I came here to meet up with a friend one day during the week. The beer tender was super nice and when I asked for food recommendations he told us everything is great. Funny the reason we chose this spot was because the food looked so good on yelp. Once we got our food I knew he wasn't lying. I got the Cuban and my friend got the Cesar wrap, both were great. We sat outside to enjoy the weather on the spacious patio. We never had to get up for a thing. We were well taken care of, our beers refilled and plates cleaned up. Came here Friday around 8:00 PM and sat at the outdoor corner bar. The Good: The beer was great, from the blonde ale to the local IPAs. Once our order was finally placed, the food arrived fairly quickly. Everything looked excellent, with great presentation and generous portions for the price. The loaded nachos were outstanding--perfectly balanced with cheese, shredded beef, and all the other toppings. You could tell the ingredients were high quality. The EB Burger also looked great. For a $20 burger, looked promising and came with a generous serving of crispy fries and a large pickle spear. Although it arrived closer to well-done than the rare temperature I ordered, it was still tasty. The Not So Good: The restaurant was not particularly busy, yet it took quite a while to get served. We were only able to place our initial drink order after repeatedly trying to get the bartender's attention. Unfortunately, this became the theme of the evening. Even though guests around us appeared to be receiving regular service, we often felt invisible. When we finally got the bartender's attention to order beers, she hurried away before we could place our food order. It took additional time and more attempts to flag her down before we could order dinner. When the burger arrived overcooked, I couldn't even mention it because our server never checked on us or asked how the food was. Throughout the evening, I had to flag down other staff members just to request another beer or refill our water. Our server/bartender finally acknowledged the issue only after we spoke with another staff member about both the overcooked burger and the lack of service. To her credit, she offered to comp the burger. I initially declined but later accepted because it was nowhere near the temperature I had ordered. Despite the disappointing service, I still left a standard tip. I also told her it was a shame because we live right around the corner and had been excited to try this place. We were hoping it could become our regular Friday-night spot and somewhere we could bring friends and neighbors who enjoy good food and drinks. This burger had a lot going on but didn't taste "busy". The bun looks like a brioche bun, which i hate, but for some reason this burger bun was soft and buttery. It was pretty good. They had a pepper in it with a light aioli sauce. The patties, I should have asked for medium rare or more on the rare side. So my fault. The patty was pretty dry, but the burger still tastes fantastic. The sauce and everything that came with the burger made the burger as a whole taste juicy and filling! I was thoroughly pleased with my burger. What i really enjoyed were those addictive sweet potato fries. I ate half my portion! Thats far more than the 2 or 3 I usually have! I also got the chicken wings, mango pepper. It was flavorful and good enough. Wings will always just be wings to me. Either its good, or its bad. Now, finally, the apple turnover. Surprisingly, I loved the ice cream part the best. That was a really tasty vanilla bean ice cream scoop I got. I loved the flakiness of the pastry and the apple filling was subtle. I could always use more apples and a bit more cinnamon but with all that it came with I think it balanced out nicely. Before we ever eat...we search Yelp, put in a prompt and search! Today's prompt was burgers...one of the top picks was Ebullition Brew Works! Not too far from our current location (1.9 miles) we decided to give this spot a chance. On the way there my wife was checking out the many pictures and she would say, "Oh, I want that," then, " Oh wait, I want that!" 2-3 times before even getting there. All I recall her saying was cheese curds, pretzel and Reuben sandwich! Ask three of those I like... once we got there, without even know what was exactly on the menu, I too was excited for this place! We went in and it was a seat yourself situation...not a big place but there were patrons at the bar and a few families spread out! Not knowing but one of the owners (Eric) came up to us and greet us and introduced himself. We let him know it was our first time and that we were excited about trying this place out simply based on what we saw in Yelp! And he said, "I hope we live up to your expectations!" To start it ask of my wife ordered wine and I ordered a ginger beer, for starters we went with the garlic cheese curds (you can't go wrong with fried cheese)! For entrees we ordered the Loco Moco and the 2025 Burger Challenge Winner: The Rez Burger with a side of sautéed veggies and for dessert we went with the Funnel Cake fries. The cheese curds were a hit (GARLIC CHEESE CURDS...nuff said!), the Loco Moco was packed with flavor and island worthy and The Rez Burger was Money (Flavor smackin good with the right amount of kick with the fried jalapeños and with the freshness of the raw red onions and the great flavor profile of the sauce and the perfection of having a fresh and healthy serving of green chili (my wife is part Spanish (who's settled in New Mexico)), so having the green chili was on point...The flavor profile was reminiscent of eating her families homemade meals! The Rez Burger was not only a burger challenge winner in 2025...but also a winner which satisfied my appetite! Lastly, the funnel cake fries were good...no more no less! I went to Battle of the Burgers in Temecula last year (2025) and I thought Ebullition Brew Works had the top burger and since then, I have been wanting to come back. Carrie is an amazing beer tender!! I came with my daughter and we were taking a while to make our selection. We celebrated my nephew's surprise 18th birthday at Ebullition, and it turned out to be the perfect spot for a big gathering. They comfortably accommodated 20 of us, which already says a lot. My cousin and her family are regulars here and absolutely love this place and after this visit, I can see why. One of the best things about Ebullition is that everyone can order exactly what they want without feeling limited, and the price points are very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. Everything we tried was delicious. I personally ordered the Truffle Burger, which was flavorful and satisfying even though I was already getting full from grazing beforehand. We started with the large pretzel, which was honestly amazing and dangerously addictive. Soft, warm, and perfect for sharing. I also tried my cousin's sausage board, which featured three different types, each with its own distinct flavor, great for sampling and sharing at the table. Another huge plus: they are very accommodating with food allergies, which was especially important for my nephew. It's reassuring to dine somewhere that actually takes allergies seriously and makes the effort to ensure everyone can eat comfortably and safely. We drove an hour to visit Ebullition, and it did not disappoint. The food, service, beer, and ambiance were all on point! I loved their spin on a Mexican dark lager, and I was pleasantly surprised to see Brewery X's Huckleberry Seltzer on tap. We ordered the Loco Moco and a burger. Both were generously portioned and delicious. It appears to be the local watering hole, so it gets very busy in the afternoon. Luckily, there is ample seating outdoors. Visiting out in the area and found this place for a quick eat. The restaurant has a nice chill and relaxation space. Ordered the cheeseburger and some taco appetizers. I don't usually eat too many burgers but to my surprise this burger was cooked to perfection. Very juicy patty and flavorful. The tacos were also quite delicious. Really appreciate the service. I think the manager was our server and he was very helpful and checks in every so often. Had dinner at Ebullition Brew Works tonight. It was our first time here. When we walked in there was a sign to seat ourselves, but one of the few open booths we saw was dirty. My husband asked if we can sit there and have someone clean it up and within a few minutes they did have someone come and remove the dirty dishes from the table. We took a few minutes to decide on drinks. Our server, Jonathan, was great! His recommendations were awesome, and he was even nice enough to bring 3 small beer samples for my husband to try before he decided on one. He also suggested a nice Sauvignon Blanc for me. For dinner, I went with the chicken pot pie, and my husband ordered the bison burger that won the Battle of the Burgers competition, per our server's recommendation. When we ordered we were told that the kitchen was a bit behind on tickets so it might be a little while. We waited at least 40 minutes for our food. Normally, we would have left, but we were tired and hungry, so we felt it was best to just stay. When our food finally arrived we realized it was worth the wait. My pot pie was probably better than my favorite pot pie at a place in Palm Springs. It was SO good. My husband loved his burger as well. For dessert we went with the walnut bread pudding. It honestly felt like a huge ripoff. The portioning was way off for what you're charging. If I'm paying $20 for poke, I expect a fair amount of fish... not a salad with a few cubes of ahi.... I live close by and my wife and I choose Ebullition on the regular to go have ice cold beers and eat great food. We keep coming back for the whole shebang-- the menu is upscale brew pub and quite creative without trying too hard. Yummy in a word. All the servers are friendly and attentive. The vibe can be quiet early, but when it fills up it gets lively. It's kind of becoming somewhat of a neighborhood regulars spot, where a good number of the customers know each other and everyone is friendly. We love this place and it has become our go-to spot, for both drinks, and for food (hello happy hour!). We came because of its proximity to our house, and we keep coming mainly because of bartenders Mike & Carrie, who are both the most welcoming, efficient, wonderful people. However, as mentioned, we do also love the food and drinks. My husband's fave is the Classic Reuben (he says it's the most legit around), and I love the Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich, with the regular fries, though all the fries are delicious. We also love the house IPA, 65 & Sunny, & the wings. IMO, the kids menu is over-priced for what it is, so our kids share the starter street tacos and love them. It's a cool place inside, and we've come with both bigger groups and lots of kids, and just my husband and I at the bar; we've never had to wait for a table, though it can get really busy around dinner time and at the end of happy hour, especially when the weather is nice. We had one terrible experience when we sat on the patio (the bar was packed), and waited 30 minutes for service. This is not an exaggeration, and we asked twice for menus and twice for someone to take our order, only for the server to tell us it was not her section, though she had walked by us 4+ times without acknowledging our presence. We would have left, except we rode our bikes there, and ultimately once we got service from the great server who had just come on shift, I'm glad we stayed. But just beware when it's super busy as I read of others having the same experience.
