The location is in a dodgy area but I figured that the means the food was probably good. Boy was I wrong. Broth was not flavorful. It reminded me of sea water. It was overpriced too but I guess that's downtown Seattle for you.

It was a rainy day in Seattle for my first visit and we really wanted some good pho. Pho 25 is the highest rated place that came up on the trusty Yelp! App. Our experience was..interesting. (+) bottom line, the pho was very good. Plenty of meat and quite flavorful. Also ordered a pot sticker app that was very tasty as well. Good, solid portions that tasted great! (+) prices weren't bad considering we were right around the corner from the Pike Place Market. (-) sodas only in cans. No fountain drinks at all. Boo. (-) dining area was rather small and not very clean. This was a mixed bag for me. The food is obviously the most important thing and the food here was quite good. The rest of it not so much. Maybe I'm spoiled living in Las Vegas, but we have a lot of places similar to this on Spring Mountain Road lol This place is alright, but you have so many options available right around the corner at the Pike Place Market. 3 stars.

Amazing PHO here in Seattle and their customer service is wonderful so friendly. It's a family owned business. Food is so tasty and freshly made.

Yikes. $17 for pho that tastes like greasy, overly salty low tide. 10/10 do not recommend

3/10 I'll leave it at that. Very small and customer service was ok. Other than that.. it's a fast eat and go on the Seattle street.

The udon were really good but if you let them sit for a long time they get a bit soggy and lose their texture, mainly a concern if you eat really slow though. Broth was also great, just a tiny bit of spice really added to it Overall I'd definitely come back here!

My girlfriend and I stopped in before a flight, which in hindsight was a mistake. We ordered around 12:30 PM (niku beef udon, garlic pork udon, and chicken karaage), and it took nearly an hour to receive everything. The karaage came out first after about 40 minutes, then one udon about 10 minutes later, and the final dish close to an hour after ordering. Because of this, we weren't able to eat together unless one of us let our food go cold. On top of that, the restaurant itself was uncomfortably cold, which made the long wait feel even worse. It also seemed like many other tables were experiencing similar issues--orders coming out at different times or missing entirely, with customers having to repeatedly follow up. What stood out most was the lack of communication. There was no acknowledgment of the delays, no check-ins, and no apology--not when the food was dropped off, and not even when we left. Given that we had to pay upfront and the price point was $20+ per bowl, it made the experience feel even more disappointing. While the portions were decent and the noodles seemed handmade, the food itself didn't feel particularly special to justify the wait or cost. I truly hope this feedback is helpful. With better timing, communication, and overall service, I think the experience could be much better.

Luckily I was able to snag reservations, but you do sit pretty close to the tables around you. We didn't mind since we had a corner table. To share, we ordered the chicken curry nasi lemak, sayap ayam pedas, and kaya toast. All three dishes were phenomenal, each with its own distinct flavor. The sayap ayam pedas was a huge portion for just 2 people, but we couldn't stop eating. The combination of soy sauce and fish sauce was not overpowering at all and the chicken itself was so juicy. The chicken curry in the nasi lemak was delicious with the coconut rice. Along with the anchovies, egg, peanuts, and sambal, it was a choose-your-own-adventure kind of bite. The kaya toast was the perfectly sweet dish to balance out all the flavors. I especially loved dipping it in the poached egg for a satisfyingly runny bite. I left feeling so full, but so motivated to come back and try more dishes. Highly recommend!

The roti jala is an always-order, and great for sharing. The laksa is really good, and a great option for vegetarians. I personally like the nasi lemak, but just be careful not to add all of the chilis they provide you, as that can really overwhelm the flavor of the dish. The nasi biryani is good -- the beef rendang is wonderfully flavorful but not the most tender rendang I've had. Portions are satisfying, thankfully, since all the entrees are about $20 and up. This place runs like a well-oiled machine. Food comes out quickly and you feel well attended to here.

The start of the journey began with the requisite parking fiasco and issues that are perpetual in the Seattle ID...but that should never, and I mean never, stop an important mission like finding a truly delicious noodle restaurant. When we went in, it was pretty empty. We were immediately sat, and ordered. The hot jasmine tea quickly followed. Our Calamari came out quick and was delicious to the point I nearly had to fight my son for the last piece. I quickly surrendered as he does stab people...see above...he parried my fork and stabbed the last piece before quickly finishing the move. Our mains came out shortly after we finished the calamari. The 14yo ordered beef brisket noodle soup. He said it was delicious, but too spicy after he added too much chili oil. The wife scoffed at the idea that there's such a thing as too much chili oil and ate some of his soup. This was after she dug into her hot pot. I did get a chance to sample the delicate pork pieces and the flavorful rice. The slightly crispy rice at the bottom of the pot were so delicious. I had the Singapore style fried noodles. Really tasty. The noodles had so many flavors from the vegetables to the meats (shrimp, chicken meat & egg, and pork) and the sauce. I enjoyed the meal, and look forward to discovering more dishes to try on our adventures trying to find parking. JuFeng, thank you for the delicious meal!
