We got the 20 bone-in/20 boneless wings combo with Caribbean Jerk, Lemon Pepper, Parmesan Garlic, and Hot Buffalo, and every flavor came through swinging!! We stopped by to watch a UFC PV fight. Service from the minute we walked in to the minute we left was amazing. The amount of times they checked in on us was appreciated. We definitely saw the staff working as a team to get through the busy night. The food and the drinks pleasantly surprised me as I've had horrible experiences at other locations. I had a great experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings location today. I was in the area because my wife was attending a Bachelorette party in the winery so I had to stay in the area. I found parking okay and when I walked inside, I sat at the bar since it's opening seating. A waitress greeted me right away and I got a Mountain Dew. The mountain dew they brought out had some black stuff in it so I asked for another one. I think it was the machine or ice tray in that area so they had to go get it from the bar for me. They had the PGA Master tournament on so I was watching that and ended up getting their All American cheeseburger for my entrée. I basically sat in the bar area for like 6 hours watching the PGA Masters and then UFC 300. The food was great, my server was attentive to me and kept checking up on me. When we arrived there was no one to greet us. After five minutes a gentleman asked how many we had in the party. After we told him he asked us to wait five minutes to clean a table. I found this odd as the restaurant was mostly empty. When we sat down the server was quick to take our order. Then he disappeared on us. The music seemed to get louder and I couldn't hear the person sitting next to me. Looking around the restaurant was very dirty, dark, and run down. After a good wait two new servers brought out our food. Still no refill on drinks. The food temperature seemed to be as if it sat under a heat lamp and was dry.
