I feel like this spot has a lot of potential here but just misses the mark. A local spot, very popular. Not so much for dine in as more for take out and third party. You can do a simple slice or grab whole items as well. The space is big, just seems informal and the decor is little to be desired. It's like being in a warehouse setting, cold and flat. The communication within the staff is lacking a bit. After placing an order, it took 15 mins for them to realize they had over sold an item, and let us know after we had sat down, which then delayed part of our order after we chose a new item. In the end the food was decent.

The food and friendliness were a . French Fries were crispy and among the best I've ever had. Pizza crust - and overall - were excellent!

Cavernous, bare bones, crappy speakers, and only the ambiance you bring in, But you're not here for that. Seriously massive slices and lots of screens with sports. Choices of beer. Also the low-key bros who connect you with food kindly but without "taking care of you today". Good! Tryna eat here.

Gluten 12" Gluten-Free pizza with Italian sausage and ham

Excellent gluten free pizza and huge freaking servings of the regular pizza. One slice was the size of my husbands chest lol We were on the road and there not much hot gluten free options. The pizza was delicious, the service was great, prime spot not too far off the main highway, and the place was clean. 100% recommend it for both gluten and not gluten eating people

Reviews are mixed. Many praise the authentic NY-style pizza, creative toppings, and casual, spacious atmosphere. Some also note the good beer selection and friendly staff.

Paul's is our go-to for pizza. We love the by the slice options and this might sound weird but their ranch dressing is delicious!

The pizza was expensive and average. I got it delivered so I don't have an opinion about the service or ambiance.

Tasty pizza. Fresh salad bar. Great service. What's not to love?…read more I understand there are pizza preferences. Babe's is medium-thick crust, perfectly baked, topped with just the right amount of cheese and speciality toppings, flame broiled to melt and lightly toast the cheese. You won't need a pack of napkins to eat one slice, and the toppings will stay aboard the whole time. Plus it's delicious.

My son was craving pizza and pasta for dinner so I found this place on Yelp. It's located in a…read moreresidential neighborhood away from the main business streets, but kind of near the local zoo. Babe's gives me mom and pop Shakey's vibes. There's a big party room for meetings or parties, and a game room with arcade games off to the side - accessible by stairs only so my son couldn't go in. In addition to pizza and pasta, they have sandwiches, calzones, and a fresh salad bar, not a ton of toppings but enough of everything I like to make me happy. My family and I ordered a large pizza w/ half sizzling bbq chicken & half Babe's Combo, a spaghetti and AYCE salad bar. The pizza was amazing, I loved the bbq chicken and the crust was super yum. Even my husband commented that the pizza was good and he doesn't usually make comments about pizza unless it's really bad. However, the spaghetti was missing some salt/herbs so it was bland for my personal taste. Salad ingredients were fresh, and I went back about 3 times as my family kept wanting more. The best part about Babe's was the people working here. Everyone was nice, but especially the lady who took my order, she was so so nice! Actually honestly, everyone I've come across in Eureka has been so friendly and kind, from the gas station, to the Target...it's been a great experience interacting with the people here. But the lady at Babe's just made my day, and unfortunately I didn't catch her name, but Babe's is so lucky to have her! There needs to be more Eureka kindness in this world.

The vibe is exactly what you want from a coastal brewery--casual, beachy, relaxed, and just the right amount of bar energy. I ordered the French dip, which was delicious and piping hot, although it was a little saltier than I prefer. My husband ordered the shrimp tacos, and apparently they were so good that I am now concerned about the stability of my marriage. He literally declared that he was leaving me for the chef. I guess the tacos were that good. The shrimp tacos came with fresh, flavorful salsa that really stood out, and everything arrived hot and quickly. Our server absolutely was friendly, attentive, and FAST--which we very much appreciated. Getting the check however took FOREVER! I think our server went out to lunch. :/ And the beer selection on tap? Lots of choices, and everything was served perfectly. Overall: great food, great beer, quick service, fun atmosphere, and apparently life-changing shrimp tacos. If you're in the area, put Lost Coast Brewery on your list. Just keep an eye on your spouse if they order the shrimp tacos. Apparently that's where things get dangerous.

Add in a solid lineup of beers, and it's easy to see why this place has become a local favorite. We sampled several beers across the menu, from crisp lagers to darker, malt-forward brews, and every pour was well-crafted and full of flavor. Whether you're a hop lover or prefer something smooth and easy-drinking, there's a beer here for you. The food was just as impressive. The shrimp tacos were fresh and flavorful with a nice kick, the burger was juicy and piled high with bacon and all the classic fixings, and the French dip was tender, served with a rich au jus that made every bite better. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, making it a great stop whether you're grabbing lunch after exploring the Redwoods or winding down after a day on the coast. Great beer, great food, great service--Lost Coast Brewery is an easy recommendation and a must-visit while you're in Eureka.

Service was quick, attentive, and no nonsense. I was the only diner at the time, showed up 20 min before service would start. Was offered the App list, and was able to have Ice Tea, and a bowl of Clam Chowder. Chowder was creamy with pieces of clam, and smaller minced clam in the soup. There was a texture of either sautéed minced onion, celery, or something light and sweet. It caught my attention. I did add pepper in layers, I just love pepper with clam chowder. There were also small chunks of potato. I do wish there had been more, as I do appreciate a hardy clam chowder, but it was an appetizer, and you don't want to fill up before the main. Chowder bowl was full. I fast everyday, and I was over my fast time a few hours, so I jumped in before the picture was taken. My servicer took my order about 4:50 pm, and then she brought my salad. Dinner was on the table by 5 pm.. I was the only diner, but I was impressed and I appreciated that she didn't make me wait till 5 to get started. I had the garden salad with the blueberry balsamic dressing. It was refreshing and tasted better than I was expecting. Great portion, and mix of ingredients. I actually was starting to feel like main course would be interrupted so I did only eat half of the salad. Last, I ordered the Red Snapper. I had read that this was good and actually came in just for it. The fish.. was amazing. The light battered crush sticks to it like a skin. Very pleasant and efficient when eating it. Even after adding lemon incrementally, it stayed on. Impressive. The rice pilaf was enjoyable (I do don't eat a lot of rice with my regimen but it was good). The vegetables were, well, vegetables. Good perfectly, but I didn't detect any seasoning. Granted I added a little pepper on some and I used the left over lemon on it as well.
