Best coffee I have had in my life. I've been to Europe, I've been to Asia, I've been to NY, LA, SF. This coffee is better than it all.

Another great latte and breakfast at Cassel Earth Coffee. Love their latte - rich, smooth and great tasting. The croissants were warm, crunchy and fill you up for breakfast. I love the great service from the staff, bringing our order to our distant location within the atrium. Ambiance is super airy and opened. Will be back again soon.

Fantastic hidden gem! Found this place on social media and decided to give it a try during my workday. I got the agave latte and it was perfection, couldn't ask for a better latte. The cashier was very personable and kind as well. Can't forget the seating are too, which was quite aesthetically pleasing. The only drawback to this place that's keeping it from being perfect is its accessibility. I believe they only had 1 hr of validated parking. I understand that the parking policy may not be in their control but I truly believe that a longer parking validation timeframe would make this place more worthwhile.

I finally got the chance to try this spot after seeing it all over social media. Like many up and coming coffee shops in Orange County, it's located in the large ground floor atrium of a commercial building. The atrium itself has a beautiful lobby with tons of seating, although the Wi Fi isn't great. Pro tip: if you have Cox WiFi at home, you can log into a Cox WiFi hub in the lobby. The drink selection was relatively robust, though the pastry selection is limited. That said, everything we tried was clearly well made and delicious. I had the Ethiopia pour over , which was excellent, and my friend ordered a latte that was amazing. What really sets this place apart is the service. The baristas are incredibly helpful, they bring your drinks out to you in the lobby, and during our visit they were even apologetic about the latte art and foam because of the almond milk. Honestly, the drink still looked amazing regardless. One thing to keep in mind is parking. You'll need to park in the garage, and they validate for up to an hour. If you're planning to stay longer to work or catch up with someone, that could be a downside.

Matcha latte , vanilla ice latte & flat white

Once again, we found another great coffee shop! We were looking for a place to stop on our long trip, and our 12-year-old came across this spot because of the amazing reviews. He even made sure they served flat whites since his dad loves them. My son and I both ordered the matcha latte, and it was by far the best we've ever had! My husband really enjoyed his flat white as well. He says the Flat white holds up to being a signature drink! The customer service was outstanding, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. As visitors from out of town, we loved that this wasn't your typical coffee shop location. It gave the place so much character and made the experience feel even more special. If we're ever passing through again, we'll definitely be back!

Always get top notch coffee with super friendly staff. The comfy seating in the atrium is a plus. This place has the best specialty coffee in all of OC.

All I can say is, wow! Came on a Monday morning. It was a little difficult to find as it is in an office building. You have to get a ticket for parking, BUT luckily the coffee place validates it. Ordering was simple and quick. The shop itself is small with plenty of shared lobby/office seating scattered around the building. The coffee itself was amazing. It was not sour at all, and is on par with Kona coffee. The staff were also very friendly! Then I discovered that this was voted top 100 coffee spots in the US and it all made sense! Would love to come back.

This was really good coffee. I really enjoy house made syrups but was expecting this here. Overall it was a good experience and the coffee was enjoyable. The vibe there is fun and lots of seating area. They do validate your parking.

I wish I could give this place a 4.5 or a 5! We order 2 pastries, 1 banana latte iced and 1 pistachio oat milk latte! The banana latte was great at first sip but lost a little flavor once the milk was stirred in. The pistachio latte was heavier on the oat milk flavor than the pistachio. Service was fact, efficient and very kind and helpful! Staff did suggest to stay as the drink would taste better for here than to-go, but I couldn't stay. Pastries were tasty, especially the mini loaf. The surrounding atmosphere was also very welcoming. A great spot to study, work or enjoy a quiet conversation with a friend. Live that the validate for an hour! Definitely worth going back to try again!

Came back after a couple years and this place is still just as special. Q & Joy continue to bring such a warm, welcoming energy that makes you want to stay and hang out a bit longer. You can tell they genuinely care about both their craft and their community. The coffee is still consistently great--smooth, flavorful, and made with attention to detail every time. And yeah... the baked goods are still a must. Fresh, soft, and honestly just as good as I remembered (maybe even better). It's rare to find a spot that keeps its quality and vibe over time, but this place absolutely delivers. Easily one of my favorite coffee stops to come back to.

A close to perfection you can get at a coffee shop. This low key place in the corner of a business building atrium. The coffee and service is excellent. Atmosphere is cool with plenty spots to sit including some beautiful modern furniture like Eames chairs. As good as Blue Bottle's early days without the attitude. My iced Spanish latte was one of the best. Not too sweet and packed with flavor. Love it.

What a unique find of a coffee shop Love the art and architecture in this building Staff here are very nice and helpful, serves great coffee and matcha lattes

This coffee shop is located in a corporate business office area. Interior design of this place is intricate and beautiful. Lots of places to study (with tables) or catch up. However, it is paid parking with up to 2 hours for validation. The staff were so kind and friendly and helped with recommendations. Ordered the Matcha Latte hot which was absolutely delicious and cutely designed with a bear. As well as a Hojicha Latte (cold) to go - had a toasty/nutty flavor to it. Definitely would like to come back and try their other drinks.

    Iced banana latte tastes exceptional!

The workers were moving quickly to push the drinks out. Looks like they are on DoorDash and other online platforms for delivery. The restaurant had a good amount of seats inside and a few seats outdoors. Trendy, modern, cafe vibes. There's a clear glass window where you can watch the workers put together your drinks and açaí bowls. The ingredients looked fresh. I opted for the signature matcha latte with oat milk. The cafe markets that it's made with ceremonial matcha. At the first sip, the matcha is bold and on the grassier tones. Had to wait for the ice to melt a bit for it to be a tab more mild. I do love that you're able to taste the actual matcha and not just the oat milk. Sometimes the oat milk can over power some drinks. Wish they had an option for einspanner matcha. A thick salty cold foam would be delicious on top. Overall, a good spot for quality matcha. I would come back to try the other flavors. I've been reading the blueberry matcha is very popular. Plenty of parking which makes it a breeze to pop in really quick to grab a drink.

I spent about $14 for an açai bowl their tropical mango bowl I believe. I had some modifications since I didn't like the raw coconut offering or the banana so I opted for sliced almonds and extra mango with almond butter on top. After waiting a few minutes, looking at the bowl, it didn't look like much and sadly it didn't taste like much either. The almond butter was globed on top and made it really difficult to eat. After bypassing the almond butter I was able to get into the açai which was way too sweet. I'm not sure what type of açai they use, but it did not taste like a freshly prepared açai it tasted more artificial and overly sweet. It may have also been sweet because of the honey I believe they put on top of it. The combination of the açai with the honey and then almond butter was way too sweet. The mango was OK not as firm as I would want it to be and the granola was at the bottom at the bowl and also sprinkled on top, but unfortunately it was the worst acai bowl I've ever had. Parking is free and they do offer a few seats inside. The staff was also really nice but unfortunately, if I do decide to come back maybe I'll try a smoothie instead.

The location is small and they recently took out the interior tables too. They haven't changed their overall look in a while, which is somewhat comforting. I'm actually reviewing this for the Earl Grey Milk Tea but here is my all go-to's. Karate Chicken - 5 Star- If I'm even the slightest bit hungry we get an order. We've gone with #2 spice for years, very good heat that builds slowly. Crunchy, juicy and actually seasoned, this is what I compare other "popcorn" chicken to. Watermelon Heaven - 5 Star - This is a seasonal drink but they use fresh watermelon blended with ice for an amazing slushie. I get it "1/2 Sweet" when I order. iI's the best drink for hot weather. Black Iced Tea - 3 Star - I'm particular about the types of black tea that I consider good. The stronger the better, so Tastea black tea is on the light side for me. Earl Grey Milk Tea - 5 Star - I'm not sure if this is in their rotation but it just became my new favorite. The Earl Grey flavor is very forward and the non dairy creamer as the standard was perfect. .

The floral jasmine tea paired well with the nutty, slightly salty pistachio foam, while the coconut water kept everything light and refreshing. It was unique and well balanced. The Coconut Mango Blue reminded me of mango sago. It was creamy, refreshing, and enjoyable, although I couldn't taste much of the tea because the mango and coconut flavors were more dominant. My least favorite was the Guava Green Grape. I could barely taste the grape, and the guava was a little too sour for my preference. It wasn't bad, but I probably wouldn't order it again.
