Loving the New location! At first I was a little hesitant on going because I didn't know the parking situation. It gives me anxiety when I don't know that as a first time visitor. I felt a little discouraged seeing as it was a paying lot to park but I still went to kit! So glad I did!:) I ordered a horchata Matcha with oat & their cilantro rice bowl. The Matcha was served in a chilled cup which made the experience so tasty. The Bowl was soooo good! Cilantro rice, egg and bacon with a side of hot sauce. I loved it. My experience was so pleasant. Loved the aesthetics and the customer service was on point. Met one of the owners, Tim who was kind to provide me with a parking validation:) I had forgotten about that whole situation so that made it even more of an awesome experience. Thank you!! The coffee was high quality and price on par with other specialty coffee shops. The service was okay, nothing worth overlooking the shop for. The inside is cute with limited seating but opens up to a large, scenic courtyard in the Irvine industrial district. A star off for service and for parking. It's confusing to find the coffee shop if you never been there before. Walk back through the structure and not out to the street. It will take you through a building where you can turn right outside and find it. They validate parking up to 2 hours. read more

This location is pretty small and can get busy, but there's lots of outdoor seating right by the water fountains. The workers are also super friendly, and the interior is so cute! Immediately upon entering the establishment the staff were absolutely kind and helpful with any questions my partner and I had. Seriously, the smashed avocado toast is bomb. Also, closely followed by the scrambled egg toast. They managed to perfect the soft scramble, but you can get a hard scramble if that's more your jam. Really cute coffee shop! It's a little inconvenient for those of us who don't work right in those office buildings as you have to use the parking garage, but it's not bad and they always validate parking if you ask for it! Their avocado toast is pricey but it's delicious and even though I'm not a huge cold brew person I really liked their cold brew with white chocolate and strawberry back in February. View is a stunning Moderen Urban Experience and there are ample areas for you to sit and relax while having a Metropolitan/Executive break or working on your laptop. Everytime that I am in Orange County I always make sure that I have time to come here at least once. I have been coming here for almost two years now and it is hands down the best coffee in Irvine. Asked if they could do the peep mallow as a matcha and the girl said no because the taste would be all over the place?? A hidden gem in Irvine. Tucked away in the Irvine Business Complex is this great coffee shop. The coffee options are diverse and tasty (personal favorite: Lavender Skies). Food is also great too. The breakfast burrito was a good-sized portion that was toasted well on both sides. It can easily be shared with someone. The inside is modern and clean. There's not as much seating indoors so it does get packed quickly. However, there's plenty of seating outdoors with a beautiful ambiance. I went in to have some coffee today because I usually really enjoy this place! unfortunately, I was not very satisfied this time because I simply asked for less ice and was told that I would get the same size I usually get. When I got my coffee it was much smaller than usual and was put in a water cup! I asked about it and was told by the person who made it that it's because "I asked for light ice". I am very understanding but I received much less coffee and finished it in two sips. I also tipped like I always do and was not accommodated for my experience.
