Even at almost closing time they are welcoming still. I came to try the trio appetizers. I watched a lot of videos on the insane cheese pull from the mozzarella sticks. Indeed it is as they say. Those were the best mozzarella sticks I've ever had. It was so cheesy and yummy! Also the honey Chipotle chicken crispers were really good too. We had 6 adults and we ordered several triple dipper to share along with wings and nachos. My triple dipper had 4 southwestern egg rolls, 4 wings and 2 fried mozzarella. Everyone already got their share and I was left with one southwestern egg roll and one fried mozzarella on my plate. As I was cutting through the fried mozzarella, my friend from across yelled out, "There's a piece of hair". I couldn't see from my angle. Sure enough, I pulled out a short strand of hair. We told our server and they immediately took my plate away to bring out a brand new tripper dipper. Well, they brought out the wrong selection! They brought out the one with wings, sliders and mozzarella. I was so looking forward to the egg rolls. I had one bite before it got taken away. You would think that they would replace the same items assuming the items were on my plate. Anyways, I was disappointed but not mad. It happens and I filled myself up on nachos while waiting. I haven't been to Chili's for years and the one item I was looking forward to got taken away. Quick service but too quick that they replaced the wrong dish. We ended up boxing up the rest. Rachel our server was fantastic! Her infectious smile greeted us as she took our order. We took advantage of the 3 for Me promotion with the QP burger and chicken sandwich with fries, chips and salsa and side salad. I added an extra patty for $5 which was well worth it! Dined here on March 29th 6:30pm. Service was sub par. The peppiest peoples we encountered were the hostesses and the food runner. Our server seemed forced to be there. Friendly customer service goes a long way and we did not get any. We were not offered any cutlery for our meals. No ketchup for my son's fries. No follow up once the food was dropped. No straw offered for my ice tea. I had to sit and wait for somebody to come by so I can ask for sugar. The restaurant was busy and could've benefited from a manager walking around touching tables to catch opinions, suggestions and missed steps of service. Was out in Temecula for my birthday weekend and decided to go to Chilis since I had gotten a gift card. I was craving some steak and i remembered they had some for options. I ordered the sirloin steak and my husband got the rib eye. The food looked really good when it finally came out. I got to eat half of my steak and then the other half was very strange. It was very chewy and I thought maybe it had a nerve but it didn't . I tried cutting another piece and same thing it was super chewy and pretty gross. I had to spit it out, I don't know if it was just a bad piece or what, or even make that fake meat I've been hearing about. But that was $25 down the drain and in this economy that's a lot. Was invited to lunch and football at Chili's Their menu had various combination choices and my choice was a three pick of the chili chicken with the honey chipotle sauce. It had fries & macaroni and cheese with 5 piece was plenty of food. I actually had two pieces for leftover and the sauce was delicious. Another meal had ribs, macaroni and cheese and chicken pieces and that was delectable also and my daughter had a chicken grilled quesadilla, which was also delicious The service was very spot on with plenty of attention to detail and refills and to see how we like the food if there is anything else we needed and we were able to pay at the table so that was a convenience also Seating was quick and the booth had plenty of room for the four of us. The sound inside with plenty of football on multiple TVs was still quite amicable to sit and talk amongst each other. This location had plenty of parking and it was off the main street so it was convenient to pull in and go right into the restaurant. Rating this Chili's a 5 Star just purely for Kim. Never before have my friends and I had such a caring, funny, and down to earth server. We go almost every week and always try and sit in her section or say hello at the very least. She truly and deeply cares about all of her tables, providing conversation, wit, banter, laughs- I could go on forever about this wonderful woman! It feels less like heading out to dinner and more so like heading to visit a friend. It's clear she has a passion with connecting to other people & it makes the experience unlike anything else. The food is okay, just regular classic Chili's, but the service and drinks at this location is just top tier. Wife and I came in today for lunch. We typically get double fajitas or the fajitas for two. So we ordered the fajitas for two and I guess the message did not get back to the cook in the kitchen fajitas for two so they only brought out one which you know what it happens. After we explain to them the mistake that we're supposed to have the fajitas for two, they brought the correct items out. We do the double chicken and shrimp. Absolutely delicious! The food here was good it was me and my boyfriends first time ever going to chilis and the hype did not disappoint. I got the triple dipper plate with the mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders, and mini sliders everything was good but the burgers were a bit dry and my boyfriend got the ribs and Mac and cheese SO GOOD the Mac and cheese tasted like soup plantation btw. And for appetizers we got buffalo bites which were great portions and ended up leaving with left overs. Are waiter was kind and patient and got us are food quick so I'd say service is good. And ambience was a bit small but that's not their fault but still good seating areas. we were at a table for 2 which was pretty roomy without feeling far from each other. THIS CHILIS WAS GOOD! Sunday, October 27, 2024: We had a very late lunch here. Our server was Shyann, who took very good care of us! The eatery was very clean and it was about 80% occupied so we were seated at a table right away by the friendly hostess. Hubby had the Margarita Chicken and I had the Chicken Crispers Combo except it wasn't very crispy so that was a misnomer! My wife and I stopped by the Chili's in Temecula for lunch, and it was a fantastic experience, largely thanks to our server, Rachel. She really went above and beyond for us! From the moment we sat down, she was incredibly warm and welcoming, answering every question we had about the menu. Throughout the meal, Rachel was super attentive. I never had to ask for a refill because she was always right there topping off our waters or bringing out fresh sodas. It's refreshing to get that kind of "pro" service at a casual spot. As for the food, we had an excellent spread. We started with the classic chips and salsa, and then dove into the "3 for Me" deal. We had the enchilada tortilla soup, the chicken sandwich, and the chicken crispers. Everything was hot and fresh. We finished it all off with a slice of the Reese's peanut butter chocolate pie, which was the perfect way to end the meal. Let's start with our server. Her name was Amy and she was the best! She was on the ball, anything we needed she was there and she just did an amazing job. The food was not even close. I got the fajita trio and wanted a steak, medium, rare, and it was medium well more on the well side. It was way overcooked, but so was the shrimp that came with it. The chicken, however, was the best of the three meats on the plate. It was actually cooked nice, and would've been better if it was seasoned before cooking. It tasted like everything was seasoned after it was cooked. The people in the bar were happy watching the games, so that's a plus. The kids got the ribs, fries, and the chicken crispers. I believe that's what they call it. They enjoyed it. If you do decide to go there, make sure you start with the chili queso and chips. read more

Did you know that Chili's has Happy Hour all day on Saturdays and Sundays? I was my first visit to a Chili's restaurant in the U.S. because I reserve my visits for Japan on business travel and I want a traditional American burger. But Happy Hour is only for a couple of hours, weekdays only. Subsequent to a viewing of the First Omen, I decided to walk across the parking lot to the Chili's restaurant for a drink, and to my surprise, I could enjoy rock or blended margaritas for only $4.00 (smile). What a shock, as well as a bonus! Upon entering I was greeted by the bartender, grabbed a seat at the bar in front of four television monitors with various sports playing, and ordered my rock margarita. It was just after 10pm and the atmosphere was quite calm for a Saturday night, which heightened my overall appreciation as I sipped my beverage. Staff were very accommodating, friendly, and pleasant to chat with. The appearance of the place was clean and comfortable, with a speakeasy vibe. During my chat with the bartender I was informed that the 'open-to-close" Happy Hour is for Saturdays, Sundays, Monday Night Football, and Thursday Night Football also. In addition to the cheap margaritas there are cocktails, craft beers, domestic beers, food and snacks at very reasonable prices. Definitely a great find for viewing sports or a relaxing Sunday. Come here from time to time with my family and have usually great experiences with this restaurant. We like to take advantage of their wonderful 3 for $10.99 (or more) meals which it comes with an appetizer, entree, and drink. Not a bad deal as that's just as much as fast food nowadays! Servers for the most part are nice, helpful and pretty attentive. Our favorite server who really hustles and just the sweetest person unfortunately wasn't there. We happened to dine on Valentine's Day and I think this was the only visit that somewhat irked me. I had never felt so rushed with whom we had. I mean, why is it that when I'm in the middle of eating, you're already asking if we want to-go containers? or why did I have to keep flagging someone in order to get a drink refill? Bad day? too busy? Not sure but tried not let it get to us too much as we usually enjoy our visits here. I'm convinced Kim (KIM) at the Temecula Chili's is not a server -- she's a multiclass hero. She delivered perfect food, kept my drink magically full, fixed my mood, AND somehow saved my entire night. At one point my car betrayed me, and I swear Kim was outside helping me change a tire and pushing my car toward a gas station like an action movie montage. Another Chili's, different experience. Chain restaurants have that in common, they are rarely equal when it comes to food, service or ambiance. Overall experience at Temecula Chili's was pleasant. The restaurant was busy at the time of our visit yet service was good and staff seemed on top of everything. Our server was very friendly and helpful. Didn't have to wait long for getting water, drinks and food (five stars). Food preparation was lacking a bit (three stars). My salmon was over cooked and rice was pretty salty. I left most of rice on the plate. The bbq ribs from our second entrée were not succulent as you would normally expect, but they weren't dry either. The bbq flavour was good.
