We stopped in for a Sunday dinner, my son has celiacs so we needed a solid gluten free option and we found one, a pepperoni pizza on a cauliflower crust. Pizza was done every well and the crust had some crunch, but was very flavorful. My wife and I started with the Brussels sprouts, fried with bacon, cheese and balsamic, very tasty and huge for an appetizer. We followed that with a Fallbrook burger (avocado of course) and a Greek Salad. Burger was excellent and the fries were perfect. The Greek salad was nice, a little over dressed for me, but plenty of cheese and olives. The service was very good and the place has in door and out door seating. We were very disappointed by our meal here. My husband got the BBQ burger and fries. I got the Greek salad with blackened chicken. The burger was dry and overcooked. The Greek dressing tasted like it was just straight white vinegar and the chicken was flavorless. They don't have real alcohol for cocktails, just the fermented wine "liquor." The server was nice, but he was distracted chit chatting with other tables and wasn't very attentive. The restaurant felt dated and a little dirty. Was visiting the area for the day and craving a burger and found 127 early on a Sunday evening. Funny enough it didn't really stand out from their Yelp listing but holy moly did my mouth water as soon as I saw the menu! I was quite hungry so everything looked good. There seemed to be only one waitress juggling 4 or 5 tables so it took a minute to get our order but not a huge deal, as she was so friendly! My jaw dropped when the food came out and I appreciated the attention to detail when she placed food and hot plates on the table in front of me, with my toddler The pizza was fresh baked and a really great size and price point for a kids meal. The burger was fresh tasting and my little side substitute salad for fries was super fancy! The bison meatloaf, mashed and veggies was also delicious and gourmet plated. Because it was hot that day, we went to one of the back room areas to eat. There was only 1 server who I think was the owner and he was having to hustle with all the people eating there. There was only 1 other occupied table in that area so after they left, we were it back there alone. Got the Sweet Sicilian pizza (white cheddar mornay, mozzarella, caramelized pear, bleu cheese crumbles, arugula, toasted pine nuts, balsamic glaze). It was only close to what she had before but thought it good. Good crust & cheese on it. But then we were forgotten. We wanted to order dessert, but crickets. No server. After waiting over 20 minutes, had to peek into the kitchen to ask for our bill & a box for the left over pizza. Waited, waited over 15 minutes more. Had to find him again and he apologized that he forgot. Finally got it. I would have had a better experience if in his apology, waiting so long just to pay & leave, he would have offered us a free dessert at least. read more

I don't eat often in this part of San Diego so I was excited to try out the menu. We had: Quesadilla $21: - this was expensive as we added chicken. The quesadilla is large as it's stuffed with Black beans, charred corn, red bell pepper, onion, cilantro, cheddar & jack cheese, chipotle crema, salsa verde. I think they might have charged us extra for avocado even though we didn't ask for it and don't see it in the quesadilla. My friend and I ordered the Da Napoli pizza as an appetizer and we both ended up ordering the turkey melt with added avocado, except I ordered mine without bacon. The pizza was very fresh but I think it would have been better if it was baked just a tad bit longer for that fire cooked taste and plus I like my food sort of well done. The turkey sandwich was okay, the cheese needed to be melted a little bit more as well. It would have been perfect if it was cooked as a panini. The sandwich came with a red sauce that I thought was originally ketchup but it turned out to be pretty spicy. I had a half of a sandwich and left over fries, so the next day I reheated them using the air fryer and it turned out perfect. Guess the saying goes, food is always better the next day. read more

The short ribs were loaded with flavor and the focaccia holding the turkey melt was the perfect touch. Each came with a side of fries and ketchup. OMG! The ketchup was so good!!! It was made with cumin, coriander, and curry-making me want to keep eating up the fries! You've gotta try it yourself! Inside bar is fun and lots of design inside. The back room has a lovely fireplace. Suggestion to move the table from the beautiful view of the fireplace and place electric candles within and around! Use that mantle for a focal point in the back of the house! So cozy and romantic. There is a tv in the back as well. Would be nice to have that on with anything while dining. Our server was amazing. He had all of the answers to our questions and his owl tattoo was beautiful. He was attentive, kind, professional and funny. The back room gets very loud when full. I'd also say turn up the music so we don't have to hear everyone's conversations on busy nights. The fish and chips used to be served on a wooden board. The batter seems to have been changed or maybe it was left on the line too long. The breading was a little soggy. Wayyy too many fries served with the fish and chips.
