The ahi tuna on the poké bagel was so fresh. I couldn't believe how good it was considering fish is not what they're known for. I'd argue the quality is better than some actual poké shops. I have to say though that a bagel is not the best vehicle to eat it. All of it fell onto the plate so I pretty much ate it with a fork and then took a bite of my bagel. The lox is different from your traditional bagel in that it's citrus cured. On top of that it has yuzu kosho pickled onion and lemon schmear so the citrus flavor is quite bold. My sister was telling me about this spot, noting that it was quite popular. We were in the area and we decided to stop by. Getting there was not really an issue, parking was fairly easy. You can park in the underground parking garage, grab a ticket. You can get a validation stub from inside which you use when exiting. Yuzu Poppyseed Snickerdoodle: 4/5 The yuzu flavor was delicious. Salted Caramel: 5/5 This one had big chunks of chocolate and the sea salt was perfect. The flavor combinations are so creative and absolutely delicious --especially the KBBQ, the smash burger, and the strawberry bagel. It's very filling so definitely shareable. Egg salad was pretty good and the furikake bagel it comes with is unique but it was a bit too much furikake for me. Kbbq was a bit too salty and messy to enjoy honestly but it wasn't bad taste. Other than that, I'm a bit disappointed in the bagels. To me, it's not a bagel. For bagels with this many toppings, it actually worked in their favor since it didn't feel too heavy. - KBBQ sandwich on sesame bagel: Very hearty and honestly reminded me more of a kimchi jjigae/stew than KBBQ. When we got there, we realized it's an office park but read some reviews and saw that the connecting parking structure validates for 1.5 hours. Unlike anything I've tasted before! I also tried the yuzu poppyseed snickerdoodle cookie and it was decent; slight crispy edges with a soft gooey center.
