Almost couldn't tell where the front entrance was when I came here shortly from the Pride parade around 12:20pm, it was a confusing walk getting off the Pioneer Square station to get here! Staff at the front - at an area that looked like their drinks and boba station - directed me to seating on the left-hand side of the entrance. Tables are all right and a little worn out but are laid-back and clean otherwise. Music is quiet and there's only some AC white noise if this place isn't too packed like for this visit. Noise can easily reverberate inside. I got their house special pho, along with their house special wings on the side as per one of my friends who came here before. I'll admit this was a lot for me to eat but I was hungry! - The house special pho has steak, brisket and meatballs. Very hearty and rich broth, and the meats are appropriately chewy. It does look like your standard regular pho but I'm overlooking that as the taste hits. - The house special wings came in really hot!!! They're braised in fish sauce which made them a little sticky but pretty much all the more better to eat. I looooove my fried stuff so this one hit the spot! The outside crust is very crispy and remains crispy even with the fish sauce, and the chicken itself retained all its juice; I might have made a mess on my shirt by accident while eating this. I don't come to Pioneer Square often with its sketchy surroundings and hard-to-score parking but this place gives me one more reason to make the trek there anyway. I get business is hard but gaming reviews immediately makes me go from "oooo this place is going to be ahhhmazing" to "best case this place will be average." Didn't try the food. I had the most incredible meal during my trip to Seattle. Coming from Los Angeles, California, where we're lucky to have such a wide variety of diverse cuisines, I still managed to find this hidden gem just a few miles away--Grand Central Market, a place known for its incredible fresh seafood. After finishing a perfectly seasoned dish and navigating through the packed, wall-to-wall crowd on a Saturday afternoon, I decided to switch gears and go for something more comforting, reminiscent of home. It was no surprise the place was so busy. Both of the female servers working tonight were friendly and attentive to my needs. I ordered the pork belly and egg rice plate, and it was absolutely delicious--no extra sauce or seasoning needed. The pork belly was tender, savory, and every single bite brought me so much joy until the plate was clean. I'm not sure if it was homesickness or just being on my own, but surprisingly, I didn't feel lonely at all. I also ordered a beef Banh Mi to go, which looked fantastic. They wrapped it up neatly in a sandwich wrapper. Earlier that day, I had met a young fellow at the hotel who works as a cocktail server, and we had a very great conversation. When I got back to the hotel later, I ran into him again and ended up giving him the sandwich--it turned out he hadn't had much exposure to Asian cuisine, and it was also his birthday. What a great lunch spot! I was walking and looking for a pho spot and came across Four Diamonds. I saw the picture of the Bun Bo Hue on the window and decided that's exactly what I wanted. It was very tasty and hearty. I added hoisin sauce, sriracha and chilli oil to make it spicier but the beef was tender and flavorful. Overall, exactly what I wanted for lunch. I washed it down with a chai boba milk tea. The service was excellent and so enthusiastic, which is always the cherry on top of a good dining experience. The bahn mis were good with properly crunchy bread. I think the tofu in mine was a bit too soggy with mayo/sauce, but otherwise it was tasty. The boba was very good as well. The server was working hard but taking orders quickly as a line started to form. We did take out but there's lots of places to sit if you want to dine in. They still have a big balloon arch and some fun artwork. It's a good place for families or a quick lunch for sure. We saw a new place in Pioneer Square and wanted to give it a try. I had the small special pho with three meats - steak, brisket & meatballs. Hubby had the grilled pork vermicelli bowl. As for seating, my bench was so high up that the table reached my belly button LOL it was very uncomfortable to eat here, i had to often pick up my bowl or plate so that it was closer to my face. The door opened sevral times and left the place quite cold and my bf had to keep getting up to close it. Also I highly recommend staff not ask / push customers how theyre doing every 5 minutes! So l was starving one sunny day in Pioneer Square and I happened upon this delicious smelling spot. I ordered the wings to-go and when they arrived I changed my mind and decided to sit and eat there. The server was very kind and said no problem and even offered me water! They're very friendly here. Now to the wings: I'm a lil bit of a wing snob but these plump, crispy morsels hit the right spot. And although there are 6 wings, they were a good size. Well worth the almost 20 bones I spent. The pickled shredded carrots and jicama (?) were a playful juxtaposition to the slight sweetness of the sesame chicken wings. The place was clean and bright with colorful pictures near counter seating and despite the necessary bars on the windows, there are plants all over. Gotta love that greenery. I'll definitely be back to try the pork belly and egg rice bowl. read more

3.4/5 Actually was headed to Saigon drip for a bahnmi when I saw four diamonds across the street. I had seen them on Instagram so was excited to try them instead. Ambiance - a very large space. When you walk in it's a large room with another room with seating to your left, and ordering area to your right. Service - was greeted right away and the woman was very friendly and walked me through their specialty items. Food - I ordered their 2 specialties. The house wings and their pork belly banhmi. The flavor was on point. You can tell they stewed their pork belly, it had a thit kho flavor to it. The only issue was mine was comprised of primarily fat, so when I was eating it, it was very mushy. But when I got to the other end, that's where most of the meat was and it was good. Think I just got a bad one. The fish sauce wings also weren't bad, and the texture was on point. Stayed crispy even sitting in the box on the long drive home. Only issue was it was $20 for 7 wings! When I ordered them I thought they came with 12 (doesn't list quantity) so won't be ordering them again. Still want to come back to try other banhmis. read more

We came here around 3 PM on a Sunday. The restaurant was spacious and clean, with a relaxed vibe. New Vietnamese restaurant in Pioneer Square. They took over the space that used to be a sports bar. The host can process to-go orders or they can take you to your table. They also have a self ordering kiosk. If you have extra time to browse through their menu and learn their point of sale system then go for it. I'm not a fan of kiosks but I know some customers prefer it. Their menu isn't bilingual because they're in Pioneer Square. Not a big Vietnamese population in this particular neighborhood but don't worry though, their Bánh mì is legit. Their ingredients are fresh, flavor is on point, and they use quality bread. Portion size is good too. I ended up saving the other half for dinner. Saigon Deli in the C-ID is still king but it's not as easy to get to unless you take the First Hill Streetcar or drive. They were pretty busy during the lunch rush so orders can take a bit longer. Ask the host for an estimated wait time if you're under a time constraint. It's a good place to swing by if you're in town for an event at the stadiums or if you need a good sandwich. read more

Came here for an early dinner and had no problem getting a table. Got the special rice plate, thai crispy chicken rice plate, lemongrass tofu rice plate, fries, tastea drink, oreo cake milk tea, and the tropical sunset drink. Everything was super good! Typically with viet places I feel like their pickled veggies or fish sauce aren't up to par with what I'm used to getting at home. But it was great here! The broken rice plates were all good, I'm partial to the classic special. But would also recommend the thai crispy chicken, even after packing the rest it was still crispy. The tofu had great flavor as well. The soup it comes with is yummy, but more of a gentle flavor. Fries had a good flavor as well, when asked they said they use truffle oil. The tropical sunset was refreshing, not sweet, but more tart/sour. I really liked it along with their tastea drink. Those two were light and refreshing. The oreo cake milk tea was more on the sweeter side, but my partner loved it. Overall great new restaurant with friendly service! Definitely going to come back and try more of their items. really great hidden gem in pioneer square. i would highly recommend hitting this spot up for good food at a decent price! it's spacious, one side is for to go/drinks, and the other is for dine in with a few tables, probably better for smaller groups. we got the egg rolls, chicken wings, and the dry pho. all of it was delicious. we particularly enjoyed the fish sauce chicken wings, so good we had to order a second round. it's perfectly savory and sweet, its got really good crunch, and the chicken comes out piping hot and so juicy. the egg rolls are good, pretty standard. and the dry pho was also good, came with a good amount of brisket/meatballs and a side of hot pho broth. service was kind, and food came out fairly quickly! definitely a good spot to check out if ur in the area or before a game at the stadiums! read more

Four Diamonds is near my office, so I stop in from time to time. The food is amazing - like literally amazing. I get the special pork vermicelli and I've tried the fried rice, house chicken wings, and crispy Thai chicken. All delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that this place is EXPENSIVE. It's at least $20 per meal per person, add a drink and tip and it easily exceeds $35. read more

It was big, beautiful and healthy. The sandwich featured fresh crunchy French bread, lots of veggies, nicely sautéed tofu and yummy sauce. I thought I couldn't eat it all but I did!
