Asian guy told me that this location can't process that transaction & that this has to be done at a "special" T-Mobile location (Rosemead or Pasadena). Drove to Rosemead & found out that all locations can do trade ins. The person at the Rosemead location asked if someone at the Alhambra location sent me there. Rosemead mentioned this is a problem with Alhambra not doing their job. Trade in took about 5 mins to process.
