Sara the store manager was very helpful. She made our transfer from Verizon to T mobile very easy. Also gave us great promotions on our new phones!! read more

Came In for a out of service phone number to add to my plan, Esmi was very helpful and got us in and out in about 20 min

I would give Zero stars if I could. That Arab lady managed to mess up the simplest thing and still wouldn't admit it was her mistake. She told me to call 611 and deal with it myself. All I wanted was to change one of my lines to a new phone number, but she ended up adding a new line instead. The old line was never canceled, and I lost my promo. I asked her to call Sales Support and fix the issue, and she told me, "no line is free, I didn't see free line." read more

I went into the store and got the worst treatment as a customer possible by the woman in the picture, claiming to be the manager... No manager skills! I posted on Google reviews what occurred so if you're interested, read it You wanna trust the people you're doing business with but when they treat you so incredibly disrespectful, it needs to be said ...But then I got the response from the owner which again if you read my Google review, got a very disappointing and condescending response so the saying goes the apple doesn't fall far from the tree goes so far in this establishment! I just recommend that you could try any other store so that you don't have to take the chance of being treated as horribly as I was!!! in the photo is the response I got, which says more about their lack of care for their customers than anything else! decide for yourself read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE. I strongly recommend going to a T-Mobile corporate location instead of this authorized dealer. I went in simply to replace my parents' non-working internet box, which should have been a straightforward return/exchange. Instead, the store manager canceled the existing account and opened a new one. She then told me there was no need to continue paying for insurance on my parents' two iPhones, so I agreed to remove it. As I was leaving, she offered me a "FREE" T-Mobile tracker. I specifically declined it, but she repeatedly insisted it was completely free. When the next bill arrived, I discovered a $10/month charge for the tracker -- AND a charge for a TABLET that my parents do not own and never received. I feel completely misled and taken advantage of. What makes this especially upsetting is that this involved my elderly parents' account. I have now spent DAYS dealing with T-Mobile corporate to straighten everything out and was finally able to get the unauthorized items removed. Please be extremely careful doing business with this location and review every single thing they add or change on your account. Based on my experience, I would stay away from this authorized dealer and go directly to a T-Mobile corporate store. read more

I would love to write a review of their services but I couldn't even get that to begin with. They had a bad attitude and tone from the jump by the manage of all crew members, refused to assist with my insured accessories and turned me down immediately. Called another location after that shameful situation and they asked me where they rejected me from, they responded "yea we can help you over here, they don't like to do their job there". No need to tell me that when I experienced it already, makes sense now why this t mobile is usually empty. Thankfully I will be serviced else where and will not step foot in this location again. I don't understand the attitude in a job based heavily on customer service, no suggestions, redirections, or connection to customer. Pretty much a slap in the face. Ridiculous. read more

Called ahead of time to verify they had Home Internet available to pick up same day. Sara answered and verified that they did have the equipment in stock and drove right down. Walked in and Sara was able to verify my info. She helped me submit a request for the $300 promotion for a new home internet plan. She was able to answer all questions I had regarding the costs and speed I should be expecting. All in all, I was probably in & out of the store in about 20 or so minutes. It's located in a large shopping center so parking wasn't an issue. Also, this store is on the smaller side and there were 3 reps in store to assist when I was there. read more

Why would this T-Mobile store not install a screen protector for my father-in-law? The man is in his late 60s and doesn't have steady hands, so he struggles with tasks like this. I have been a customer for over 10 years, and this site is always the problem regardless of who is working. The associate stated "We won't install it unless it is bought here..." yet, Verizon which is right next door, was happy to install it for my father-in-law, no charge or hassle! Management, fix your customer service! I live in the IE and at any other T-Mobile store I go to they have always done this for any of the phones on my account. read more

Diana helped me and my siblings ordering out new 18 pros. Thank you for you patience. She gave us great deals

Yoo, Elvis is the man you should go to when you come to this location. Very patient and explains everything to you. Sara is the store manager, and she was super cool too. I was able to pick up 3 google pixel 10 XL pro for free back in December and I forgot to write a review. Give this man a raise or Full time Sara! read more

Elvis was very helpful, kind, and patient on our very first visit at this location. He helped me and my husband add a line, got a new phone, and a free line for a great deal! He made the whole process go as smooth as possible. I can guarantee you his customer service is top notch! read more

Thank you Diana for helping my dad with his new phone. We appreciate your patience and service.

Samantha gave me such an amazing experience thank you for helping me ans making everything easy.

Had my phone stolen this past weekend and was having a hard time overall. I went in to this store a couple of times and ended up getting helped by Israel. He was really patient and got me into a new phone, in spite of my not being in the best mood. Really appreciate his being so kind to me. read more

Wouldn't recommend this location. They made a big deal about replacing my screen protector because I had ordered one that wasn't meant for my phone but it still fits my phone perfectly. All I wanted was a replacement for the screen protector I already ordered but the employee was being difficult and said I couldn't do a replacement because I had to return it and purchase the correct one for my phone even though the one I had fit perfectly. So I had to waste time to visit a different T-Mobile location where they replaced the screen protector with no issue. read more

^ pretend it has NO star. If you can avoid this place, please do. This isn't a real T-Mobile store, they're a third party. We went in today to ask about an iPhone and they stated they didn't have it in stock. So we went ahead to a different T-Mobile and bought the phone with NO problem or hassle. After we bought the phone the gentleman helping us told us that the T-Mobile we had just visited did in fact have the phone in stock...what? Like I said they're a third party so it made sense why it was so sketchy the minute we walked in. She was over charging on the up front payment by $85 and couldn't even let us know what other locations had the phone available. So moral of the story, they didn't want to sell us a phone which is weird because it's all commission. Womp womp. read more

Wow! I see all the negative reviews with 1 star. And I totally agree. Bad experience with them. I would never ever go to this authorized dealer store. Go to a real T-Mobile corporate location. Do NOT waste your time with these lazy and rude employees. They do not hesitate to insult you also! Corporate T-Mobile will be notified. I wish I could give them a 0 (zero) stars or even negative stars if possible. I won't be surprised if this store close down soon with slow business. read more

This place has the rudest, most condescending staff (the woman) I have ever encountered; they act as if *they* are the customers and *I* am the employee who has made a mistake. It is an absolutely appalling level of service--truly unbecoming. read more

I have an issue with this t-mobile place. I have problems with my iPhone, some how I couldn't get e-mail from my iPhone, I asked them to help me out and they refused to help me. They told me go to iPhone place in Pasadena or Cerritos for service. I still have contract with them, these two ladies are not very helpful and friendly, they have no customers at that time. So it's made me very angry. So I went to another t-mobile place in Rosemead and the guy very friendly to help me out, it's took only a few minutes to get my iPhone fixed. I don't know why t-mobile hire these people, they are helpless. I would recommend customers do not go to this t-mobile place, it's on Durfee Avenue by Marshal and Superior market. read more

I walked in with my 4 year old, she was dancing like a ballerina out of excitement since we were there to get her a tablet, and the lady said she had to stop or for us to leave because her clicker kept going off, she also said we had to wait 15 minutes because she was taking her break. I grabbed my daughter and sat her on my lap while we waited. Another customer walked in and she decided to help him instead of us that had been waiting on her to stop taking her break. Another woman walked out the back, asked what she can do for me. I asked about the specials, she replied "of course your only here to get information on specials" like what is that supposed to mean. Both these women with their head wrapped were so rude and unprofessional. read more

My aunt went to This T-Mobile location yesterday . All she wanted was to transfer her line to a new phone that she got as a Gift. The worker immediately asked her where did you get this phone ?! Like why does it matter where she got it from . Then she proceeded to ask her more questions about the phone :/ . Then my aunt went outside to check on her mom cuz she was in the Car waiting for my aunt. When my aunt went back in the lady said " you can't be coming in and out , it's policy rules from the store " like what !? my aunt then went back inside and continued to try to switch her line they told her it was gonna take an hour . Couple mins passed by and then the lady told my aunt they can't do it ! . That she should just do it online . My aunt grabbed her phone and left upset :/ . Lazy customer service . Just look at these reviews on this location it's unacceptable. read more

Came here around 1/10/24 trying to trade in my mom's phone and upgrade her... I thought Amy was doing me a solid one.. and trying to help. But she ADDED an extra phone line, and DID NOT disclose the information. She changed my plan to benefit her commission. The only way I found out it a week later, I went to a different T-MOBILE store to add my husband and they showed me there was an active third line and it showed I received TWO iPhone 15 and I just received ONE IPHONE 15, when I just traded in my moms phone for an upgraded. All Amy cared about was the commission. I WOULD NOT COME BACK HERE. Or course to come fix the issue, I had to drive back over here. And speak the assistant manager.. which at the end of the day he apologized for the extra line. Do NOT come here. This is a private owned T-Mobile. They will try to scam you. read more

Came here for the first time yesterday to claim the T-Mobile Tuesday Umbrella and there were three people in front of us. One was being helped by one worker while the other worker helped to answer inquiries within the line It turned out that the rest of us were here to claim the umbrella offer, but the worker was dealing with our inquiries one at time without asking the rest of us if we were here to claim the same deal too. So I was about to tell her that we were all here for the deal, when she finally beat me to the punch and got the rest of us our umbrellas. First time claiming one of these free items from an actual store, so I call this a success. read more

what is scam. I went into upgrade to a new phone. I chose the iPhone 15. They said if I moved my five lines over to T-Mobile I could have it for 350 I agreed but when I went through the whole process, they said oh no you only get a discount on the second phone if you buy one at full price total waste of my time shame on them looking for another carrier read more

I would give lower than one star if I could. I never write reviews unless it is a multiple BAD experience. I went here 3 different times and every time was met with workers that knew absolutely nothing about phones or customer service. First time. I came to exchange my phone for an upgrade. The interaction wasn't too bad tbh. They checked my old phone to see if it was in good condition, it was. But the lady with the long nails n eyelashes, took of my screen protector to inspect, n put it back on wrong so there was so much dust on it.. which is fine. It was just annoying. Second time. Went back to see if they've shipped my new phone because they said it would ship within 1-2 weeks. It had been 4 weeks since I was there. So just wanted to double check on if the new phone order went through or what the problem was. I don't really know much about the whole back end of the phone exchange process so I was honestly just asking questions. But instead of answering or helping, from question one, they kept saying "we can't help you". I didn't go in there to receive the phone THAT day, just wanted to ask some questions. First girl (she was new) couldn't help, she brought in the girl with long nails, she couldn't help either. None of them were answering anything btw. Literally just saying "idk". Finally brought in another guy with glasses. This guy out of the three was the most rude. He didn't even let me finish any questions ( I didn't even ask one yet ), n kept interrupting me to the point I actually had to say "sir can I finish my sentence?". Horrible service. Third time. This time was for my dads phone. He was having problems with his calls being dropped n wanted to exchange phones. Same non responsive, rude attitude from before. Not even worth typing at this point. When I go to these places, I never expect my problems to be solved then and there, because I understand things happen. But there's a difference between: trying to help, and literally not caring, sitting there waiting for their next paycheck. If you don't like your job, leave... don't be rude to people for no reason. read more

So I walk mins before they close to get a screen protector and there associate any greets me with a bad attitude right from the start.. proceeds to look up my account account and can't seem to find my info and in there system when I've contacted over 5 Phns from them and pay damn near 400 a month for my bill. then she proceeds to make it seem as if I'm lying to her And inconveniencing her to get my screen protector replaced under warranty . So she starts slamming my Phn around and taking deep breathes as if I'm wasting her time or something . I told her if it was too much trouble I can just replace it my self since she wants to be so rude . Then refuse to replace my screen protector after continuing to call me a liar and telling my screen proctor wasn't even from the T-Mobile store.. I will be contacting management to address her poor customer service and attitude . Little does she know I have family in T-Mobile corporate I'm going to make sure that other customers are not treated this way when we pay a lot of money for this Phn company's service read more

This location has by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered by T Mobile. The moment I walked in with my mother and my aunt in hopes to exchange our phones, my mom asked if anyone spoke spanish. I got there at about 1pm and an employee with some glasses answered, "yeah kinda." She clearly did since she was responding to my mother the WHOLE time in english when my mother was clearly speaking spanish. When my mom asked if there was anyone who spoke better Spanish she/he was very dismissive and said we could always come back later because that person was out on lunch. Then a few moments later the employee began to speak spanish.. like what? I find it strange that someone that clearly looks hispanic working in a hispanic community pretending like they don't speak spanish. We obviously left to take our business elsewhere. My curiosity though is why have people representing your business or location who treat their clients like this? I will never understand how they have people with that customer service working their business. Not only did we feel like they didn't want our business, we definitely felt disrespected by the way she/he pretended like they didn't speak spanish. I don't recommend this place at all be prepared to be treated like they rather see you walk out the door than actually help you read more

I visited the store today, the first one to greet us was Noah. After walking for just a couple of seconds Noah approached us with a huge smile. He reassured we understood what we were signing in for and made sure we felt comfortable. I will most definitely recommend this place and if you can go when Noah is there the better. read more
