Located inside the superior supermarket by the west side entrance/ exit. You can't miss it as it's bright and has plenty of signage. I approached the counter and was greeted by the rep. I advised her of my problem and she quickly gave me a repair quote. I admit the price was higher than I had paid for this repair on another phone in the past but, the convenience overshadowed the price. I was provided with a receipt for my phone and subsequently proceeded to shop. After completing my shopping I went to get my phone. It was working great. This place is convenient, has friendly service and does prompt repairs.

But since my phone is not working properly, I could not confirm and the gal suggested I go to a Verizon store. At this store I spoke with a young male and I thought I had been transplanted into Zootopia. This guy spoke like he was auditioning for the sloth role in that movie. Played with my phone for about 5 minutes and said that I would have to go to Apple store because they could not find anything that was wrong with their system. But Apple or any phone they sell is PART of their system. This is part of a business account so I do not have the final decision on our service although I have been bitching and I think they are starting to hear me! I went to pick up my family nearby; they were shopping for new phones and service at T-Mobile and while I was sitting in the store waiting for them, I realized a VPN had turned on somehow and was causing the problems. I already had past issues with the shop when I went in February to get a laptop screen replaced…read morebecause they damaged my laptop cover with the screwdriver which left a permeant carving. I tried disputing it with my credit card but the merchant lied saying I never contacted them back about the issue. Even though I emailed 2 separate times, called like 4 which one of the calls lasted 10 minutes of me trying to get a refund, and went to the shop 2 separate occasions. I did not immediately approach them right away, I had class after the pick up because I am a college student. I also didn't re-contact my bank back because it is too much effect, I had midterms during then, and if they need the money so badly they can keep it. Now it is July 18 and the cheap replacement they gave me has a fat yellow tint looking like a long vertical line on the left side of my screen. This 100% due to a hardward issue, and now I cannot reach out about the issue because the shop is dishonest, and disingenuous. If you want your laptop worse off come here, if not take the extra money to a different shop with actual integrity.
