We loved the Carlsbad location so we were excited Ebullition moved closer to our neck of the woods. The new location feels a bit industrial. They are currently operating under a soft opening with a limited menu; they plan on a grand opening in the new year. There is generous outdoor seating and the indoor area is divided between a bar and table seating. We went on a Friday night and the bar area was lively but in no way rowdy. This would be a great place to meet up with friends. Glad to have this establishment as part of our local scene! read more

We ended up here honestly as a second choice, and I'm soooo glad we did! We started out in Old Town (I know, cliche) and it was super crowded of course, which I hate, so I looked for a back up plan and spotted this little gem! We drove a couple miles up here and parked right up front, walked right in and were immediately seated and greeted by Mike who was awesome btw. We had amazing beer, cider, and seltzer. Our food was delicious! We will definitely be making the drive back here! It's a great neighborhood brewpub restaurant. Highly recommend! read more

Stopped for lunch on the way home from San Diego. Delicious food and a great beer selection. I had the truffle mushroom burger and fries. It was cooked perfectly. I paired it with a delicious fruity hazy ipa. My husband had the rueben with onion rings. It was jammed pack with meat. The batter on the onion rings was spot on but the onions could have been a little more substantial. The service was impeccable and the restaurant had a variety of comfortable seating. read more

What a great experience we had! Never been here before, and we loved the vibe and environment right when we got in. We were greeted by Mike who helped us the whole time and he has a great personality, really welcoming, and great quick service from beginning to end. We walked in and sat down at a table, waited, but could not get served. We had to ask the hostess for water, because we never saw a waitress or waiter. The bartender was on duty only. My husband and I tried Ebullition Brew Works today and we were not disappointed. He had a BLTA sandwich with onion rings and I had a Western Burger with fries (we shared the sides). We really enjoyed our food and I was so pleased that they cooked my burger exactly as requested. Our server, Loren, a lovely young woman with gorgeous hair, was excellent. She was friendly and courteous, took our order promptly, and made sure we were happy by checking back with us a number of times. She was perfect and a great representation of Ebullition Brew Works. If there were more stars for rating, I would add them! Is this place worth a drive or wait or slight patience for food... YES, YES, YES!!! Had the signature burger, Ebullition. OMG what a treat. Perfectly grilled and seasoned. Was amazing. Also had a side of the house Mac n cheese. No words! Rich, creamy and no flavor have ever experienced in what normally is a simple dish. Nope! Not this one. Absolutely perfect in every sense. Included with burger are choice of fries. I went for sweet potato. Yep, 5 star here too! The best ones have ever had! Crispy one outside and tender inside. Not greasy and seasoned just right. Even served with HOMEMADE ranch which, yep was perfect in flavor. Would I recommend this local owned bistro and pub? One of my hobbies is to try burgers from different places. I tried the cheeseburger here and it is one of the best if not the best I have ever ate. The patty was so tender and flavorful. The bun was really soft and tasty. Fries was great as well. You can tell the ingredients were high quality and prepared thoughtfully. The staff was friendly especially the Bartender. I think his name is Mike (bodybuilder big guy) greeted me and introduced himself and ask your name and made you feel welcome which made the experience even better. The place is clean, nice decor, and great music playing. I don't usually go back to the same place during a trip in Temecula since there are so many food options, but I went back and tried the loco moco which was awesome as well. Im tempted to just eat here rest of my trip. So many other things on the menu that looks good I want to try. read more

Service: My family of 4 came in on a Sunday afternoon and were able to sit down right away. The hostess wasn't super friendly, and our sever was probably the least friendly lady I have ever met. She seemed to be annoyed as soon as she heard that there would be 4 of us instead of 2-and then it went downhill from there. My husband noticed right away when he sat down and she dropped off the waters without saying a word. He was overly friendly, saying thank you to everything she dropped off, and still not a word. The bartender side looked busy and everyone looked happy over there, so maybe we just sat in the wrong area. Food: The cheese curds were delicious! We also got the Ebullition cheeseburger, western burger, and Mac n' cheese. All of those were good, too. Overall, good food but won't be coming back because of the service. I've been to Ebullition several times now and I love it. The food is fresh, flavorful and unique. The service is fantastic. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. My favorite appetizer has to be the giant pretzel so far. It's so hard to choose an entree because they have all been so good! It's a perfect spot for both date nights and family dinners, with a fantastic selection of beer and wine. They were also very accommodating with my kids' food allergies, which I really appreciated. The pretzel we ordered as a starter was AMAZING and came out quickly! For entrees we ordered the mac and cheese (wanted the brisket on top but forgot to ask for it) and their take on a cheesesteak. Wanted to go out on A Friday night in Temecula, but didn't want to spend 25 minutes in traffic driving to Winchester Rd from south Temecula. So we went Ebullition. Really nice decor and bar area inside, with a large outdoor patio, which will be great in a few months. My family liked all the craft beers they ordered. I got the portobello mushroom burger and side salad, and the other 3 with me got the burger and fries. The portobello was really good, juicy with great flavor. The side salad was respectable, good size with tomatoes and carrots and a really good vinegarette. The burger was also good size and tasty. The seasoned fries and truffle fries were both delish. It is still their soft opening, so only have a Small menu, and staff has been sick so the owners/managers have been wearing many hats. They told us they have big plans, and want to be a local hangout. They are off to a great start. We realized we had been to their previous location in Carlsbad, so be assured...there are great things to come! read more

This just a great spot to grab a beer, especially if you are staying at Pechanga l, as this is a short walk away. They offer a wide variety of beers from breweries all over California. I don't know how this place gets such high ratings. We waited forever for someone to give us menus, then longer to get our order taken. The sodas all tasted flat and like the lines haven't been cleaned in ages. The server got the order wrong and forgot two items that we ordered. Then we were told that the kitchen was backed up (it wasn't busy at all) and we would have to wait. Usually when you order something that isn't delivered they put a rush on it, but not here. Then the main server seemed like he was avoiding us. Didn't make eye contact and walked by without checking anything. Food was just average. Nothing special. Very disappointed in a place that is supposed to be highly rated. We drove out of our way to come here and should have gone to our regular places instead. read more
