I asked a lot of questions about the phone, protection, and accessories, and they explained everything in a way that actually made sense. I ended up getting a screen protector since it has life time warranty and in store help when it comes to ordering a replacement even though I knew I could find cheaper ones online. For me, the convenience and the help getting everything set up properly made it worth it. I also added protection after hearing what was covered, but I never felt like anyone was forcing it. I asked about it since I was already paying for apple care and when they explained Verizon insurance it was a lot better Overall, very professional team and probably one of the better experiences I've had upgrading a phone. My sister ported from t mobile as well and Steven and Yousif helped them get a 40% cheaper bill!

As of the 12th it went into effect. I paid phone taxes and $150, total Came out to $376. I was suspicious of this, so I called Verizon to confirm the fee. Found out IT WAS NOT TRUE, and also went to another Verizon and was told it was not true. That fee does not exist for the Apple iPhone 17 Pro. I took the phone back and requested my money back immediately, same day, provided 30 minutes after my purchase. Of course the manager didn't know what to say, showed me what he googled, the $150 fee was actually $100, not $150 and took effect on 10th but again did not apply to the phone I was buying. He tried to back peddle and give me the phone for the at the price of phone tax. It was such a scam!!! He did not expect for me to do the research. So disappointed. This just made me sick. I paid restock fee and set up fees. They kept $90. Went to another Verizon and wa only charged phone tax. I totally recommend you go to the Verizon store near the West Covina mall. They are honest.

I wanted to have a phone number that would work to my marketing advantage, where I could substitute words for the digits to go along with my business motto. She was extremely patient and shared in my excitement about finding a number that I could turn into a phrase. I had to go to this Pomona location since i could not charge my electric car (which only had 8% battery left) without active phone sevice. My phone was due the day before and i thought it was actually due the following day so my phone was shut off. So i show up, walk in and inform ANAIS L. that i needed to pay my bill. This kid was soo rude and annoyed at my need for service because she never even looked at me and was texting while i spoke. So she takes my money and tells me my service will bd restored in 10 minutes. I got the text that said service is restored however i could not open my evgo app which is needed to charge my car so i asked if she could help me and thd phone rang. She answered so i waited. And waited and waited. She was not wanting to help me so she got up and went to the employee area in the next room, leaving the door wide open. I continued to wait patiently and she never came back. After waiting 10 minutes, I walked to the open door and stuck my head in saying, hello..??? Can someone help me?? First off this place is (rent a center) not Rent A WHEEL or RENT A TIRE…read more I contacted this store to get a computer and upon arriving to store I was greeted by Manager Sandy and her associate Syllia and these women super professional super nice. I decided to switch stores from El- Monte due to some bits of crazy attitude from El-Monte and these ladies were super happy to have me and to set me up with a good computer. I highly recommend them and another plus to this location its super clean. (overall wonderful experience)
