This is just for the to go. Ive been to this location plenty of times. Its right next to the gas station on the corner of rancho California and Jefferson right next to the freeway. Ill grab a to go sometimes after im done with my eye lashes. This dennys is convenient and the servers are nice. Most times its not busy and my to-go order is ready in 10-15 mins. I usually get a salad with chicken or a cobb. Their cobb salad is great! Ive always liked dennys so I just don't understand the low stars. I remember when they were opened 24 hour, now they're just open late. I love that they are truly a diner. From the seats to their menu i get that feel. Its big inside and getting their to-go is easy. I was traveling through the area and wanted breakfast, saw this Denny's and decided to stop. It was pretty empty for a Denny's. I was seated right away and offered coffee or juice. I just got water. I looked through the menu and made my choices. My server came back and took my order. She asked if I wanted additional sides. I ordered a value slam which included french toast, bacon & scrambled eggs with cheese. It didn't take long to get my order. My eggs were good and cooked well. Unfortunately, my French toast was burned on the side facing the plate. I was in a hurry and hungry so I ate it. This is not the Denny's I'm accustomed to. Sofia made our morning! We stopped in for breakfast after staying at Pechanga Resort Casino and she gave us such excellent service. She was fast, friendly, and just had the best energy--exactly what you want first thing in the morning. On another note, they've upgraded the cheese sticks and they're a lot bigger now, which I loved. Even better--they taste just as good as before! Sofia actually recommended them, and she was spot on. Came here for lunch after my son's baseball game as it was near our hotel. Ordered their diner dipper appetizer and chicken strip dinner. Their chicken strips looked like they had been fried twice and microwaved three times. Our waiter Leonel apologized but in the same sentence said "we can make them again but my manager said they will come out looking the same". Highly disappointed due to the fact we have ordered this same exact meal at different locations and never have they looked like this. Not once did the said called manager come and talk to us but we did see him with his back toward us. Needless to say we won't be visiting this location again due to the poor quality of food and management. Oh and let's not forget to mention the bug zapper they were using over the salad station! So went in for the birthday grand slam breakfast turns out that since I asked for the original grand slam and not the value grand slam my free breakfast was $16.74. The difference you ask was 2 sausages. I asked to pay the difference and was told we can't do that. Needless to say this breakfast was not worth $16.74. Will I come back? Located right off the 15 Freeway at the Rancho California exit, next to the 76 Gas station. We've stopped here plenty of times after events at Pechanga with no issues, but our visit last night was very disappointing. The overall service and food quality really let us down. We ordered the 'Sirloin Steak' and 'Chicken Fried Chicken' dinners. The sides were poor: the broccoli was salty and soggy. The chicken entree was extremely salty and overcooked, hard to chew, almost as if it had been cooked from frozen. The steak, unfortunately, was entirely tasteless. Our plan was to order dessert and coffee, but our server handed us the bill without asking if we wanted anything else. We tried to flag her down, but she was not paying attention. Tired of waiting, we paid and left. I was surprised by the sudden drop in quality, as I've always had great service and meals here in the past. I have been to quite a few Denny's locations in my life. I have to say this location was actually one of my better experiences.The waitress I had her name was Breshela. She was great!. She was very attentive, she was very polite. She knows how to do her job. So I appreciate that I didn't have to look for her multiple times or ask for refills and other stuff.She was very on top of those things, and I appreciate that level of service. Honestly, the place was clean. The food was really good.I was pleasantly surprised actually. I felt like the food came out within a decent amount of time and I would prefer that and the food be great then it'd be rushed, and it tastes gross. Food was hott! That's important. I tried calling to place an order, but the phone just kept ringing with no answer. I even tried calling twice at different times. I honestly don't understand why some employees in customer service treat customers this way. If someone doesn't want to provide good service, they should find another job instead of hurting the business. Customer service has really declined, yet businesses and servers still expect customers to tip 20%. I know ordering online is an option, but online ordering doesn't always allow upgrades or dietary modifications, so calling was my only choice. Unfortunately, no one answered. I got the fit slam, which came with egg whites scrambled in spinach and tomatoes, turkey bacon, an english muffin, and a fruit salad. Nice and light but still well seasoned. GREAT FOOD, BUT SMELLY! Okay, so is it more or does this Denny's smell like a toilet? I walked in with family and I immediately got a restroom smell across the restaurant. I'm not sure if they're having plumbing issues but something was afoot. The service was okay, but could've been better, I never got a refill of water. I came during a very difficult time so I was already depressed. However, my food cheered me up a bit. The Ultimate Omelette was very flavorful and the portion was fantastic! This Denny's is right off the freeway and near the entry way of Old Town Temecula. I highly recommend it if you're looking for something economical as the restaurants nearby are very pricey! Me and the husband love Denny's and especially this location, it's rarely crowded the times we go and service has always been the same, fast efficient. Now that we're somewhat officially old, we can order the senior specials, though honestly years ago when "$1.99 are you out of your mind " breakfast special was a real thing! The senior specials were a steal deal for those folks but everything's gone-going up :(. But still we'll take it if it's something we want and still cheaper than the rest of the menu. It's a big accommodating restaurant with typical Denny's decor and ofcourse they'll close off certain areas during the week but always attentive to their customers here. Large parking lot. We usually come to this Denny's once or week, but after our recent visits we'll be finding another breakfast place. Our last breakfast and last dinner were both very disappointing. The crepes had a yellow rancid-looking liquid in the cream, the toast and pancakes were served without butter, there was no jelly for the toast, and the medium eggs were practically raw. The steak was inedible--far too salty and too tough to chew. Even the mashed potatoes and vegetables were extremely salty. Overall, the food quality has gone downhill and this was a very disappointing experience. read more

We sat for 30 minutes waiting for our server. We never got to order any food or drinks. We watched the server tend to other customers who arrived after us . We asked a worker near by if he could send the server to our table and he said "sure." Then he disappeared into the back . Denny's has changed since the time I've been there. I took the kids there because they wanted to go for their 21st birthday and how can you say no. They redone the menu, and they've added and taken away dishes. I ordered the country fries, steak and eggs, and my eggs were supposed to be scrambled but it was an omelette. That's OK, even though it was bland with no seasoning, it was still cooked right. The hashbrowns were cooked very well and buttery and definitely no complaints on the chicken fried steak. One of the kids ordered a double cheeseburger and wanted bacon added. Unfortunately, he did not get the bacon. The burger, however, was cooked perfectly. The other kid ordered the strawberry French toast, dish with scrambled eggs and bacon. Of course, again, not scrambled eggs, it was an omelette, but apparently it was bland. I will say, his strawberry French toast look absolutely amazing! Unfortunately, I do not recall what our service name was, but he was legit and awesome. Drinks so low he filled them up. Kept checking with us and made sure we got anything that we needed. I cannot really say too much about the ambience because it's a Denny's. I never seen a Denny's with an ambience. It's just well lit. I only gave them four stars because it's a Denny's and they're trying to charge like a steakhouse. Otherwise really good. read more

Denny's has revamped thier menu quite a bit. It's good that they also have a Slammin Deals menu also to help with the pocketbook when needed. Lot of good stuff for $10. The grandslam burrito,BLT&E, and one country fried steak deal with 2 sides are really good. The new Masters of the universe menu is out too for all the nostalgia lovers! The Eternia's premium breakfast slam is a dream come true! Chocolate mint ice cream on your pancakes! Omg for only $12.99. That includes bacon and sausage, hashbriwns and 2 eggs!!!!! I also had Skeletor's shake. It comes with pop rocks! Only complaint and I hate to have to do that. Too many bblueberries. Other than that I'm back from my time machine and happy to revisit my childhood. Oh no and the movie comes out June 5th. That's a little too long to wait. Lol. One more review....the new Diner Dipper as I'm eating it right now is a choose 3 items from a choice of 8 items. I went with the picture. 2 sliders, bone in wings and Mozzillas. So I say the sliders dipped in blue cheese is on point with the apples applesmoked bacon. Gorilla inspired cheesesticks were perfect, great in marinara but the dennyQ sauce is fire. There were 6 of us for a friend's birthday breakfast get-together. We were welcomed politely and given a table in a comfortable place for us being seniors and convenient to move around. Our server SOPHIA was very pleasant and quick to respond to us serving us water as it was a hot day along with the menu. Great anticipation on her part. She was also quick to bring the coffee and hot chocolate with the milk and creamers as requested. There were 2 other staffs that helped her out, a male and a female, who were also very courteous and quick to respond. The dishes were delicious and the serving sizes were huge and each had to take home a lot of our own left overs. We had omelets, pancakes, slams and brioche french toast. Very generous with the butter, jams, creamers and refills on drinks. Pricing was reasonable. Hubby and I live in the neighborhood, and we love Denny's because it offers a good selection of many of the yummy classic breakfast and diner foods that we enjoy in an atmosphere we appreciate. Most of the servers are also warm-hearted and friendly, make a great team - and do their jobs well - and the prices, although a little more elevated than they used to be, are still within our budget. The food at this Denny's is usually prepared, presented and served with care too. But today we went in and things were really off. Although we were warmly greeted by Bernice when we came in, the energy felt much lower than usual, and we did not have a good experience this time. We were served by someone new to us and were awkwardly seated right under an air conditioning vent, our table was unpleasantly wet and sticky when we sat down. This was not noticed or corrected by any of the servers on duty, so I used one of the napkins from my own purse stash to finish cleaning it myself. Our food also came out to us much quicker than it should have. And the coffee, sausage and pancakes that usually taste really good to me tasted really unpleasant today. The pancakes were also mostly raw inside and not thoroughly cooked through. None of these things have ever happened to me at your establishment. I let our server know about my experience and was extended an opportunity to make things right however. But I declined due to feeling disheartened, not feeling like eating more food and not wanting to stick around. Unsure when/if hubby and I will be returning. Today's experience wasn't worth the half mile to and from walk we took to travel there. read more
