This was my first visit to this location and I have to say it was the worse experience I have had with a Little Ceasers. Staff argued with my driver that the Detroit-Style Deep Dish Meal Deal with Pepsi® did not come with a Pepsi and refused to give it to my delivery driver. It even said 2 L Beverage on the receipt. So I did not get that even though it was paid for (thank the delivery gods that DoorDash refunded me for the missing soda). Pizza was cold and some of the toppings were stuck to the box, and whoever sauced the pizza did not spread the sauce evenly at all... I dont think they even tried. They took one look, turned that sauce spoon upside down and just let the red sauce splat and thought that was a masterpiece and couldn't be any more beautiful; it had to go in the oven just like that. Come on management: care just a little bit more, maybe? At least after 10 minutes in the oven and some little rearranging I was able to make it more edible. read more

This has to be the chinciest most expensive little ceasars in the nation. It was 14$ for a pepperoni deep dish, i could get two medium pizzas from dominos for less than that. This place was awesome when it opened however the owners keep raising prices on the regular, far before covid happened theyd charge far more than the advertised commercials. Go to dominos, pizza from little ceasars should never cost more than another chain, its mediocre and only worth it for the price. read more

James was hostile when we asked for more parmesan I will be calling the owner and corporate. Two paramasans per pizza is the stingiest thing I've ever heard. In most places Little Caesars has a niche and fills it well. Fast, mediocre, cheap pizza. This location did that as well as any. And that's worth 4 stars all day long. Here's why this location gets 5 stars. And I'm not being facetious, and I'm not making fun of anyone. Eureka CA is a weird place. I think the sign says there's 32,000 people here. At one point I turned to my wife and asked if anyone in Eureka wasn't homeless because I'd already seen 32,000 homeless people. This Little Caesars seemed to be the only viable business in a run down part of town and there was a steady stream of homeless or otherwise down on their luck folk going in and coming out with a hot and ready pepperoni pizza. God bless LC's for being a source of affordable food for the indigent population. One guy came out with a pizza, a 2 liter soda and some Crazy Bread and seemed to be having trouble carrying that, holding his pants up, and carrying the rest of his belongings. At one point he dropped everything except his pants and I went over to ask him if I could help carry his stuff. He said no thank you, he had it, and told me he loved me. I've never been told by a stranger that he loved me. It was kind of heart-warming. So anyway, 5 stars. read more

I live in Eureka so I'm used to seeing the people down on luck but we do have places in eureka that help them with food, showers, clothes etc. Everytime I go into your place I'm greeted with these people asking for everything I have, being an older female it makes me a bit nervous waiting for my food outside or in my car. The reason this is happening is you are allowing your employees to feed them and quite a lot I might add, tonight I counted 6 hanging out by the mailbox, walking to cars asking for whatever. There was also one asleep in a sleeping bag, stop catering to them and start catering to your customers the people that keep your business alive. read more

Its cheap, quick and easy when we want cheap pizza service is never great the people seem to not lile their jobs but i know how that goes and its not like you have to really deal with them so its no big! The food is always hot and ready. The longest I have waited to get my food was 10 minutes and the people working there are always helpful !

Store has trouble keeping front counter help. They get a nice person but a few months later, they've quit and it's been this way for a few years. It has decent pizza but it went through a phase where the new counter help didn't know the prices of things, I paid several different prices for the same order over a period of months. Tonight I went in to order a cheese and a pepperoni, no cheese was ready, I said I'd wait and while I was waiting they sold the last two pepperoni pizzas. I don't know why I go back. Dominos has carry out for about the same price and they are nicer. read more

Sometimes it's good and sometimes it's not so good. Sometimes the dough isn't cooked and the order is done wrong. My wife ordered extra sauce on half but it turned out to be put on the entire pizza which also turned out to be quite doughy. read more
