A solid and delicious Thai spot with a fun fusion of brunch and mixed Asian cuisine. I love love love how some of their brunch items aren't so heavy and have healthy protein packed options. The price is very justifiable for the gracious portions. We tried 3 things today: -Thai iced coffee: was a little too sweet but a yummy treat against the savory items we got -Salmon curry omelette: loved this item and the curry sauce not being too overwhelming for a brunch item. -Thai steak: the amount of steak we got for $29 was amazing and cooked perfectly: very tender meat with a delicious funky sauce to pair. A good amount of sticky rice to pair with the steak and sauce was lovely. *The portions between these two plates were awesome and more than enough to share between two people. The menu is extensive which was really overwhelming to go through, but we enjoyed everything we got. The service was great. We ordered pad see ew with tofu and Panang curry with veggies - the final bill was less than $40, which is a good deal these days. It looks like they've done some remodeling and the place looks smaller. They have 7-8 tables with some bar seating. The food is really really good. I loved the Thai tea and the kanom-pak-gaad. My colleague also enjoyed her pad Thai. The 2/5 spice level was definitely a 2/5 versus the bland 2s I'm used to. It was a pleasant surprise! They were really really slow for take out though unfortunately. We waited maybe 25-30 minutes for our food so it ate into our lunch break. Shrimp and pork spring rolls: 7/10 Ordered this thinking that these were the fresh ones wrapped in rice paper, but we got the fried ones instead. If you want the rice paper ones, you have to come in on Thursday-Saturday because apparently they have different chefs for different days. Still yummy though, but we wouldn't have ordered this if we knew beforehand. Red curry: 8/10 Definitely had a kick to it, but it tasted good! Generous portion size and served with a bowl of rice. Pad kee mao: 7/10 Tasted good, but I think they could've made the portion size bigger considering its price. We got this with 0 spice, which was the right choice considering how it's already made with some spice to begin with and the red curry was spicy. Iced Thai tea: 7/10 At first it tasted too sweet, but the sweetness helped to even out the spiciness of the food. Nice restaurant with good food. The ambiance in this restaurant is fantastic they were more than happy to accommodate for our party of 11 on a Friday night. Our server was hosting and running plates from the back and did a great job of multitasking while maintaining a great customer experience. The food was a 12/10 not that spicy despite being a 4/5 if you like spicy food go hard or go home with this place! The noodles were great with more than enough veggies, and beef. As an Asian-American, I enjoy eating Asian foods with an American twist on them. I had their Chiengmai burger and I was blown away! The presentation of the burger was great and the taste of it was even better. It was well made and tasty and I loved how they included the fried noodles with it. It came with a side of waffle fries which were really well-made as well. There wasn't too much fries, but the whole meal made me pretty full. They gave us complimentary soups which were good as well. The Thai ice tea was very good as well. There was a good amount of it and it was sweet. The service was excellent. Servers were very friendly and helpful. The food took a bit of time to make, but it was worth it. The pricing is good. They have a brunch menu and an all day menu. Unfortunately, their burgers are only available during lunch. I enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurants. It's well themed and decorated and I love how the windows open. There's plenty of seating and they have outdoor seating too. Our experience with Ti22 was disastrous. We let them know we had an event to get to and needed to leave at 6:45. Our reservation was at 5:30, they didn't bring us our food until 6:45, when we told them that we would be leaving. Across the board they failed. They took the order of two tables that came after us. We had to ask for them to take our order multiple times. We had to ask them to bring our drinks. They said they would bring our appetizers out with our food because we were in a hurry, but none of that happened. They were busy because of the event at Climate Pledge, but it's no excuse for such poor service. We finally told them that we would be leaving without receiving our food. They suddenly said most of the food was done and brought it out, but that was terrible because we had to woof it down in 10 minutes. Very bad experience. It's a shame, because the food was good and the owner was apologetic and gave us 20% off our bill ‍ but that doesn't make up for any of it. I'm giving 2 stars for the food. read more

I had a tattoo appointment and was looking for a place close to grab a bite. This was right next door was greeted right away. Customer service was great they had a big catering order and warned me that thinks may take a little longer but In order fairly quickly from the lunch menu and the order came out fast. I had a nice chat with the woman who took my order believe she was yhe owner. Water remained filled and was checked on after my first few bites. I ordered the Chili and Basil at two stars off the lunch plate menu. I would usually order three stars but didn't know how spicy it would be and didn't want my stomach upset while I was getting my tattoo. I opted for the $2 egg add one cause I usually enjoy that dish with an egg. It had the crispy edges but was a little overcooked for my personal taste. The order came with soup, phad thai and a scoop of rice Love the flavors was spot on comforting for the grey weather. I liked that the vegetables weren't overcooked they still had a nice bite to them. The soup was really good had shitake mushrooms and a clear broth. We stumbled across this place while looking for a place to eat lunch. The place is really aesthetic and unique with its Thai fusion brunch menu. We ordered one of the Thai style congee, khao soi, and curry crab omelette, and Thai tea. The congee and the curry crab were definitely our favs and were super flavorful and the perfect texture ! We 100% recommend trying these. The Khao soi was good as well but just was too salty for our preference. I gave this a 4 star only because they were very short staffed so it was a long wait for the food even though there were only a few tables seated at the time. This Belltown spot is a creative entree into a pretty stagnant Seattle Thai food market. They provide unique fusion dishes that retain their sense of authenticity while deriving original combinations. I've visited the restaurant twice now, and each trip has provided a unique blend of flavors. I can't speak enough about how creative these dishes are, including a mix of food items that I have truly never seen combined together. Absolutely 10/10. We walk by this place all the time and finally decided to try it out. Very cute and cozy atmosphere. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We happened to be in during happy hour and tried a couple discounted appetizers. We loved the spicy tuna chips and the lamb shank. For our entrees we had the kao soi and the crab curry noodle, they were both so good. Complex flavors, nice and spicy. I can't wait to have the crab noodle again and I definitely want to try some new things next time as well. There are a lot of great Thai spots in Belltown but this one is up there among the best. What makes this place unique is their fusion offerings that include some really creative dishes that we'd love to try in the future. The place has a very cozy setup with rattan chairs and kinda takes you back a few years. Probably a great lunch spot. They shut down earlier than most restaurants on the block probably, so it's a bit hurried for dinner. The service was handled by just one lady and she was that "just tell me the order and don't ask questions" type. Haha! So probably read reviews and know what you want before getting there. Our drinks weren't so great but food was. The crab fried rice was really good. Pad kee Mao and panang curry was really flavourful too. Enjoyed the food. The pork ribs were rather bland. Popped in for a late weekday lunch after a recommendation from a coworker. We were greeted right away from a kind and bubbly server, and seated at one of the tables. The restaurant itself is small and was about half full when we arrived. We were given lemon water and vegetable soup. The lunch specials are amazing! I decided to get the salmon lunch special, which was dressed in a red curry sauce (1 star spice was perfect for me) and came with a side of veggie phad thai, white rice, and potstickers.
