Thursday, 10-29-2025: We were babysitting our grandson, who asked us to take him to IHOP for pancakes & bacon. Of course , we obliged. When we entered only two tables were occupied and we were warmly greeted by Lucas, who directed us to an open table or booth of our choosing. It was evening and the interior was bright & very clean. Lucas brought us the menus & offered an amazing magic trick! He magically transferred an "X" he drew on his hand to our grandson's palm! It was crazy! Our grandson changed his mind to having chicken tenders & fries, which he said was delicious! Hubby had the BLT and I had fish & chips, both meals from the senior menu. We didn't wait long before we dug into our meals. My F&C was tasty! The batter was flavorful & crispy with flaky, tender & moist fish on this inside, oh so yummy! The cheese toast was unexpected but welcomed. Hubby enjoyed his BLT. Lucas was the most friendly, attentive, and talented server! Visit him in the evening on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Sometimes I just forget to write reviews and then ill look at old pics and realize I need to write one! This location is nice bc most times its not busy but weekend mornings it can get VERY busy. The workers here are nice and it just feels like awesome breakfast diner to me. I don't eat pancakes but the ones I tried are good. I like that they have many different sauces for the pancakes. I like mine with tons of whipped cream and strawberries. I will usually get chicken tenders and scrambled eggs here. Its always enjoyable to come here. read more

we came across this IHOP on our way back to Las Vegas on Monday morning. I inquired if we could bring our two Frenchies in as well on the patio and the general manager was ever so gracious and was more than happy to see us.. What a great place we stopped at! The food was great. The service was excellent. The manager was beyond exceptional with his customer service. He had a wonderful personality and the dogs loved him lol on our way back to San Diego. We went with another family for our kids' 5th grade celebration but the service was lacking. Our waitress was super rude! We were served after 2-3 other tables came and left. When I asked the waitress to split the bill she openly scoffed. I was sort of flabbergasted by her reaction. She also messed up our orders and was very dismissive. I was going to put only one star however, I added a 2nd star because the food was decent and I have had excellent customer service in the past. Came here it was packed. Came on Veterans Day. However the inside was way too hot. Had the heat on. The food, upset. My breakfast was ok. Eggs, hash browns, bacon, pumpkin pancakes. Portions have gotten tiny. Husband had turkey melt. Was looking for a side salad, to go with it, only dressing they had was ranch and honey mustard????? Doesn't make sense. No Italian. However they have a pic of a salad on the menu that has a cup of balsamic next to it and they don't even carry that. False advertising. If you're looking for a place to eat I would not suggest here on a holiday or if you're looking for a salad and you only enjoy ranch or honey mustard this is your place but if you want Italian then go somewhere else they don't have that type. Our food came out cold, the lady took it back and instead of making us a fresh plate of food, she microwaved it. My son saw the whole thing. When we asked her if it was fresh food, she lied and said it was. I knew it was my same plate of pancakes because I split the top one in half. So the manager said he was going to bring new food out, he brings us our plates and my plate still had the same pancakes that were split. Horrible experience! Worst pancakes ever! The hard top of the pancakes lift right up and off the pancake. It wasn't even connected. I've never seen anything like it! Not only was my milk "spoiled" the brand new box of milk was spoiled as well. There was a watery fluid with chunks in it all around the edge of the glass. read more

Can I just give a shout out to the IHOP staff?! We brought a field trip to the restaurant for a special needs class. The waiter was patient and kind. He worked with each student with ordering a paying. He was working with the whole side of the restaurant but he didn't forget our group of teens. The manager was very kind and understanding. I know it's hard to split a check a million ways but they guys were helpful because it gave each student a chance to pay on their own which is one of the goals. Anyway. Wow on the reviews! We started coming here this year and every experience has been good. The food was fine and the servers & other employees were always accommodating- maybe once a server left our food and never came back but we didn't have an issue with that, at least we got our food! The two ladies Dottie & April-(hope I'm getting it right) and one young man during the week have always been ontop of customer service. One thing I notice each time it's never crowded but to us it's a good thing to have the whole place to yourself and a peaceful atmosphere but my hopes for this establishment to have an abundance of customers flowing time to time. In Temecula where there are too many places to dine, we like to give preference to small mom and pop but also our old school diners. Give them a chance, they're trying. read more
