Here again after 5 years with NO phone accident... argh…read more.. but when my youngest got her passed down iPhone11 (1 month ago!!) somebody at school accidentally stepped in her backpack and sure enough broken screen, bad!!!! Came back to this guys because of reliable service and ok prices. Now under new ownership, the lady at the counter was very nice and quick to help me. Waiting 30 minutes for the work was not bad since I could wash my car in the meantime. Phone is done to perfection!!! Date of visit once again: September 2022

This used to be my spot for all my repairs. I used to come here for ALL my device repairs. Honest,…read moredependable, efficient, and affordable. Now under new management. Took my 12.9 IPad for a simple screen replacement. Charged me $510 (new cover included). I thought the price was extreme and surprised that they Wanted me to pay all up front. I decided to just put down $200. Glad I did. I got a call a few days later saying my charging port was also not working and it we puke be another $200. (But they would give me a deal for $120. Heck the device was working fine weed hen I brought it in!!! Debating whether or not I should count it as a loss ($200 down) and just move on or pay the balance ad additional cost to fix the charging port. - I mean it was working fine when I dropped it off. - What do y'all think? Leave your comment. It did not help my situation when I found out later that most other repair shops could have replaced my screen for $150 to $300 . I'm feeling some kind of way now.

Fast service and great pricing…read more My IPhone screen had completely stopped working but luckily Cracked Screens was open at 8:30 AM. When I got there, I was welcomed by the owner of the business, Luis Santos. Luis was very knowledgeable and his exceptional customer service made the entire experience extremely easy and fast. He was able to diagnosed the problem and provided a reasonable quote on the spot. After agreeing to move forward with the repair, the team there immediately started working on my phone and had everything completed in under an hour. To summarize, service was FAST and EASY, customer service was phenomenal, and pricing was great. Cracked Screens is a place I'd feel confident recommending to others and if I ever need another repair in the future then I'll definitely be coming here.

Was recommended this place from a Verizon store employee in an alternative to the Apple Store…read morereplacing my screen. They were available and super friendly. Took exactly how long they said it would and everything looked great. However, my phone isn't the same. Backlight is either super bright or too dark. The color contrast isn't the way it was before, and while they said that might happen, I wasn't expecting it to be that big of a difference. So if you're looking to get your screen fixed for around $200 instead of $375ish this is your place but just know it won't be exactly the same.
