I always come here when it's rainy out or I'm feeling under the weather for a bowl of pho. Hands-down still one of the best pho places in town, I'll go out of my way to drive to Crown Hill to eat here or order takeout. It's still a solid spot for me even two years after I first tried it. I normally get the regular pho tai with a cup of jasmine tea (which is only $2)! Service is exceptionally fast and was sat immediately - the staff are very kind. I did not take a picture of it but I ordered a vermicelli bowl with grilled pork and shrimp fresh rolls to go after my visit. They were both very flavorful and I recommend anything off their menu - it's delicious and worth the effort to dine in but not the right place if you want to chit chat and dilly dally. There's plenty of parking outside in the strip mall which shares a lot with QFC. Miss Pho in Seattle is... okay, and this might be a bit of a hot take. The pho is decent. Not bad, but not something I'd go out of my way for. The broth leans noticeably sweet, which some people may enjoy, but it does suggest a bit of a shortcut compared to more traditional styles. The standout was the beef rib. It was delicious and a real showstopper, but at $28, it feels hard to justify. Service was great. Pho Ha Noi: the meat is just wrong. The beef is supposed to be tender and a different cut. Instead it's chewy bulgogi cut. Points for pickled garlic. Not many places have this northern condiment. The ratio of noodles to broth is completely off. There should be 2:1 broth to noodle ratio. Instead it's the opposite. When you order a large, the bowl is the same as a medium but more noodles are added. Thus making a crowded bowl lacking enough broth. The veggie pho had zero pho flavor. Been a while since I came back here 2 years ago as part of a solo trip, now it's with a bestie from LA on Valentine's Day when I should have booked something for the two of us much earlier! The drive up here is pretty far from the greater Seattle area but you don't have to worry too much about parking since it shares a plaza with several other businesses. For the ambience inside, it can get really noisy but the vibes are there; it's brightly lit with bar seating and tons of tables for groups of four or more. Since it was Valentine's Day, seating was full and we got bar seating instead. You can see the kitchen clearly if you're around there. I got their Miss Pho Special, which is your regular pho with a huge beef rib where the meat pulls of so easily! There's also steak, tripe, meatballs, a ton of onions, a raw egg yolk and all the regular works and aromatic tastes of a pho. This whole thing itself is pretty pricey comapred to their other two signature pho (pho Hanoi and pho sa te), but it's probably because of the huge beef rib. A huge bowl regardless, but still pricey. Food wise, I'd take friends here for the novelty since you don't ever really see pho with a large beef rib AND an egg yolk in the same bowl. Driving wise, this is quite far and I don't see myself coming back too often despite both my experiences here, which are still above average. read more

Went on a Sunday around noon and there was a wait, luckily it wasn't too long though and they took our order before seating us too. I got the chicken and taro roll vermicelli and LOVED IT. I can actually taste the taro in the roll and it is quite substantial. The chicken is super tender and flavorful. Meanwhile, the vermicelli is fresh and refreshing. I tried the pho too and loved the soup. It's flavorful however not too overpowering. Dipping the Chinese donut in there is such a good idea that I never thought of and now love. The donut was better than I expected and was substantial, fluffy yet crispy. We also got the salt and pepper chicken wings and really enjoyed them. They were big in size, juicy and VERY flavorful. As a Vietnamese who grew up in Long Xuyen, if this is the best pho in Seattle then Seattle must have a really poor Pho / Vietnamese food scene. The broth is lackluster, but I was okay with it. My experience became really poor when we started getting rushed to order with three different servers coming back after 30 second intervals when we said we needed extra time. I was taught that you can tell how great the food is depending on the the number of people of that ethnicity in the restaurant. It's even better if they're older and can only speak that language, which means it's a local spot among Viet people. Wow, probably the best pho I have had in Seattle. Totally unassuming with it being in a strip mall in Greenwood, but the flavor really hit the ball out of the park. I absolutely loved the small touches like extra green onion and egg yolk, and loved that chinese doughnuts were an option. Will 100% be coming back with more friends and my partner. My favorites are the beef rib pho and the summer rolls. I also love the Thai tea. The mango coco is a current seasonal special and it is exceptional. Absolutely order any mango products during mango season -- you won't be disappointed. The pho has so much depth of flavor, as well as perfectly cooked noodles, beef, and onions. There's a lot of toppings and you can always ask for more bean sprouts, jalapeños, basil, and lime. I love trying the broth first and then adding everything else in. Miss pho also does their own speciality phos that no other shops do, such as the Ha Noi, a wok fried beef one with pickled garlic, or a spicy version. They are so creative and just as delicious as the traditional versions. The staff are also very friendly and there are never long waits for food or drink (but there might be for a seat!). They also have large tables for bigger parties so it's a perfect meeting spot as well. There's also some bar seats for individual diners. Been wanting to try to fairly new Vietnamese restaurant in Greenwood, but it is quite out of the way from where I lived. Once an occasioned raised, my friends and I hopped on the opportunity to come try it out! The restaurant itself isn't that big. Very limited space to wait inside. We waited outside until they were able to get a table for us. Once it was getting closer for our group to get seated, they came to find us to get our order in. Unfortunately, we waited about an hour for a table for four people. However, not too long after our food was served to us. We ordered the Salt and Pepper Styled Crispy Chicken Wings to share. I ordered one of their signature phởs, the Phở Hà Nội. It has wok sautéed beef shank, topped with a creamy raw egg yolk and pickled garlic, served with traditional phở beef broth. The crispy chicken wings were SO GOOD. I wish we ordered both styles to try them both. It was crispy, freshly food, and juicy! The phở broth was good, but the bowl overall was a bit underwhelming given it was $18 for it.
