I've ordered the strawberry foam drink and it tasted watered down and lack of strawberries. The boba was too soft in the bubble milk tea. The taro ball tofu dessert was decent. The best thing was the tiramisu crepe cake was flavorful, not too sweet and creamy, now that was worth getting. Overall,I would probably go back mainly to try a different flavor for crepe Mille cake.

Dessert with extra protein!! highly recommend!! Never try never know!含有额外蛋白质的甜点!!强烈推荐!!不尝试就不知道!

Dessert shop conveniently close to 8th Avenue. It looks small when you first enter, but it's interior is extended so there's a lot of seating. There was only one server when I visited after dinner, but each table has a large button with smaller buttons around it that have options saying order, check, etc to make your visit more convenient. When you first walk in they have a menu on a screen in Chinese, but at the desk they have English menus as well. If your eating in they menus they give you will have English. The prices are the average prices of dessert places around the area. The food was also pretty much like kulus, which is also by 8th ave. However, this place has a couple more options. I would recommend their snow bubble drinks, my favorite was the lychee snow bubble.

first time here, interior is really cute! comfy seating, ac was blasting. we were only looking for dessert but ended up ordering so many other "finger foods" LOL **honestly at first i gave this place 4 stars, but i got home and saw on the receipt that they overcharged us for most of the items. the menu prices do not align with what they'll charge u on the receipt BEWARE** - green tea crepe cake: very mediocre, too much of a cream cheese taste, would probably not get it again - taiwanese fried chicken: this was ok as well, but not terrible -ham/turkey waffle sandwich: looked really appetizing but the sweet waffle didn't go well with the savory sandwich -chicken wings: very crispy, juicy, yummy! -mango pomelo sago: pretty good, tastes like any other place -brown sugar boba: very meh, pricey, nothing special

Not real juice, tasted very artificial, cheap syrup flavor.

Came here with friends for a snack and drinks. The popcorn chicken was good, service is good with the little bell on the wall. My biggest issue with this place is, I am willing to pay more for real juice, not the powder teas. For $5.25 a cup, I got the grapefruit juice, they put syrup in the drink and it tasted so artificial ! For another $5.25, my friend had the cucumber juice, which is the least expensive product to make juice out of, yet they added so much water to it, it tasted very watery, my other friend had grass jelly with bubble tea, average. Very disappointed at the juice, not acceptable to me at all. I won't be coming back and does not recommend for those who are looking for real juice.

This place is located in the basement in the 8th ave area. Love the back space interior with sofa chairs. Very cozy and quiet if not that many people talking so loud at once. There are books and candles to set the afternoon tea scenario. I ordered the mix fruit part of the menu of Papaya Pudding with a mango base with a scoop of Green Tea Ice Cream($5.25) , Green Tea thousand layer cake ($8.50) and Mango Fresh Juice ($5.50). The green tea or Matcha flavored thousand layer was really good and the texture and taste was very thick, however, a slice for $8.50 is a tad expensive in this area. I think this is the perfect place for afternoon tea. The fresh mango juice was a bit sour but then again, mangoes aren't in season nowadays. The papaya (again not in season) did not have any taste but the mango pudding base made the dish worth tasting. This is nice for a treat once in a while but not a daily go-to place. I hope they can expand the menu for more cakes and treats.

My friend and I came here to try the desserts. I got the tiramisu mille crepe and the rose milk tea, and my friend got the durian mille crepe and durian smoothie. The food was delicious, and everything had just the right amount of sweetness. The packaging was very cute, and I found it difficult to stab the straw into the face of the pig. The fried chicken wings were also very well seasoned. The service was good, and the contactless payment was amazing since both of us were introverts. The only problem is, many of the desserts that we wanted to try were out of stock, such as the black sesame mille crepe and the rose mille crepe. The quality of the forks also weren't as good as I expected, since they had plastic forks that closely resembled those in the school cafeteria. Other than that, I definitely enjoyed my stay here, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to try delicious desserts!

Not recommend people who would like to dine in. The dessert is okay, but it seems most of their orders are pick-up or to-go, therefore they only provide plastic utensils.

Definitely not the best dessert place but it satisfied my cravings. I ordered a snowy shaved ice with mixed fruit. The fruit was nice and juicy but the shaved ice fell short. It was literally just some shaved ice with some condensed milk. Texture was too icy for my taste and it was pretty overpriced at almost 7 dollars. I also ordered my favorite, mango pomelo and that was delicious. Hard to go wrong with such a classic dessert. Overall average quality but the decor of the place was rather nice. We were seated in a semi private booth with comfy seats. They have a call button which is convenient but it also means that there's not much service. Having to pay a tip is a major con considering many other dessert places have walk up service.

NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!!!! Gust what,I actually found a cockroach in my desserts.I called the waiter reflected that she only naturally changed me a bowl of new ones. She doesn't look surprised at all, it seems like this happens often .There are no explanations or arguments. My friends and I will not come again. I even thought that they made the indoor lighting so dark because their hygiene was dirty, the table near the toilet was stinky, the corners were spiders, and the desserts were flawed. Extremely terrifying. Cherish life, stay away from OC!!!!

OMG!!!WTFwhat did I see from my juice!!Last night i brought one drink and some other deserts from here, I was so thirsty. I was drinking my friend saw something weird from my drink. Then I opened it to check it .... God!!!! So disgusting!!! There is cockroach inside! I was not paying attention on it, I made call to the store they said they can refund to me on second day. I thought that was ok. On the second day, I feel vomiting and diarrhea!I don't even want the money back, just want to remind people be careful with what you buy here before you eat it!!!

Tofu pudding with Taro Balls Tofu Custard with red bean

Stopped by here to pick up my boyfriend's favorite dessert to cheer him up, but was initially a little disappointed to find that there weren't many options for customizing. However, I do have to say that they have a good variety of desserts including sago, dessert drinks, sweet soup, tofu pudding, and crepe cakes. I picked up a tofu pudding with taro and sweet potato balls and red bean topping to-go. At first I was surprised that it was only $6, but it's not that big of a serving. When we opened the container at home, it definitely looked very unappetizing due to the tofu breaking up, but it tasted good! Surprisingly, the tofu and taro glutinous balls were very soft and chewy! It was an enjoyable and light dessert that was also on the healthier side, but it's not something I would crave again. Given that there are so many other Asian desserts spots in the area, I probably wouldn't come back.

I ordered the black rice with mango pieces and snow ice, and Taiwanese fried chicken (aka popcorn chicken). The fried chicken had a slight spicy kick to it. Portion is fairly larger than the portion you would get at vivi's. The ice with the mango would melt fairly quickly if you don't eat it fast enough. Overall food 5/5 Atmosphere 5/5 (seats are booth style so it is quite comfy) Bathroom 5/5 Portion 5/5

We ordered one strawberry and one strawberry banana crêpe. They were filled with strawberries and bananas, and the outside was drizzled with glorious Nutella, which is a hazelnut chocolate sauce . The texture of the crêpes were absolutely perfect and that was the part I was most craving. I also loved the Nutella part. The banana and strawberry not so much as to me that didn't really have much of a taste, but maybe that was because the rest of it was super flavorful and over powered the fruit. All good and definitely satisfied my crêpe craving, but next time I would stop by to enjoy their desserts in person. The Kunafa looks particularly wonderful and has definitely peaked my curiosity.

Having a dessert spot in the neighborhood that is open late night and is serving flavors of our culture is nothing short of a dream come true. Not so great for my weight loss goals, though haha. Thank you, Moose. I came in here, and the place was absolutely buzzing, with groups of people enjoying their late night desserts- a testament to how much we needed this spot to just open and thrive and exist. I don't personally like cream Kenafa so I haven't really tried anything off their menu yet, but the Dubai chocolate crêpe is really calling out my name, and I am just going to bite the bullet and try it one of these days. I did go in to sample their Dubai chocolate. As a chocoholic, I am on a low-key search for the best Dubai chocolate bar in the city. This bar did not disappoint. The filling to chocolate ratio was perfect. However, I do feel that there is an over balance of crispy kanafa in the filling. I think it could use more pistachio cream and be a little on the runnier side. Can't wait to come back and try that crêpe. Until I am able to make that trip back, do stop in and enjoy a sweet treat in this cute little dessert shop. It's also Palestinian owned so you know you are supporting the right people and the right cause while satisfying that sweet tooth craving. What more could a customer ask for?

Anyway, I was in Brooklyn with my brother to see a concert and had just finished dinner. We had some time before doors opened so we decided to grab a little ice cream before heading over to the venue. Farmacy was steps away - it all seemed like it was meant to be, so off we went. Farmacy aims to capture the nostalgia of an old fashioned soda shop and ice cream parlor. Immediately upon walking in we were greeted by aesthetics - the tile, fixtures, and decor totally give off that vibe. There are a few tables to sit as well as a large bar area with stools; I also noticed a few tables set up outside as well. The traffic flow is set up so that you order first and then have it served to you after sitting. Browsing the menu, I noticed they have a selection of ice cream scoops, shakes, egg creams, specialty sodas, hot chocolates, and a large variety of sundae creations. Since we were there for ice cream, we decided to split a sundae -specifically the Sir Twix-a-Lot. This was chunks for shortcake tossed in caramel and topped with vanilla ice cream that was coated in a chocolate shell. Overall I thought the sundae was solid - but the combinations of textures weren't my favorite to be honest, mostly with how the shortcake played with the ice cream. It wasn't bad though - the flavors definitely gave the Twix aesthetic. My only other issue with the dish was that because chocolate shell was used, any residue at the bottom was hard so you have to chisel it if you want to savor any last spoonfuls; I guess that comes with the territory. Service was good - everyone was friendly. It wasn't too busy when we were there so we had our selection of seats and our ice cream was ready pretty quickly. Overall, I'm glad I finally tried Brooklyn Farmacy out - they have a large selection so I would definitely return when I'm in the area again.

Seating space (not a lot of it, so I imagine it can get packed on busy times) and bathrooms on premises. Hot chocolate was delicious. We got the spiced dark chocolate and the spices were overwhelming. Get dark chocolate without spices. The extra dollar for marshmallow made the chocolate even sweeter, so it was overwhelming and I wouldn't recommend. But. The extra dollar for whipped cream would be nice because the their homemade whipped cream isn't sweet, so it will just thicken up the drink and give you that extra texture oooomph that you'll appreciate. Torino cafe is basically coffee added to any hot chocolate of your choice. That was tasty with dark chocolate. You definitely tasted the coffee and it was less thick than regular hot chocolate (which was on a thinner, sippier side). You can sample ice cream to make your selection. It's all very sweet, so if you're looking for a less sweet option go with Belgian dark chocolate flavor. For a $18 banana split you get three scoops of ice cream and a caramelized banana.
