I haven't been able to try a good majority of the menu just yet. But my friend and I are absolutely obsessed with their fried rice. I've gone multiple times now and the food is always delicious. Just to try, I've switched up the protein for the fried rice and it tastes amazing with anything. Another thing I appreciate is that they don't skimp on the portions! Food is prepared in a timely manner and the ladies working there are so sweet. This is a go to spot for me!

Takeout only restaurant! The portions are HUGE. I wish I upped my spice star-level because I thought the 3-stars on the pad Thai was actually less spicy than expected. My pad see-ew was tasty and the order took 15 minutes for pickup.

This is one of my favorite Thai restaurants in Seattle. The portions are big (I can get 2-3 meals out of it), the food is reliable, and the price is good for the amount of food you get. I've tried the pad kee mao and rama noodles, both of which are full of flavor and leave me wanting more. When I've gone with my family, I've had bites of their curry and pad see ew, and all have delicious, rich flavor in each bite. The one downside is it is take out only (they stopped indoor seating during COVID), and it can be hard to reach the restaurant via phone. I've had to call multiple times, sometimes, but someone always picks up eventually. Food pickup is quick and easy.

I never leave reviews but I had to make an account just for this one. I'm visiting from California where I actively try tons of Thai Food(It's my favorite) and I stumbled by this one just randomly because it was the only thing open near my airbnb. Lemme prefice this by saying I tried every possible "famous" foods in downtown from the chowder, fish, Piroshky and don't get me wrong they were good but they weren't anywhere near as good as this was. This is the BEST thai food that i've ever had, I would come here even if they had the worst customer service ever but the crazy part is the ladies were so sweet and polite. I genuinely don't know how this place isn't more popular my only guess is because it's not directly in downtown. Although take out is always a good option, I invite you to maybe sit down and eat a meal, it just makes it that much better. Pad See Ew, Pad Kee Mao and Red Curry were amazing but i'm sure the rest is equally as good. Seattle was an amazing experience, the only bad part being not having this restaurant when I get back home.

TAKE-OUT ONLY!!! None of the reviews I read mentioned that they don't do dine-in. Pretty disappointed cause it was a 20 min wait and street parking was difficult. There's not much to do while waiting except sitting in your car. I ordered chicken pad thai and green curry. It was ok. Wasn't the worst thai food I've had and wasn't the greatest. The green curry had a good kick to it. Paid about $32 for the two entrees. Disappointed because I'm not from the area so I relied on Yelp to satisfy my craving and this place did not hit the spot.

The food was okay. The portions are huge for the price and could definitely last multiple meals. It was super easy to place an order over the phone and the food was ready in 20 minutes.

Updating to five stars after going back a couple times and falling in love with the quality. When inside the kitchen is widely visible. You can hear, see, and smell all of the sizzling activity, confirming the freshness that comes in each bite. Everything is jam packed with flavor. Their peanut sauce is also "the best I've ever had" according to my super picky boyfriend!

I called in an order for pickup at around 5:30pm on a Saturday and it took about 15 minutes for it to be ready. There is some street parking in the area and some residential parking a little further away. You can choose your spice levels from 0-5 stars and for all of the dishes I ordered I got 2 stars which was a good level of spice. You can definitely taste the spice but it doesn't make the dish unbearable. CHICKEN WINGS ($11.95) - The wings were not super crispy but they were flavorful, tender, and fall-off-the-bone. The dipping sauce that comes with it is nice too. 4.5/5 PAPAYA SALAD ($11.95) - At first the papaya salad was not as cold as I was expecting but still very good. It was like room temperature (whereas usually I expect colder) but I put it in the fridge and it was better the day after. 4/5 PAD THAI CHICKEN ($12.95) - The pad thai is slightly sweet but very flavorful. The lime balances out the sweetness and the spice was perfect to round out the dish. This was probably my favorite dish of everything I got. 5/5 YELLOW CURRY BEEF ($13.95) - The flavors were great, the beef was nice, and the eggplant was an interesting touch. The curry itself was slightly thicker than liquidy but not as thick as others I've had. The day after it was in the fridge, it was a lot thicker which I liked. What I really like about this is that it comes with rice (you can choose white or brown) which isn't common at all Thai places. 4.5/5 THAI CRISPY CHICKEN ($13.95) - It doesn't have the word garlic in the title or the menu but it does contain garlic which is awesome. Again, this dish comes with rice and I like the stickiness of the sauce and the sauce goes well with the rice. I wish there was more of it! 4.5/5 TOM YUM NOODLE SOUP PRAWNS ($11.95) - This has great flavor and goes well with the noodles. I wish there were more things in it such as fish balls as it was just the soup and the prawns. 4/5 Add this place to my list of favorite Thai places in the Seattle area. I have high standards for Thai food and everything I got here was fantastic and flavorful.

I was deputized to come up with a dinner solution around 9 on a Friday night. Cherry Street Thai to the rescue. I went down there the week before with the ol' ball and chain, we were disappointed that it's takeout only. But their takeout game is strong! They whipped up a couple dishes and some Spring Rolls in 10 minutes. The portions are HUGE. We could have split one. If you need some Thai in a pinch or just in general, try them!

Very nice Thai food and great value for Seattle. Now they have indoor seating, but it's best to take take out imo.

They have locations both in Downtown Seattle and Greenlake, but I have only been to their Downtown Seattle location which has a beautiful view of the Puget Sound. The atmosphere is dark, trendy, and modern- perfect for a date night or nice evening out. While they are a white table cloth, sit-down restaurant, you can dress casually or dress up a bit - both are completely acceptable. This most recent visit I ordered the COCONUT PANANG CURRY with chicken ($25.95) and my friend ordered her favorite dish, SALMON GARLIC FRIED RICE ($28.95). On a past visit, I've had their CLAY POT SHRIMP & GLASS NOODLES (KOONG OB WOONSEN) ($27.95) which was absolutely fantastic and has had me hooked on Pad Woonsen ever since! I saw the COCONUT PANANG CURRY recently in my Instagram feed and knew I had to get it. It is served in a whole coconut (yes a real, fresh coconut!) and comes with a champagne flute of fresh coconut juice from the coconut they hollowed out and a side of Jasmine rice. The curry was rich, flavorful, and full of Thai basil and peppers. The coconut juice was light and refreshing and a great contrast to the thick curry. The SALMON GARLIC FRIED RICE (which I've sampled before), is gigantic, aromatic, and served with a giant grilled garlic butter fillet of salmon on top. The salmon is extremely moist, oily, and bursting with flavor. The rice is fragrant and has garlic paste, red bell pepper, carrots, and green onion. If you're looking for a tasty and protein-packed meal, this is the dish! Parking is honestly tough in this area as it's located on 1st. They have limited street parking and a few paid parking garage options around. I recommend light railing or Ubering here if you're not already in the downtown Seattle area. Service is always great and we always get our food quickly, no matter how crowded they are. The staff also take the time to check up on your table during your meal. Overall: 5/5 for food, 5/5 for service, 5/5 for atmosphere

Even though I really wanted to love this place, this place was definitely overhyped; I'd say it's about the same level as A Ma's, which I also didn't enjoy. It might be because the place has gone super viral as we ended up waiting 80 minutes on a Saturday night, so quality control might be more difficult at this point. Tip: the iPad will say the wait is 30 minutes, do not trust the iPad. Hainan Chicken was tasteless and overcooked. The texture was way too chewy and was my least favorite preparation of the night. Gai Tod (fried) was better with a crispy outside, but still a tad overcooked. Gai Yang (grilled) was definitely the best version of chicken and is solid enough if you live nearby, but definitely not driving out of your way or waiting for. Rice wasn't super fluffy and I just prefer garlic rice over ginger. The chicken stock is probably the best part of the rice plates. Upside is the joint is definitely family owned and they do their best to provide good service in spite of the chaos. They'll take your order before you get seated, so the food comes out fast and are generally very sweet when checking in.

Vibe - When I walked in, it felt like I was in a nighttime district on the streets of Thailand, eating and drinking whatever they had available. Hospitality - The front-of-house staff was well-mannered and courteous, and they seated us quickly on a Monday night at 8:00 PM. It was a relatively busy night. However, we ordered fairly quickly, and the food came out within 10 to 15 minutes. Food - Food-wise, we ordered the Fried Papaya, Crispy Fried Rice, Khao Soi, Tom Yum, and Crispy Pork Belly Fried Rice. Gosh, I have to say, I was blown away by the flavors and the portion sizes! Typically, four dishes can serve three people, but I felt like these could have served five. The fried papaya salad was lightly battered with a typical papaya salad dipping sauce featuring a base of fish sauce, green beans, tomatoes, and chilies. It was good. The crispy fried rice was served with lettuce wraps, and OMG, I kid you not when I tell you this is some of the crispiest rice I've ever had. It's hard to find, but when you do, you can't wait to take another bite. I thought the khao soi overall was not bad. I enjoyed that they put the fried noodles on top so that you can mix them into the curry when it's brought out. Lastly, the pork belly was well-cooked with a crispy, crunchy exterior, and served with delicious Thai-flavored fried rice! Drinks - We ordered the Thai lemon iced tea and the Thai tea cremosa.
