The employee I spoke with was really cool and easy to work with on the phone.Even with the Corona virus going on, I had a unit set up via telephone with lock/keys waiting for me in less than 2minutes. Negative stars Corey the heavyset guy, approaches us and says no moving in , I told him I was diabetic and taking my medicine with water and a lite fruit , we decided to ride down there in our bikes . Corey should be well informed that you do not say out loud you are going to evict us and proceeds to take pictures, when I said do not take a picture of us. He says no I'm giving you an eviction notice . Such customer do not rent from them if you want to get hassled and embarrassed. I made my reservation early in the afternoon noon. I had a few questions which I emailed and they were answered in a very timely manner. Time got away from me and I realized the office was going to close and I had yet to go sign the lease, so with very low expectations I called at 5:45 pm to see if he would wait for me to get there. Generally in these types of business for good reason, most like to leave when they are supposed to. To my surprise, with a very good attitude, the manager told me he would wait for me. We had several units since 2001 for business and personal use. Their rates were fair and they never gave us any issues. For being there 16 years our rent increase was less than 50 percent. Incredibly frustrating if you need to use the restroom! I was cleaning out an old storage unit so wanted to use the restroom. I walked to the restroom, which was locked. I couldn't find a way to get to the office so I called them. They informed me that I had to walk all the way around the aisle, get the key, walk back to use the restroom and then make the same trip to drop the key back off! It seems like a simple thing to have a direct route to the restroom considering most everyone's hands get filthy dealing with all this stuff. read more

Checked in today. Jeff was super nice and efficient. He definitely tried to make it as quick as possible. He was interpreted twice. Two different women came in and tried to get him to drop everything and help them. They were pretty rude but he kept his composure, acknowledged them and that they needed help as well as telling them he would help as soon as he was done w me. The women were being very impatient.
