We had a mixed experience. The service was great and the two servers were working their tails off. The ambiance is nice with cute decorations throughout, but the tables near the front have very little separation between you and people sitting on benches on the other side of the short wall, which is a bit awkward. The food was mixed with the Thai tea and spring rolls being tasty, but my house noodles with tofu was so much spinach and so few noodles I thought they had brought out a salad by mistake. It was not particularly flavorful either unfortunately and I left hungry with the portion size. My partner had an equally meh experience with his entree. I unfortunately wouldn't really recommend or come back based on what we had and what else I know is in the mall.

First of all, the 2 stars is mainly for their service and management. We made a reservation at 6 PM since we had a larger party and when we got there they said someone called in and canceled our reservation. We were so confused and when we asked who called, they couldn't give a name. Pretty sure they just gave our table away to accept more customers. They were pretty rude and we waited an extra 45 min for our table the food came out pretty quick and i ordered the crying tiger. the meat was nice and tender but the sticky rice was very hard to eat. you have to use a knife to cut it. overall i think they need to improve their service and management

We were craving Thai food before a show at the Paramount! The cashew delight chicken was delicious. The veggies were stir fried perfectly, and the Thai iced tea was refreshing. They make their Thai tea with half and half, so it was creamy and not too sweet. The service was average. Located on the top floor of Pacific Palace. Public restrooms just a short walk away.

Solid Thai food in an unassuming mall location! I was hungry and needed something to eat close by, and figured I'd give Seng Tong a try. I didn't have very high expectations, but my experience definitely surpassed them! I ordered the Panang Curry with tofu, which was flavorful and thick. Very good. The waitress was nice and very efficient, even though the place was busy with not too many people working. Definitely don't overlook this mall Thai restaurant!

What a delightful surprise to discover in a shopping mall! The interior is cool, clean, and a beautiful and gentle atmosphere. Service is prompt and accommodating. You can watch the owners prepare your meal at the back of the restaurant. Food portions are extremely generous and thus, inexpensive. The two of us split an appetizer and two entrees and were pleasantly full. The dishes: - fresh garden rolls with prawn. These were beautifully presented and absolutely delish. Fresh veggies and perfectly cooked prawns. The surprise was a warm peanut sauce dip! Unbelievable! - phad Thai with fried tofu. Tasty, with large chucks of tofu and veggies and peanuts to mix to your own taste. It could have been a tad warmer, but the flavors were good. - green curry with beef and eggplant. The sauce was unctuous and flavorful. Eggplant and beef perfectly cooked. Could have used a bit more of it though. The accompanying rice was fragrant. We ordered spice level 3, and could have gone up to a 4. The server kindly brought us small portions of chili sauces to mix in. I'll go back again, and remember to bring a large appetite!

Phad see ew and Thai tea with coconut

Friends and I went here during the day of the Hanabie concert and it was a decent one! This is inside Pacific Place, which is in downtown, which is relatively notorious for lack of quick-to-find parking. Seating inside the restaurant was relatively quick, the interior was clean and service was fast and simple. I was always able to ask for water quickly when needed, and man did I need some even after the dishes I ordered... I got the beef phad see ew with a side of Thai iced tea with coconut, and requested my noodles to be a 4-star spice. I definitely did feel the heat from the dish which was expected, so the Thai tea really did help! Spice aside, portions here are decent though I did want it to be slightly bigger since the flavors really worked together! Overall, a nice and quick place to get Thai food in downtown if you're looking for something quick to get before or after events or movies!

Came with a couple of colleagues for lunch after the first two places we visited were packed. They were pretty busy as well, but we were seated promptly and brought waters quickly. Our server came by a little while later to take our order and also share that the fryer was broken so we couldn't order several of the appetizers. I ordered the crab fried rice and my colleagues got the green curry with chicken and the cashew delight with pork along with a papaya salad. Everyone enjoyed their food but I don't recall seeing our server again after ordering as someone else brought the food. Another server came around once we were done and offered a refill on water. I'd probably eat here again but temper my expectations on the service.

They have locations both in Downtown Seattle and Greenlake, but I have only been to their Downtown Seattle location which has a beautiful view of the Puget Sound. The atmosphere is dark, trendy, and modern- perfect for a date night or nice evening out. While they are a white table cloth, sit-down restaurant, you can dress casually or dress up a bit - both are completely acceptable. This most recent visit I ordered the COCONUT PANANG CURRY with chicken ($25.95) and my friend ordered her favorite dish, SALMON GARLIC FRIED RICE ($28.95). On a past visit, I've had their CLAY POT SHRIMP & GLASS NOODLES (KOONG OB WOONSEN) ($27.95) which was absolutely fantastic and has had me hooked on Pad Woonsen ever since! I saw the COCONUT PANANG CURRY recently in my Instagram feed and knew I had to get it. It is served in a whole coconut (yes a real, fresh coconut!) and comes with a champagne flute of fresh coconut juice from the coconut they hollowed out and a side of Jasmine rice. The curry was rich, flavorful, and full of Thai basil and peppers. The coconut juice was light and refreshing and a great contrast to the thick curry. The SALMON GARLIC FRIED RICE (which I've sampled before), is gigantic, aromatic, and served with a giant grilled garlic butter fillet of salmon on top. The salmon is extremely moist, oily, and bursting with flavor. The rice is fragrant and has garlic paste, red bell pepper, carrots, and green onion. If you're looking for a tasty and protein-packed meal, this is the dish! Parking is honestly tough in this area as it's located on 1st. They have limited street parking and a few paid parking garage options around. I recommend light railing or Ubering here if you're not already in the downtown Seattle area. Service is always great and we always get our food quickly, no matter how crowded they are. The staff also take the time to check up on your table during your meal. Overall: 5/5 for food, 5/5 for service, 5/5 for atmosphere

Even though I really wanted to love this place, this place was definitely overhyped; I'd say it's about the same level as A Ma's, which I also didn't enjoy. It might be because the place has gone super viral as we ended up waiting 80 minutes on a Saturday night, so quality control might be more difficult at this point. Tip: the iPad will say the wait is 30 minutes, do not trust the iPad. Hainan Chicken was tasteless and overcooked. The texture was way too chewy and was my least favorite preparation of the night. Gai Tod (fried) was better with a crispy outside, but still a tad overcooked. Gai Yang (grilled) was definitely the best version of chicken and is solid enough if you live nearby, but definitely not driving out of your way or waiting for. Rice wasn't super fluffy and I just prefer garlic rice over ginger. The chicken stock is probably the best part of the rice plates. Upside is the joint is definitely family owned and they do their best to provide good service in spite of the chaos. They'll take your order before you get seated, so the food comes out fast and are generally very sweet when checking in.

Vibe - When I walked in, it felt like I was in a nighttime district on the streets of Thailand, eating and drinking whatever they had available. The vibe was that of a dark ambiance, with neon lights shining throughout the restaurant. Hospitality - The front-of-house staff was well-mannered and courteous, and they seated us quickly on a Monday night at 8:00 PM. It was a relatively busy night. However, we ordered fairly quickly, and the food came out within 10 to 15 minutes. Food - Food-wise, we ordered the Fried Papaya, Crispy Fried Rice, Khao Soi, Tom Yum, and Crispy Pork Belly Fried Rice. Gosh, I have to say, I was blown away by the flavors and the portion sizes! Typically, four dishes can serve three people, but I felt like these could have served five. The fried papaya salad was lightly battered with a typical papaya salad dipping sauce featuring a base of fish sauce, green beans, tomatoes, and chilies. It was good. The crispy fried rice was served with lettuce wraps, and OMG, I kid you not when I tell you this is some of the crispiest rice I've ever had. It's hard to find, but when you do, you can't wait to take another bite. I thought the khao soi overall was not bad. I enjoyed that they put the fried noodles on top so that you can mix them into the curry when it's brought out. Lastly, the pork belly was well-cooked with a crispy, crunchy exterior, and served with delicious Thai-flavored fried rice! Drinks - We ordered the Thai lemon iced tea and the Thai tea cremosa. Both tasted good. Overall, I was very satisfied with this place, and if I lived here, I could see myself grabbing some late-night bites with the homies.
