To alleviate the horrible and negative words... I called today to confirm that they were coming today, and JASMINE was AMAZING. She called the actual technician and confirmed everything down to the apt #. Their service/product is quite good.. and JASMINE was really REALLY great as far as pushing through to ensure that everything was going to go as planned for today. Jasmine deserves a salary boost. Just for the record, this will be the 6th time Frontier should be coming here. So yes, I was very happy that Jasmine was SO nice.

I was in contact with Joel, Lizard (true story) and Toby... All of whom said they will follow up personally and talked to me about their own grandmothers. I stated.. I bet you wish you can call her... because I can't When you go through the prompts.. the system will say that it looks like you have an appt and it will be a past date. Then it hangs up on you. How this company is still in business is mind blowing. Everyone should cancel and move on. Frontier if you are reading this.     Seal Beach Zip 90740 area. Not for the faint of heart or technically challenged. Install took 2…read moreweeks to get it working. They just went into Seal Beach, CA with their new 7gbps offering. They're not responsive yet, and their service sucks right now, they're just not prepared or staffed properly to get it up quickly and reliably at this time. The Eero Pro router is the worst on the market. Only good for penetrating one wall in WiFi mode. It lacks adequate antennas/beam forming. WiFi Service is good for one room. If you want better wifi, use an Asus Router- side-by-side my old 5mhz Asus router ax89x works better and has better QOS for tv. Overall, if you need 7gbps like I do, and you want to do that wired from the eero, you'll be ok. Otherwise you need to buy a better WiFi router to pair with this service unless you live in a 1 room apartment. See Dong Knows Tech for reviews on WiFi7 routers to pair with this service. You'll have to buy it yourself (eero router comes with the service). Frontier is very price competitive with Spectrum.

The Wi-Fi alone is very, very slow, and you have to pay for every single "upgrade." They randomly charged me an extra $10 because they said it was a service fee increase. I am still trying to cancel my Internet and yet when I called today, they told me they couldn't place any orders and that I had to call back tomorrow and when I was adamant about them, leaving a note on my account, the guy that I spoke to even told me there was no point and he wasn't going to do it! Buyers beware canceling is the hardest thing that you can possibly do through frontier don't even get their service to begin with.

I contacted Ricardo after checking out his reviews, he responded quickly and we easily set up an appointment. He discussed possible options of placement of the ports since the roof and outer walling might pose an issue, but he was able to find good placement of my ports. Job was done quick and easy in less than 2 hours. Aside from making a hole in the wall for the ethernet port placement, no additional breakage of the wall was necessary. Ricardo did say that in some cases, depending on the walling and roofs, breakage of the wall would be necessary for some people, but not mine fortunately. Ricardo and is colleague were awesome, professional yet friendly and personable. They cleaned up after themselves and did an overall fantastic job to make any streaks or scrapes anywhere. HIGHLY recommended if you are looking to have ethernet ports installed that extend from your main router/modem that go through the wall/roof so you don't have ethernet cords lying around on the floor.

I went between the times of 4-5pm to get help with this and get my phone activated. The workers did not want to help and were rude.. Usually you go into a phone store and the workers will talk to customer care for you and help you get the information you need because I truly did not know what I was asking for I just knew I needed help. They told me that I would have to go to a corporate store that is several miles away to get my phone activated. I left angry because I knew they could help me but wouldn't because I was not adding another line. I was literally told by the insurance company that AT and T owns to go into any AT and T for them to help me and they would. I ended up going to a DIFFERENT store that was not a corporate store and they helped me get my new phone on and the information transferred from the old phone. I didn't need the code after all. I do not recommend this store. They will not help you unless you're going to purchase something. It's sad that customer service is not the same across the board for a company that you spend your hard earned money on each year. I was so upset that the phone case and screen that I needed I decided to purchase off of Amazon instead. I will not be purchasing a phone from this store either.

My review is based on meeting the owners and workers at the store. I have been searching for a good case for my Galaxy S8 but I have had trouble finding something really cool. I spent some time talking with the people in the store and they were super friendly and didn't have that sales type of attitude. They were there to help. I found that refreshing. This branch is located in a super nice mall and not crowded at all. I recommend checking it out.

    Very disappointed in this store and the service provided. I had just sent up service with 6 lines…read moreporting over from Tmobile and one of my lines iMessage was not working. Having called into support they advised me to wait 4hrs but can take up to 24hrs if not I can go into my local store and they can further assist me. So 24hrs passed and I was still having issues with iMessage so I walked into the store on Thursday around 6pm on 2/12 and was assisted right away by one of the reps. She checked me in and assisted me right away. I told her the issue I was having and she looked at a few settings on phone and then asked a gentleman I'm guessing a manager or something if he knew of a solution to fix this and all he said was it's an apple issue and they don't have the tools to assist me on this and I would need to go to apple. Having just transferred 6 lines over this is not the answer I wanted to hear as Verizon is my provider and they can at least attempt try to assist me. No attempt to call into support or tech support to help figure this out. Instead all the did was push me to apple. Having left I called into support and told them the situation and they apologized for stores lack of help and assured me they'll do their best to help resolve my issue. It took support about 15mins to fix my issue by deleting my eSIM and adding a new one. This is something the store could have easily done (unless the they don't have the tools to call into support such as a phone) instead of pushing a new customer away. I was close to going back to Tmobile after this horrible customer experience. Had they not been so busy when I walked across the way I would have went back to them. Needless to say I would not be going back to this Verizon store in the future and they should be ashamed of themselves to even be a company owned store. This is the customer experience I expect from a 3rd party but not from a company owned store.
