Really its a 2 star place but I'm going give them 1 star. The problem with Mountain Mikes is the price. WAYYYYYYY expensive for low quality mass produced food. The restaurant itself is good looking and they deliver but its basically round table but worse with a modern decor and name. Was excited to try them but unfortunately wont be going back. If i want mass produced pizza Dominoes is literally light years ahead of this brand they just don't have a modern hip restaurant to sit in like Mountain Mikes. read more

Much ado about nothing. Honestly, Costco makes a much better tasting pizza. I ordered the mini (6 piece) pepperoni. I had just come from Costco, but it was late and the line was way too long, so I thought I would try Mtn Mikes. Well, the pie presents well. Round Table ended their lunch buffet. My buddy and I decided to try Mountain Mikes since we heard they had a buffet (new). Well, move over Round Table, there's a new pizza buffet sheriff in town. It's so nice to get out, now that the pandemic restrictions are lessening. Found ourselves in Eureka to escape the heat and forest fires. Pizza was on our minds. There wasn't a lot of options but Mountain Mike's was. The initial reviews gave us pause but even with limited options, we were glad we stopped. Service was nothing like it was previously reported. The front staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The pizza cost was very reasonable. The restaurant was very clean. Our pizza came out in a decent time. The pizza itself was really good and was far better than previous reviews indicate. This was worth the stop and definitely hit the spot. Give'm a shot. read more

This is based solely on my concern for cleanliness. The girl at the front counter on 1/1/2021 at 16:30 had gloves on. Taking cash, running her hands through her hair, pouring salad dressings, answering the phone, touching EVERYTHING and not changing her gloves. Very veey dissatisfied with our lg pepperoni pizza and 2 orders of wings tonite. The wings were small and way over cooked and the pizza was like it sat under a heat lamp for 2 hrs before they delivered it to us. I love this place. They are the best restaurant facility I have yet seen for sanitation procedures. They have napkins you can use to open the front door then when you walk in there is a "please sanitize before entering" with a huge bottle of hand sanitizer. Then I was greeted immediately by a very friendly staff member. I ordered the lunch special (mini pizza and side salad). The salad bar was extremely clean and well stocked. Everything was the appropriate temperature as well. They also had more sanitizers to use before touching handles and after touching handles within the salad bar. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. The pizzas were delivered to us in a Togo box with a seal. The pricing is good and restaurant is clean and you are able to eat indoors at this facility. I would give a 0 star if it would let me. We called a little over three weeks prior to having our birthday party here for our son. We reserved the party room and asked how many people could fit in there. The lady expressed that the party room could hold 50-60 people. I said okay, and we set a time. My brother in law told me that he would be having a party there that same day for his sons basketball team and so I had called to double check that we still had the room reserved for our specific time and they said yes. The day of the party I called to order pizzas ahead of time so they would be ready and after giving my card information i asked how much earlier we could come in to decorate and set up. The lady said "since you're in the front room you can come.." and i stopped her there. I said "what do you mean the front room? We called weeks ago to reserve the back room for a party." And she said "no we have multiple parties today you need to be in the front room". After going back and forth, she said there's nothing we they can do. We had way to many people to be in the front room with another party, and after going back and forth they offered for us to have our party in fortuna as if that would make the situation better. So I had to last minute change the entire location of the party elsewhere and I've still yet to get a refund for the pizza i purchased prior. They need more communication in this matter and a better scheduling system.. that's the least they could do. read more

Ordered a large pepperoni and gave $6 tip. The driver delivered a Medium and two sides of ranch. Contacted the business and the kind employee acknowledged we were delivered the wrong pizza and since we broke the seal (which led us to knowing the wrong pizza), he'd contact the driver to see if our correct pizza was onboard. Long story short, they wanted to make another pizza for us, which we didn't want since they had us keep the medium. The manager wouldn't refund and when asked to adjust the cost for large to medium, initially refused. They wanted to give me 25% off my next order. When I asked to speak to the Manager, Bashaer, I found out the Mgr. was not there and it was the Asst. Mgr making these decisions. I asked to speak with the Asst. Mgr, Jeet, and he was too busy to come to the phone. He agreed to a price adjust after I threatened disputing with my credit card company. I will also contact Mt Mikes corporate. Ridiculous customer service when dealing with their error. I will say the unnamed employee that helped me was great. read more

I order from them every week. Since day 1 and all through the COVID drama. Mountain Mikes Here in Eureka has yet to mess up even once. That is highly impressive. Every week I also leave them a nice/funny note on my online order and they are super awesome and write me back on the box or say thanks for the laugh we needed it when they drop off the food. The crust is a little thicker then usual but its also crisp on the bottom. Wings are good.
