Hooray! So grateful for an Einstein's Bagel to be open in Temecula. It's an old school favorite with downright solid bagels, decadent schmears, & tasty sandwiches. Went on a Sunday morning with a party of 5, right before the rush came in after us. Despite the large crowd, we saw six people hustling trying to take orders while shelling out food left and right. The workers did a great job of handling a busy Sunday flow while keeping things moving. Would be nice if they could add a table or two outside, when it gets busy or has a crowd overflow. Extra outside seating also helps w/ advertising, since it's a new location. As people pull up to the parking lot to other stores & see others eating breakfast or lunch, this looks inviting & allows people to stay and enjoy their food. This morning I took a detour from my usual Farmhouse favorite and went with the Chorizo Sunrise sandwich. Hearty and filling, this will go into the breakfast rotation when I want something more substantial. Love that they keep the coffee brewed fresh and hot. Hope that the locals will continue to support this new bagel location, and/or for those visiting Temecula, this is a nice breakfast spot when you want something quick and filling. read more

Interesting place. It's a bagel shop that happens to sell some lunch sandwiches. I came in and ordered a turkey and avocado on a toasted bagel. It came with chips and no drink. The sandwich was actually pretty good. The house branded chips were stale. I also ordered a bag of jalapeño cheese and green chili bagels. They were okay, the bagels were solid but the jalapeño cheese was pretty weak and has very few jalapeño toppings. Tip: if you love Jalapeño Cheese bagels you need to go to Vons. I know this place hasn't been open long but it seems like there is a lot of confusion going on in the kitchen. I watched as they stumbled over each other and kept pointing at the order screens trying to figure out what order to do next. There were 8 employees making the orders and it still took 20 mins for me to get a simple bagel with lox and cream cheese. There were only two people ahead of me ordering in person. I think if I show up in person and order one bagel it should not be a 20 min wait. I understand people place orders ahead online but they are not present trying to get their food. As for quality, the Lox were fresh, but why did I watch you smash my bagel down with your hand to cut it in half. By the time I got the bagel it was like a sandwich with some cream cheese smeared on one side and lox. Overall flavorful, but I don't think I'll be going back any time soon. Was so EXCITED to try a new business that just opened in town. Found this place on YELP! It's really close to and in the same plaza as RUBIOS and BLAZE PIZZA!... EVERYTHING BAGEL: 5/10 I thought the everything bagel would have something in the middle of the bagel like some meat and veggies but, it's actually just a bagel with a spread of your choice and topped with the EVERYTHING SEASONING!!!... SUGAR COOKIE EGGYOLK: 10/10 for looks and presentation. I thought it was so cute and I was sold before I even tried devouring it!!!! SERVICE: A+ Excellent!! I really love Einstein Bagels & always had a wonderful experience in the OC location so to say the least I was excited to have one finally near us to drive to but sadly, it was disappointing coming to this location. They just opened and look like they have alot to learn. Environment wasn't welcoming when you walk in. The cashier just stares at you as you order. Really not an inviting welcome as you typically expect walking into these type of places. There's a few seating area. The place is smaller than most Einstein location. It wasn't the cleanest or dirtiest so they still need to work on it as customers come in and out using the few seatings they have. We ordered the Nova Lox bagel without onions on an everything bagel and a green chile bagel toasted with veggie spread. I don't know what to say. I felt it was a simple order but I guess not. Our lox bagel had onions in it (something really simple to not include but ok, easy to remove I guess) and there wasn't much capers on it. Just looked like it was slapped together so they can get orders out. My green chile was toasted alright, so much it was burnt. lol so much for my excitement. At least the veggie spread didn't disappoint me other than having it with a burnt bagel. Overall experience was subpar & we probably won't be making our way back here. This seems to be a newly opened store cause there is a big sign outside that says now open . The inside was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly. I had never been to one of these chains before so I decided to get the meal deal of a build your own bagel breakfast sandwich and coffee for $8. They ask if you want one or two eggs and I chose 1. 2 would have cost extra. I got the jalapeño bagel, American cheese, turkey sausage and egg. I chose the iced coffee and asked to add cold foam (for a charge). I was told that it wasn't an option for the meal deal to add cold foam even for an extra charge. When my coffee w as ready, I noticed they just added the cold foam for me which was really nice and got extra points in my book. But I do think the sign says you an upgrade your drink. The bagel had jalapeño evenly spread out on top. This was nice because some places have them all in one spot. They were hot but because they were spread out it was ok. The bagel was thin but I didn't mind that. It tasted very fresh and toasted well. The sandwich had bacon instead of turkey sausage. I normally don't get bacon because I don't like when people make it chewy but these were thin and not chewy so I didn't say anything. The sandwich was good. The coffee was strong even with the cold foam. I probably wouldn't get that again. I would definitely go back and try something else. read more

My farmhouse sandwich was delicious and had some of the best hash brown topping ever. Friendly and helpful staff seemed eager to assist with anyone new to their shop. We stopped by the new Einstein Bros. Bagels location in Temecula on a Sunday afternoon to give it a try. The service was friendly and welcoming, which made for a nice first impression! Since it was our first visit, we weren't exactly sure what to order and ended up going with the Everything Bagel with spread. It was decent, but fairly simple essentially just the bagel with some spread so it didn't quite stand out for us on this visit!! That said, the staff was helpful and the overall experience was pleasant. There's also plenty of parking, which makes it an easy stop if you're in the area. My wife actually discovered this spot on Yelp, so we figured we'd check it out!!! We'll probably come back another day to try a different bagel or menu item and see what else they have to offer!!!! read more

I have been asking Einstein bros to put a bagel store here in Temecula, forever. Very happy they're here now. The service is quick and not sloppy, and even though they are receiving the typical Temecula treatment, they stay friendly. I've always liked their bagels ever since I tried them years ago in the east coast. I normally order one of their signature sandwiches with a coffee to go. As it stands, I haven't had one that hasn't been great and full of flavor, their bagels are very satisfying (to me). Now the store itself ros smaller than most I've been in, this one reminds me of the tiny one at the Ontario airport. Not much seating room but it looks like they're willing to adjust as they go. Then came the fun surprise: 4 out of 6 orders were wrong. Honestly, getting that many wrong almost feels statistically impressive. It's like someone treated my order like a creative writing exercise instead of a receipt. And customer service? Let's just say if awkward staring and zero urgency were Olympic events, this place would medal. I get that new locations have growing pains, but this felt less like a soft opening and more like a live-action training video on how not to run pickup orders. I wanted breakfast sandwiches. I went on 2/20. They just opened 2/18. So of course there was a long line. My friend suggested ordering online/mobile app. So I downloaded it the night before. I was able to get a free bagel with my online order. Friday, I ordered via Mobile app @8 am for pick up at 8:50. I was assuming I'd see the order sitting there long. We were excited to see this location open. We have visited probably 5 times and the experience is inconsistent. I realize they are new so possibly the feedback would help. They need to consider cross contamination when cutting bagels. My cinnamon sugar bagel or blueberry bagel shouldn't be overpowered by the taste of onions. It totally throws off the taste. Toasting a bagel should be more than a warm bagel. The iced coffee drinks we receive are different every time we order. Strange. Could there be a few tables outside? Thank you. read more

So excited to finally have this in south Temecula. We went for opening day and the service was great. They were fast and so polite. The bagels are so delicious. We got bagels to eat there and some to take home. Even thought it was opening day there was still plenty of places to sit. The place is clean and decorated nicely. I love love, love Einstein, it's my favourite place to go in the morning, the only thing is - as a regular, I have a few requests for the mobile ordering app. I wish there was an option when ordering online to adjust the cream cheese portion, my bagel is always overfilled with cream cheese to the point i can't even enjoy the bagel and it turns into a mess, especially when I'm on the road early morning and don't have time to order inside (I ask for light cream cheese when I order inside and they always follow my request(thank you!)) but , it can be hard to drive with a bagel dripping cream cheese everywhere, but I love Einstein!!! Maybe also if napkins came with, in the order ahead bag. :)) again Einstein is the bestttttt, and I come here more than I eat breakfast at my own home lol read more

First time trying Einsteins. I was excited when I saw how many different bagel flavors there were and the atmosphere was cool, staff was friendly. I got the nova lox sandwich. I was expecting the bagel to be toasted, it's usually toasted when I get it from other places. It wasn't great and pretty disappointing. I also tried my boyfriend's sandwich and it was pretty sad, kind of soggy and not crispy. I'm not sure if this is how it usually is and they just don't toast their bagels. If I were to go back I would probably just get bagels and take them home. Then again you could just go to any store and do the same thing. read more

This location is pretty rough. I've been twice and had very similar experiences. The staff is not friendly and look rather unkempt. My order took a long time the first time so I figured I'd pay closer attention the next time. I observed them start my order then leave it on the prep area for a long time while they decided to do other things. A few minutes later they returned to complete my order resulting in a cold bagel sandwich. When she returned, she put on a new set of gloves and blew into them while they were on her hands. Seems kind of unsanitary. I also ordered a 2nd bagel toasted and I don't believe it was toasted at all. I noticed several other customers complaining that their orders were prepared incorrectly. Since I was in a hurry, I didn't go back in to explain my issues. Unfortunately there are no other legitimate bagel options in the area so I will probably just have breakfast elsewhere. Me and my wife recently visited this location, we were really excited as we always had a good experience the locations we've visited in San Diego. This was not the same. I will say the customer service was really good, we had a lady that helped us at the register and she was very welcoming and very nice and asked us about where we got our coffees from. Overall everyone was welcoming, but that can only go so far. I ordered a Chorizo Sunrise and my wife got an egg white and bacon sandwich, both were cold. The chorizo was cold in the middle and so was the egg. It was just a major disappointment, the same sandwich I ordered at the San Diego location was warm, crunchy and was what I was craving. I ordered the All nighter sandwich (with no egg) and I was kinda disappointed the sandwich came out freezing I didn't realize you had to ask for it to be warmed and for the price I guess I was expecting more and not so cheap on ingredients. I have now been standing in the store for over 30 minutes waiting on a single bagel watching a man shuffling around the drink cups acting like he is doing his job. I am so mad and hungry and this is horrible customer service will not be coming back the workers are rude and ignore the customers and give them attitude. So it's Saturday morning and this place was crowded. Good for them. It's a new business. I hope the new owners do well. But it took forever to get my everything bagel with cream cheese. When I finally got it, I was happy I went to my car, sat down, opened it up, and there was very little, I mean, almost no cream cheese on it. So by this time the line was out the door and I wasn't gonna go back in and deal with all that. So I just went across the parking lot to Starbucks and bought a cream cheese for $1.25. Two bits of advice for the new owners: have more staff on hand for your busy mornings and tell them how to put cream cheese on a bagel. Thank you. read more

Stopped by as a pit stop on the 79 to Palm Springs...We needed breakfast to go and didn't realize this was a new opening. Place was busy and we had a few unique orders and coffee...kids with different wants and orders. Jack/Jay can't remember his name, I know it was a J name ...he helped with giving us orders and was nice to my kids...super courteous and helpful when our orders took a little time. For a new location, I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the tables, floor and especially the self serve coffee area. Every table needs to be wiped down, the floor looks like it wasn't mopped before opening today. There are 7 workers behind the counter. At least one person should be tending to the mess at the seating and coffee serve area. I did enjoy my bagels. Very tasty, but no napkins were given to me with my order. I am a faithful Einsteins customer in Oceanside. They really pay attention to how their store is kept. Keep up baking those great bagels, but work harder at keeping the store presence, tables and self serve coffee area cleaner! read more

Compared to Brueggars - this pace has nothing on them. Spent $94 on an order for Easter grub and they forgot a sandwich. Spencer hung up the phone on me. They said to get my money back from DoorDash and offered no apology. Bad service. Good IMO not as good as Brueggars. read more

The bagels are def good; friendly service, nice new location. I'm an old east coast tried & true Einstein bagel gal from wayyyy back when. Don't know if it's a California thing ?? As even the airport EB places have TUNA. It's okay that you are now offering salmon/lox but some of us still want TUNA please. read more
