This is the veggies I received.

Honest review. I got pho to go. Does not nearly give enough veggies. Noodle portion is very small. Meatball does not taste right. The broth is good, but overall not worth $21. Image of how much veggies they gave.

    Spring Rolls, Pork Banh Mi

Headed over to get a quick early dinner and we ordered from the digital counter. There isn't much inside seating and the space is small so we opted for the to go option. The order came out pretty fast and they provided all the utensils we needed. Spring Rolls - Pretty decent spring rolls, it was filled with shrimp, lettuce and vermicelli mainly but the star of it was the peanut sauce. It was sweet, creamy, aromatic and had a pretty bold peanut flavor. Pork Banh Mi - It was a decent size for two people to share. The pork inside was soft and flavorful from the seasoning. I enjoyed the pickled veggies for the freshness it brought and the bun was easy to bite into, soft with a light crunch. The only downside was pricing as it was 10 dollars for two spring rolls. Though for a quick dinner, this was a great option and they also had some pho and meal combo menu items as well.

This is the best spot to sit. Good for people watching.

After being a guest on a radio talk show, I was craving pho and a banh mi. This is a great spot for non gmo food. Service was good considering this was a 33 item order at the time I arrived. It not having human service makes it feel a bit cold w/out this interaction. The broth of the pho is tasty and I like how it's to be healthier. The ambiance is unique and a bit tight and small. Want to try the Kirkland location to see if the restaurant feeling is better.

I placed a pick up order and the food was hot and ready when I arrived. You are able to grab any to-go toppings or utensils needed. The restaurant is smaller, but there is some seating if u want to eat there. The Pho itself was really tasty the packaging separated the pho toppings like jalapeño, basil, and bean sprouts. The portions were fairly big and I had leftovers to eat the next day. I would recommend extra cilantro and onions when ordering pho of u enjoy like I do!

Vinason Pork Bahn Mi sandwich. Very little pork in the sandwich.

I've been getting Pork Bahn Mi at Vinason for years. Their sandwiches were delicious. But recently, I've noticed that every time I come here, there is less pork in the sandwich than the time before. Last night was the worst yet...there was so little pork, that it was laughable (and bear in mind, with tax and tip, this is a $15+ sandwich). See photo.

Solid spot for a quick bite in SLU! Staff is really efficient and helpful. I got the lemongrass chicken vermicelli bowl which was pretty good! Portion size was really generous and I was stuffed after. The chicken was a little sweet for my taste but it was still pretty yummy. Vegetables were fresh and the vermicelli was great as well. Definitely recommend checking this place out for some quick and filling Vietnamese food!

Was looking for a quick meal after visiting the Space Needle and decided on this photo spot. Parking is a bit challenging here, but ended up finding street parking after a few rounds. The shop on a corner and very small, mostly take out orders. They do have 2 small tables outside (if weather permits) and 2 small bar tables inside. Ordered on a screen and waited for staff to bring us the food. They were friendly and helpful. We ordered 2 different Phos. Food wasn't too bad, would recommend paying for extra for the fresh noodles. The broth itself was very salty, but palatable (just drink a lot of water after). Not sure if i would return, but wasn't bad.

The good: convenient location with good flavors The bad: inflated prices for food amount I got a couple of phos and grilled pork sandwich and even reviewing the food pics you can tell the amount has gone down and prices are more than doubled. I expect my bahn mi to be overflowing and there was barely any meat or filling to cover the bread... so ratio is off

    Coffee that's practically half filled

What kinda of cheap service is this?? Picked the less ice version, but didn't know it meant less drink. Anything to save a buck I guess? At least the food is good.

So the concept to start is bad. Trying to be clever with our your own beers, but that is a questionable transaction to start. The real kicker is when you return the card which is required. They have a no tip, 10% and a 20%, so whatever slot you put that card in it charges you more after already tipping at the counter. I filed an FCC report and it is gross and illegal

I had the Lemongrass Pork Vermicelli with Fish Sauce and it was delicious. The pork was juicy and flavorful, and the greens balance out the greasiness well. I wish there was a little more of the vermicelli, but they gave a generous portion of meat and veggies. However, this bowl was $17 which was pricey, so this won't be a place I come back frequently but definitely a solid spot for viet food!

Just had this their pork Banh Mi. First of all the meat is cold and it is too large pieces. I don't recommend this sandwich. For the cost of this, should have made it fresh. It tastes ok, but again it is. Like eating cold cuts.

3 types of spring rolls ($8-9 each)

I loove this chain :) This location is a pick up booth located in SLU. We ordered 3 spring rolls (normal chicken, lemongrass chicken, and steak) online. It was ready super quickly and perfectly packaged, also I love how generous they were with the peanut sauce. Only thing - they were out of banh mih when we ordered :( Maybe they ran out of bread or something.

We ended up choosing a place close and were not disappointed at all. This restaurant is located off a busy street but it luckily offers a parking lot which can be hard to come by in Seattle. We were very impressed by the options provided. I usually don't find Bun Bo Hue on the menu often which is what my partner ended up ordering. I ordered the Bun rieu which is even harder to come by. We also ordered the crispy butter garlic wings to share which was a perfect choice. The service was very fast and we were pleasantly surprised at how quickly our stuff came out after placing our order. The portions were also HUGE and we both had enough to take home for a second meal. The Bun rieu was super tomatoey and had a rich flavor which the crab. My mom makes Bun rieu at home and I was very much happy with this bowl too, reminded me a lot of how my mom makes it! The Bun Bo Hue was not super spicy but we appreciated being able to customize. The custard duck egg is an excellent starter, with a rich, savory broth that delivers a deep, yolky umami punch. The rau ram oil and herb is such a creative twist that adds the perfect herbal dimension. The radicchio pudding was light and offered a clean, almost grassy brightness without being overwhelming in flavors. Great option for any vegans at the table. The wagyu beef tallow fries were some of the best fries I've ever had. Ultra-crispy, perfectly thick-cut, and deeply flavorful with beef notes shining through, without being too heavy. Like many of the dishes here, perfectly balanced in flavor. The grilled eggplant with whipped tofu and crispy sun chokes was another standout. The tofu whip was so smooth and should be considered a worthy sub for mayo. The eggplant was soft, creamy, and perfectly charred. The garlic rice was incredibly savory and maybe my favorite version of it yet. Packed with the perfect depth of garlicky flavor and seasoning. Finally for dessert - I thought the durian fruit cup was decent, it's great for durian lovers but next time I will be back to try their other desserts. The hollow bread is a must-try. It's fried to perfection, the inside is steamy and the butter it comes with is perfect but the bread alone is so good that it doesn't need it. The perfect touch of roasted sesame. Slightly sweet, it's a delight in textures and perfect in cold weather. The oyster on half shell in happy hour is also a great standard oyster, very fresh, with a nuanced Viet twist in the sauces. Vegetable dip is pretty standard and also delicious, great if you're looking for a healthy starter. Coffee rubbed ribs were fantastic as well and an incredible deal for the size. You have to dip it in the fish sauce or else there is no flavor. Just something minor but I wish the pickled veggies were more separated. It had the cut lines but not fully cut so you had to separate it yourself. The com tam was alright. All of the components you would usually get for a broken rice dish. The meatloaf was really good. The pork on the other hand was a bit too salty for my liking. And you only get one thin piece... soup on the side was good and was a good way to cleanse the palette. Overall good modern/fancy spin on Vietnamese food but overpriced. Would probably be nice to go during dinner time for some drinks as the ambience seemed better for night time. Good amount of seating. Street parking around the area was easy to find.
