If I could give them a zero I would. We are a Seattle nonprofit and we were assigned to Just In Time Communications by DirectTV. We had 31 units set up on group billing. They refuse to work with us when we lost 6 of the units, so now we are paying for units we're not even in. A disgrace...The only alternative is to get rid of everything and start over with a different service. Oh yeah...and we paid cash for the equipment. Unfortunately I cannot avoid dealing with this company as they are in charge of DirecTV in my building. Absolutely the WORST customer service ever. ZERO STARS!!! Move in date was April 1. 10 phone calls left to have service up and running on move in date. One phone call back and I wasn't a commercial customer so the guy wouldn't help and passed me to someone else. The "manager" Monique cannot even return a phone call. Unfortunately my building only offers DirecTV through Just in Time Communications (although the lady on the phone couldn't find the property and "never heard of you before") yet I was given the contact info directly from property management. So after discussing my options she tells me they don't offer the Genie and they don't offer Internet bundles. YET...when you go to their webpage to get their contact phone number they advertise both and say "Call us today!" It was a waste of my time and their website has false and misleading information. read more

When trying to set up service I was lied to and stolen from. Sales Rep promised a package that the internet bundling department would not honor. When I found out about the baitand switch I immediately ordered them to cancel the order. I learned they already charged my card before any sale was ever finalized. Basically stealing. And to add insult to injury days later I get three letters in the mail. Three letters legally informing me mycredit was run. Each letter with a score ten points less than the prior. Fyi everytime you run your credit with no purchase it lowers your score. So thank you direct TV for wasting my time lying to my face stealing from my bank account and damaging my credit rating. As a fellow business customer, Just In Time is a customer I would 100 % not recommend. First, there phone lines are never answered during important business hours. The manager of Just In Time has some serious work to do in terms of responding to clients in a reasonable business time and hour of day; and his business tone is very rude and unprofessional. I have never had to deal with a dealer who verbally attacks a customer and criticizes another DirectTV dealer over the phone several times after threatening to switch dealers, while mentioning the fact "good luck with that small ass company over us" I would not recommend them to any customer!!! read more

I agree with everyone else on here! Just In Time SUCKS!!! I recently moved to a complex where the only way to get Direct TV was to use this service. I was supposed to be mailed my cable boxes over a week ago. The tech came to install and no boxes, he called was supposed to be sent Fedex, apparently this is the only company that can't figure out how to track a package via Fedex! I was supposed to have TV service over a week ago and still nothing. They tracked my package again and I was supposed to have it today and nothing again!! Scheduling was supposed to call me twice to set up a new install date since the last one I had no cable boxes and no call!! Aldo, the technician, stated "if you like tv then stay home and wait for a tech"... No time was given till my mother kept calling and obtained "he will be there between 9 am to 5 pm" = totally stellar! My mother has been without her tv for 10 days! When I spoke with Myra I realized how disgusting this company is! They told my mother they are "going to cut the line" on her because she kept calling. It is now 5:05 and no tech and they said the techs day ends at 5. This company is the worst company ever!!!! I didn't even know who these schmucks were till we had a dilemma! I have been a Directv client for over 20 years, this June I moved and now have to deal with Just In Time Communications. It has been one of my worst experiences trying to reach JIT, just today, Snbday, I have placed 4 phone calls over an 8 hour period and no one has returned my call. I am willing to bet they are not open for business on Sundays. I am an avid NFL fan and cannot watch any Sunday Football. Also, last week, I placed a call on Tuesday morning for support, they could not get anyone to my residence until Friday afternoon. They said they were sending their best technician to solve my problem. He was very nice and got my receiver working. On Saturday I tried to watch some college football and my receiver would not work. I called JIT on Saturday and left a message. They still have not returned my call from Saturday. Unfortunately, I am stuck with JIT because Directv contracts with JIT for support. If I did not have the NFL package with Directv I would immediately switch to Comcast. JIT, in my opinion you are the worst. read more

I'd give zero stars, but I'm forced to put one otherwise I can't input this awesome story of poor customer service: Our HOA forces us to go through this company because they are protecting their interests with not having 9 dishes up, poor installations, or people thinking they can do-it themselves on the roofs. Needless to say, most people at our condos hate them. I understand the HOAs position. I own a house here, and I want it done right without messing things up. However, this company doesn't know how to deal with customers. The deals you think you could get with Directv (because my wife initially called them to install first) this company doesn't allow you to get. The $200 gift cards, free channels, etc. are all not allowed, but Directv says they would honor them. It's quite ridiculous. That pissed me off, but we went through it anyways. Anyways, now time to share the fabulous install. We were told we'd have an install from 8-12 in the morning on a Sunday. My wife was skeptical, so we made a bet whether the installer would even show. I bet he would. By 1:15, I thought I'd lost, but at 1:30 he called. He was in another part of the condominiums installing another person the entire time. He had our number, knew where we'd lived, but didn't bother to call at all until he'd finished. Well, at 1:40 he headed to our house and within 20 minutes said this was a way easier installation than the previous one where he was in a stuffy attic for 2 hours. Boy was he wrong! Everything hooked up correctly, but the guy kept giving a wrong account number to Directv. It turns out when he did that my account and box were then listed under someone else's account. My regular channels showed up with weird channels from a different area. Most didn't pop up unless infomercials were on them. He waited in my house for over 2 hours trying to correct it. He got on the phone with his supervisor, and they told him to leave my house and they'd fix it on their own. They never did! By almost 5pm, I called his supervisor who was supposed to correct it. She never apologized, claimed that I called her a liar when I didn't, and stated she did fix the problem. My blood pressure was through the roof. She then stated she would correct it this time. I was skeptical, so I got on the phone with Directv anyway and tried from my end. She actually did change my programming to my own account, but no channels were on. Sigh, Directv put in the basics for me for the night and promised me full services the next afternoon. Meanwhile, I called back Just in Time to tell them my problems had been resolved, not because of them, but that I did it. They then claimed that I had programming all along before I'd called Directv through their lingo and jargon I didn't and don't care to know. I also stated that if they send me a bill that I wouldn't pay it. I was told that I wouldn't through a return phone call have to pay $8.53 for the install. I'd never use them again, and I fully intend on making sure my HOA stops using them too. By the way, the only 5 star review on here is from a Maria. The person who I dealt with on the phone was also coincidently...Maria. You figure it out. read more

the irony in the name "Just in Time" kills me... these guys are THE WORST; like others, I was promised features that were never delivered, like "whole home dvr"; so now I can only watch and record in my living room (what is this, 2005???!!!); and the worst part is, also like one of the other Yelpers; my building only offers DirectTV though these guys...and the bloody satellite dish goes out AT LEAST once a month...and it takes them AT LEAST 2 and usually 3 days to come fix it... I cannot even count the number of shows I have missed... I actually stopped watching some of my shows because I couldn't catch up once I missed the recordings... and at the end of a very stressful work day all I want to do is turn on the TV and zone out to CNN; but NOOOOO at least once a month I have to sit in frustration...calling and calling and begging these guys to do their job (insert sad face here) read more

Always check your contract with this company. I didn't know that I have two years contract. When I terminate the service, I asked repetitively the operator, if there will be an early termination fee n she said none/no so I cancel my service since no one was using it. But now they are charging me for early termination fee which I'm trying to disclose. Or always check your contract in all company. Always put your contract in black n white. read more

This company employes the most incompetent crackerjacks that I have ever received service from. The directv representative that services the building gives 100% effort at doing nothing. He never knows any contact numbers, he claims to always be driving so can never get the correct contact information requested. His phone is always dying in the middle of conversations/dropping calls, pretty much any excuse that he can use to avoid working. I am absolutely disgusted with this company and I hope it either increases their requirements and standards for employment, that directv realizes they are receiving poor reviews due to this company and pink slips "just in time communications" employees, or that just in time communications goes under because the companies employees don't have the basic skills to function in society let alone run a company read more
