He said our old system was outdated and he could not guarantee that it would survive the move. It did. I was so appreciative of his honesty that I hired him for security cameras at our new building. His work is clean and the wiring is tight. No Mickey Mouse here. Fast forward to present day and he came back updated our system and added 4 new cameras. Thanks Jose. Side note: he came on our grand opening to make sure everything would run smoothly and almost got run over when a drunk driver ran into our building and took out one of our restrooms. He was such a good sport that he came back a month later for another grand opening after the restroom was back and running

Went in here to pay my phone bill January 31st, all that was accomplished was wasting a good 35…read moreminutes to do something that takes less than 10. There was a customer ahead of me and only one girl working in the store. I don't know what on Earth the customer ahead of me was doing but he absolutely ate up at least 30 minutes+. Sure sure "who goes in the store to pay their phone bill anymore right?" Well I was in the neighborhood and had the cash on hand and it just seemed easy to pop in real quick. All I wanted to do was pay my damn bill, the girls horrible customer service skills were on full display as she didn't even acknowledge me. A basic "what are you in for today" would have gone a long way. I'm sure she could have paused doing whatever she was doing with customer ahead of me if she wants to ask that question only to see I was there just to pay my bill. But nope after 30 minutes turned into about 35 I left and went to a different Metro store down the road. Girl employee stop flirting and smiling so much with customers, it's extremely unprofessional. You suck
