    Dubai chocolate matcha and coffee
    Sahar H.

KIT coffee has really good drink selections, I'm a matcha fanatic and the matcha here was pretty good I'd go again. The food is surprisingly good even tho the menu is small but the options are very good. The avacado toast was interesting and the flavors went well together, the lox was good quality and tasty. Service is fast and the area has a lot of sitting area perfect to work and enjoy

Chorizo breakfast burrito and blueberry matcha

The blueberry matcha was good, wasn't too sweet or too watery. The breakfast burrito tortilla was a bit too burnt so it was crumbling as I ate and the chorizo didn't have much flavor. May have visited on an off day. Otherwise, the employees are friendly and the ambience is nice. Parking is mainly in one of those corporate garages.

Located in the middle of business area. Paid parking in the structure yet they do validate for 90min with purchase. Beautiful aesthetic inside, good variety menu. Was looking forward to try their matcha here but I say it's mid.. very watered down and even on my pic, doesn't have a a strong vibrant matcha flavor.. somewhat disappointing for $7.5.. the staff was also not very helpful and somewhat had an attitude..not sure if it was just not a good day for her Overall good option if you work in the area but I wouldn't go make an effort to come..

    Ube and vanilla waffle

Tried the lattes on their special menu- ube and vanilla waffle latte. The flavors are tasty, with it being housemade but very very sweet. I enjoyed sitting outside near the fountains. Stop by Rise bagels next door to make it a perfect meal.

I tried the salted maple latte with coconut cream which was definitely a nice treat. I appreciated how quick my drink was made and how chill the staff was. The aesthetic inside is definitely cute and there's a nice seating area outside. They do validate for 90minutes which is convenient. I will definitely return and try something different.

I'm happy to say I've come back! I forgot to update but I've become a fan of their strawberry matcha, chai, and their burritos. Their strawberry matcha isn't strong in matcha but it has a fresh strawberry taste. They do prebatch their matcha if you cared or not. Service is as kind as ever! And I still enjoy coming by periodically. They validate parking as well c: ! Thank youuu

Perfect sitting area right outside the cafe to have a cup of coffee and enjoy it. Unfortunately the coffee was not that great, the salted maple latte I'd give a 5/10 and the iced mocha probably a 3/10. Service was quick and the cafe itself is really pretty.

Kit Coffee sits in a business district and has a clean, modern vibe, with a great view and plenty of outdoor seating to relax. I usually go for the matcha latte with vanilla syrup and oat milk. The matcha is not the boldest or highest quality, but it still is present enough to make the drink light and refreshing. Service is nice, the staff are consistently friendly and quick with orders, which makes the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

    Caramel latte
    Risha S.

I played it safe and got a caramel latte with oat milk and it was amazing. It wasn't too sweet and just the right amount of coffee taste. I wouldn't suggest studying here since it's located in an office complex, but the interior is nicely decorated! I'll be coming back!

Everyone saying this place is amazing is lying to you. Honestly, the middest coffee place i've been in a while. First, the parking situation. I'm sure that we parked in the wrong place but I don't believe in paying for parking just to get coffee. We paid $2.50 for parking and I find that annoying because we were there for less than 20 minutes. If there is a better place to park it's very confusing and not user friendly. We ended up getting forced to park in the garage because there was LITERALLY no way out. Second, the menu was sold out of at least 5 drinks, irritating. Third, the coffee is mid. It's in a business park so you feel really out of place when just there for coffee. There are plenty of other coffee shops that are in business centers that give a better customer experience. I got the vanilla latte, don't waste your time or money it's no better than any other vanilla latte i've had. I think if you work in the lot this place is probably pretty great but for the general public, definitely a skip. disclaimer, the staff was very nice and friendly and the coffee came out quick.

I love coming here because it's convenient for me to walk to. They also seem to have seasonal speciality drinks which is nice. I tried the S'mores latte which was very good. I didn't think it was too sweet which was nice. Each time I've been here, the mornings are pretty busy with a crowd, likely because there's corporate buildings surrounding it so expect a small wait after ordering.

    Strawberry Latte and Cold Brew
    Adriana M.

I enjoy going to the location at Newport but I wanted to come try the one at Irvine. My cousin and I went and she got the strawberry Wild Latte Iced and I got a Cold Brew! The coffee shop is located in a business center but they validate parking for 90min. You just have to make sure you park in the 1920-2010 parking structure. The inside is small but they have a lot of seating outside!

    Boysenberry
    Tina L.

Great study spot with several tables and interesting seasonal drinks. Parking wasn't hard to find. They don't have a restroom within the cafe itself but there is one around the corner which you just need to ask the code for. Tried the Boysenberry Matcha drink and enjoyed their housemade boysenberry cream. Arugula salad is a bit overpriced but it had a specific lemon pepper seasoning that made this addicting.

The cooking uses quality ingredients and love and care. I was here on business by myself and was seated immediately and after a quick look at the menu decided on the devil's cut ribeye a steak. It comes with a massive amount of oven, roasted potatoes and green beans. I also got a side salad with it as well which was way too much food for one person. The entire thing was big enough for two normal or maybe even three light eaters. The steak was excellent with a sweet coffee rub with a slightly sweet mapley taste. I could only finish about half and save the rest for the next day. Even though I was full, I decided to try the fried apple pie because it was recommended by many other reviewers. It was actually amazing. It was the dish that was highly recommended by the server and she was not wrong. The ice cream on top was probably House made and the pie itself was like a gourmet version of a hostess apple pie but of course with much higher quality ingredients and it was delicious. The vibe of the restaurant is exciting. It is a fun place to visit with the visual aspects such as the bird cages in the window case. Oak barrels used for aging whiskey are set around and the general vibe was very attractive. Everyone was having a great time and making quite a lot of noise from all the conversation and the music, but people were really enjoying themselves. If you want to have a quiet conversation with someone, this is probably not your place, but if you want a fun time with that kind of vibe, it is an excellent place. I recommend Bosscat highly.

And I truly believe that they are not really made out to be a full-service restaurant as much as I like their dedication and drive. I had a reservation at 7 pm. I checked in at 6:45 pm. At 7:25 pm, they brought us in and did not have a table ready for us. They made a table then after a table left 15 minutes later, they rearranged us. I do not understand why you offer reservations if you will not actually honor the system. Around 8 pm, we asked if we could order as they had only brought water. Listen I understand. You're closing soon. You only had 1 server for the entire restaurant the weekend of Valentines. You have to go lean on the busiest last weekend ..? I don't actually understand. When all came to, they were not offering dessert because "they were saving it for Valentine's Day". No notification about when their kitchen closed and no asks if anybody wanted to order for to-go. On top of that, everyone did not have free parking and had to pay upon exit even with validation. You will do great as a ghost kitchen since the food was good and everyone enjoyed it. If you come back as a full service, I would seriously reconsider how you do business.
