I like this restaurant. Food is good and custom pizza is good. They do have milk in those little cartons with the straw, for all my fellow milkers out there. This was my first time coming to this new location in Eureka. Once you enter the restaurant's line was to the left, seating was to the right and online ordering was up ahead, near the soda fountains. I came in and asked the cashier about where I can grab my mobile orders and she kindly directed me to the location. I also asked about water refills and she also said it was more than okay. Thanks!!! I was so thirsty. The pizza came really quick! Unfortunately I waited too long for my salad. I had the best experience receiving my garlic cheesy bread. Personally, I love sauces so when I asked if I can have a few more besides marinara. I was so excited!!! The person working the fire oven was so kind to tell me that their is no extra charge for sauces. Perfect. I loved the spicy Buffalo sauce!! I wish I could have gotten more. My only concern is the use of the app. My salad was not announced as an item sitting out and on the app it claims you earn 25 points for ordering a salad but the sale was only until Oct 24?! They need to take the post down. Either way, it forced me to try something new. Overall I was satisfied with my salad :-9 On another positive note, I noticed someone coming in and claiming he ordered online. The person preparing orders said they did not have his order at the restaurant and she would look into it. After the second time they spoke he said he was ready to take off. Don't order from there. How rude. I placed an order. Paid for it and somehow they totally screwed it up somehow and then send a message through the door dash app that they were running late. So the poor door dash guy goes back to the shop to pick up my order and they apparently canceled my order said said would reimburse. It wasn't coming late. At all. They closed up shop and just went home. So rude that they just stuck it all on the door dash guy to explain. Just awful. The door dash delivery people are heroes. This one of the worst pizzas I've had in a while. The crust is like dried pita bread and the sauce has a strange bitterness to it. I had one slice and threw the rest out. A thin pizza is not supposed to have the consistency of a cracker and the edges are supposed to rise. I don't know what they're doing here but I'd rather have Dominos-and Dominos is terrible. The pizza is ok. Very inconsistent. Sometimes you get the toppings you ask for and other times you don't. Sometimes there's a good amount of toppings and other times you get 3 pieces of chicken on your bbq chicken pizza. You request no utensils or not to have the pizza cut and they do it anyway. It's worse when you order online but I've watched it being done ordering in the store. 4 different people started and finished my pizzas. There was not a lot of communication and the directions are written on the wax paper so once the pizza is slapped on it they don't have much to go by depending where the first person wrote the instructions. TLDR; if you're gluten free & dairy free always make sure that they double check they are giving you the right crust, otherwise you might get the wrong crust and have an allergic reaction! I want to preface this with the fact that previously, I've had nothing but great experiences at MOD - both from dining in and delivery. We love their salads and pizzas, and the customer service has always been very good! This is more of a cautionary tale for any of my gluten free/dairy free people out there. I myself am gluten free and dairy free due to allergies - it's not just an intolerance, I am exclusively GF/DF because I have fairly strong allergic reactions. This makes it pretty hard to find good, tasty gluten and dairy free restaurants. MOD pizza has always had, in my opinion, the best gluten free crust - it's flavorful, doesn't taste like cardboard, and actually holds up to the toppings! I've never had any issues with getting the correct crust until tonight. (It's important to note that MOD doesn't guarantee that their GF crusts are free from cross-contamination, but with this said I have never had any issues with eating their GF crusts before). When ordering for dine-in, I specified that I wanted the gluten-friendly crust (since I know that MOD also has a Keto/GF cauliflower crust - BUT it has mozzarella in it so I can't eat it). I am usually very, very careful about being really specific with the things I order because many times I haven't specified enough and ended up receiving food that I am allergic to because people don't realize what's in it. The employee who was making my pizza pulled out one of the GF crusts, but then had another employee correct them that they pulled out the wrong one - I didn't know that it wasn't the right one, I trusted that their employees know best, and that they must have changed out their GF crusts. At first I was grateful for this, since I am allergic to the cauliflower crust with cheese in it. It looked a little different (it had green flecks in it), but I went about ordering my pizza with Dairy Free cheese - thinking that since I'm getting DF cheese, of course I'm getting the crust WITHOUT the cheese in it. We got our pizzas, and everything was great. It was only AFTER I had eaten 2 pieces of the pizza that I noticed that the crust was sort of strange - the texture, taste, and smell weren't what I was used to. After looking up the ingredients of the crusts, I saw that the cauliflower crust - that I am ALLERGIC to - has Italian spices in it, hence the green flecks I noticed earlier. This confirmed to me that this crust was, in fact, NOT the GF crust I had specifically asked for. Thankfully I don't have an anaphylactic reaction to dairy, but it is very, very uncomfortable for me. It is very disheartening to know that I will have to be even more cautious ordering from MOD in the future. read more

Our FAVORITE Pizza place! Like a subway, you add whatever fresh ingredients you like to your pizza at no extra charge. The in house roasted garlic is one of my favorites! While my husband often opts for creating his own pie, I find all of the classic flavors to be delicious, and I enjoy trying the Flash Mod special pizzas and salads. The ingredients always taste super fresh, and the service is super fast. My favorite thing to order is their Caesar Salad. It's crazy good! There is a great selection of grab and go drinks, including sodas, beers, and sparkling waters. They also have a small dessert item called a "No Name Cake" which looks similar to a ding-dong, but it tastes WAY better. In addition to the great eats, I've had only pleasant interactions with staff. This location is in a fairly busy food mall, but there is usually ample parking, as well as a small fenced area to dine outside in. We ordered online and went to pick up our pizza. Our order was hot and ready when we got there. This is a hip and cool fast pizza place with quality pizzas. I love this place because you get to put as many toppings and ingredients as you want with no extra cost (unless you upgrade pizza dough). I love the idea of the fresh veggies and their salads are huge for the price. I get the "medium" salad and create my own and it lasts me two meals. I am always greeted every time I walk in and the staff is super incredible and nice. The only downside I have to admit to is that I didn't like hearing gossip from coworkers about other coworkers as this is supposed to be a super good positive vibe atmosphere. I would suggest keep private business private because no one walking through the door wants to hear anything negative about other people who work there.
