation, At this point I had the impression that she is the manager of this store because she took over a complaint situation that an employee is more than capable of handling. This Roxana have a sarcastic tone to her voice and giving off attitude. When I called their 888 number and told them of the situation and asked for their advice, ROXANA revealed that she is not the manager and that we can talk to the manager the following morning about getting our original phone back. They would not release our original phone back to us which I believe to be against the LAW. This review is to merely warn you if you plan to visit this particular branch. To be fair, not everyone in this store is lazy and rude, but there are a few like ROXANA, who will give you an attitude because you are complaining. Reading the other people's review about this branch, I seem to be NOT THE ONLY ONE Who had this bad experience and treated with disrespect. I will be filing a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau and I will be filing a formal complaint about this specific incident to their corporate office. read more

WORST cellular providers of the industry. My phone has been losing its signal on and off randomly. This morning, it decided to stay "out of service" the whole day. I couldnt be in contact with anyone. I called customer service using my friend's phone, but they were no help. So, I went to one of the metro pcs branches, in hopes of fixing my phone. I was helped pretty quickly. Unfortunately, the man that was helping me did not know how to deal with customers. The beginning: He first tried to put new sim card and etc, but nothing worked. He, then, told me that since my camera cracked, the warranty voided my request to exchange the phone for $15. He gave me the ultimatum, either I reset my phone completely, or get another phone and pay the deductible (I got insurance) for $50. I chose to just reset my phone because I've decided to cancel my membership after this month. I will not be paying $50, ontop of $66 of my monthly payment to remain in a shitty company. After my phone was resetted, I still didn't see any bars on my phone, so I asked him, "does this mean I have no choice but to pay the $50 then?" He said yes. I was telling him how it is unfair and inconvenient for metro pcs To put me in this situation. After all, the signals were lost, and the fault was on them. I mean, I had to call urgent care today for a damn health condition and I couldn't. I told him this wasn't even my fault.. and you know what he told me? Lmao He said, "well, if your camera phone wasn't cracked, It all would be easier" with the most obnoxious tone. I think your brain stopped working for a sec.. has it ever crossed your tiny mind that if your company wasn't so shitty, I wouldn't have lost my reception in the first place? So it's my fault that your cheap ass company decides to lose its signal on me? It's my fault that the phone from your company is trash ? You swear I lost my signals because of my cracked phone. I lost signals all day because your company is SHIT, but that's why you work for them I guess. Next time, when a customer complains, just fucking listen and smile. I don't need your trash comments. In the end, the signal started to show up, and I left after making a phone call to ensure everything was good and that I don't have to come back. I had recently paid my monthly bill with them as well, which means I have to stay one more month with this money hungry company that doesn't know how to cope with disappointed and upset customers and definitely has really low standards of the employees they hired. Yes I've heard the jokes about metro but they have good thing with the no contract set up. I went in here to get everything started and first you have to put name on list,then they call you to get phone or basically get any kind of service in store. The girl helping us was freindly and informative and everything considered I felt it was a nice transaction. So it been a few weeks and no problems yet and I love my phone so much. Neither have these two. Going into a business to spend almost $500 on a phone should warrant at least a small bit of assistance. I didn't realize that "porting" my telephone number would be an insurmountable task. If these people worked for me and I witnessed the deplorable way that they deal with people they would be fired on the spot.
