The food was pretty good! We had a Banh Mi as well as the steak pho. My wife loved her sandwich, the pho wasn't bad. I prefer the thinner noodles but overall it wasn't bad. Me and my boyfriend came down for a Seahawks game today and almost passed this place up thank god we didn't. We went in for bubble tea but ended up getting the brisket bah mi dip and needless to say it was the best bah mi I've ever had in my life, the service was very friendly & helpful. The owner came out and checked on everyone and gave me and my boyfriend a little bit of back story he even took our picture at their new years set up. 10/10 I would drive back to Seattle just for this. read more

We catered Saigon Drip for our networking event. The food was sooo gooood! We will for sure use them next time. They had so many options and we wanted to try some of the other banh mi sandwiches as well as the chow mein. This time we did the fried rice with pork and shrimp, it was delicious. Vegetarian options were great. Really nice that we could cater to the diverse appetites for our crowd. We did the veggie vortex and the tofu fresh rolls. Looking forward to using them again. I saw this restaurant on Instagram and wanted to try it. The staff greeted us upon entry. The gentleman that took our order asked if we had been there before. We said we hadn't and he recommended the pork belly banh mi or the French dip banh mi. We ordered the French dip banh mi, iced coffee and fries. It was delicious! The broth was rich and complimented the already flavorful sandwich. The gentleman that took our order asked us how everything was tasting. His name is Phu and he is one of the owners. He was super friendly and thanked us for coming in. He also gave us some sightseeing recommendations. I highly recommend this restaurant if you want a tasty banh mi and friendly service. read more

This place has the best banh mi in the city hands down. I was definitely sold by their pate. Their pate is not only so creamy but its also complimentary if you want extra. Bun bo hue, pho, bo la lot, original milk tea and all the chicken wing flavors are delicious but my all time fav is the caramelized fish sauce. My coworkers tried the pho, banh mi dip, smokey hog delight banh mi, bun thit nuong, bun ga nuong and passionfruit mango limeade and the portions were generous, fresh and flavorful. Their bun bo hue isn't always available but don't miss out when it is available. They have the most tender brisket and rib meat! read more

I have eaten here three times and have never been disappointed. The Banh Mi Dip was a delightful French dip and pho fusion. The ribeye pho was delicious. It came with a huge portion of thinly sliced ribeye that you cook yourself in a separate cup of broth. It was enough for two people. The fish sauce wings are legit! Different than other well-known fish sauce wings in the region. It is not often I'm surprised by wings. I am eager to try the other wings as well as the breakfast options. If you're looking for food in P Sq then this is the best place IMO esp for lunch. read more

My review is on the pho: I've had my share of pho in my life and this one was a let down. I was expecting something similar to its predecessor at this location but unfortunately I did not get what I was looking for. The broth was way too sweet! I can't pinpoint which ingredient was causing the issue, perhaps too much cinnamon? I don't think they put sugar into the broth, but honestly it tasted like they poured liquid candy into the soup, it was just overpoweringly sweet and that destroyed the pho for me. My advice would be to go easy on the cinnamon, also the meat (Brisket?) was a bit on the gamey side for some reason. read more

The atmosphere is very modern and contemporary, caters to customers around my age (millennial/gen z cusp) but there were lots of older people as well. I ordered the grilled pork spring rolls and a milk tea. Grilled pork rolls were great -- the peanut sauce is fantastic. For 8$, it's a little on the pricier side. I asked for the milk tea half-sweet but it felt like it was at full sweet. Still, thought it was tasty. Customer service is fantastic. Granted, not as busy now but hopefully service will continue to be exceptional even in the future as they get busier. read more
