We had such a good time here listening to a live band on Friday night. Cover charge was only $5 to get in. Luckily we were able to get seats inside. They don't serve food here. There is a small dance area. My only issue was that the bathrooms are outside and seating inside is limited.

Came here for the first time and this place was great! Live music, great service, and a wonderful large selection of drinks. Everyone here is so friendly, the ambiance is great.

--Last Saturday afternoon I discovered the Old Town Blues Club (OTBC), and what a great find it was! Located at 28636 Old Town Front St, in Temecula, California on the second floor overlooking the main drag, the venue is quite the gem. Hosting some of the greatest Blues talent from all over the country, OTBC is a great venue to see some great talent at a fraction of the cost of most other clubs in Southern California. For a mere $5.00 I enjoyed the likes of Chicago Blues legend "Stoney B. Blues" and his band, as they rocked the joint with original and well-known Blues hits, and Stoney "You can't hold a great bluesman down" is quite the showman, entertainer, and musician. OTBC is located on the second floor offers outdoor seating so you can groove to the music while eyeballing the people strolling the streets, or indoor seating that is up close and personal for viewing the performers. Seating is the form of standard tables, and high tables to insure all can view the performances. The bar has a reasonable selection of wine and craft beers at reasonable prices; and offers a charcuterie box for $15.00 to enjoy during the show. The owner is very cordial, and his staff are very customer service oriented. My impression of the club is five stars based on the time of day, and the day's experience. I cannot speak for the late night performances; which I hear are a wilder than the matinee concerts. Great time, and plan to frequent this club on a regular basis. Highly recommend for a date; musical experience; or just something different!

I had so much fun enjoying live blues and the warm sunshine on the patio. Although the music was inside, you can hear it perfectly from the patio. The wine was great and our party of 4 had a great time. Service was also wonderful. I love to day drink as opposed to late night drink, so I loved that all the fun was happening early in the day. I'll definitely come back again.

Music, dancing, drinks (no food). Old Town Temecula is charming and bustling. I chose this place because it has Blues in it's name and I the blues ~ music. After visiting a nearby winery, we got to OTBC just when the band, Lil A & the Allnighters, was starting their first set. The band was terrific! Since we got there early, the place was not very busy and there was plenty of room to dance. We spoke with the manager who said that they mainly promote music. YAY! The cover was only $5 per person! I wish this bar music venue was nearer to our home. Clean place, friendly folks, cool paintings of great musicians. We had a beer and a couple of shots. Prices were not bad. They just recently acquired their liquor license. When we left, we walked around Old Town, checking out the plethora of shops and restaurants. We will definitely return for more music & fun.

Such a wonderful, intimate venue. I love the live band karaoke that happens the first Thursday of every month. Make sure to get there early if you want to sign up! It's a $5 cover. VERY reasonable in my opinion! This place is beer and wine only, but I saw that they were applying for their liquor license. I loved the decor in the lace with the paintings! Be advised that the bathroom is down the hall and needs the code. The bouncer knows it and there is a little sign that has the code on it as well.

Ask the Community - The Vibe

Are there reservations available for NYE?

Is this place Kid friendly or just for adults?

21 and over as they check ID and give you an arm band at the door. Great place and awesome bands. Beer and wine only.

    Is a 21 and up?

    All ages

We are going here to watch a band on Superbowl Sunday. Noticed food is not served. Can we bring our own food and/or order from a local restaurant? Thank you

Is there a cover charge to see the bands? If so how much is it?

Most of the time no charge, occasionally Andy gets in a "special artist" and will have to charge but typically only $10 for that, which is a good deal I think, pay more for a movie!

    Do they serve food here?

No, they don't. I wish they did though.

I found out this lounge does late night jazz which worked perfectly for our evening plans and is near where we live. I noted that they just sold beer and wine when booking the ticket so I wasn't expecting a full bar. Tickets were available online and you had the option to select your seats. We arrived for the show and were immediately greeted by Leonard, one of the staff and musicians. He showed us our seats, pointed out the musicians, let us know they'd be starting shortly, and brought us menus with beer, wine, and a few canned cocktail options. The space was small and intimate. The musicians introduced themselves and spoke directly to the crowd before and during their show. It was awesome to feel really immersed in the experience. They did a fantastic job riffing off of each other and giving space to one another for an engaging and entertaining performance. We were really happy to find this gem and hope they can keep putting on these shows.

My husband found this place and was interested because of the live music and it being a jazz place. We ubered there which seemed smart because it's street parking and seemed quite limited. There's a $5 cover on Fridays and Saturdays (I think they have live music both days) and we did not have a reservation. I think if you have a reservation you can get a table in their back area. We were up front with the band. It's a pretty small place, maybe about 5 or 6 high top tables in the front, the bar toward the back, and that back room which we didn't look in. We cozied up until someone left a high top and then hung out there. We ordered some drinks that were specials for the night and some that were regularly on the menu. We had a great time! Drinks were good, I think also reasonably priced. Music went from 7pm to 10pm and we got there around 7:30 and it was good and busy! This definitely feels like a family joint, their mascot is their little chihuahua Wishbone and I love that so much. Owners were fun, kept things going while the band was on break, just overall a really good time. I'm not much of a drinker so I can't speak to the types of liquor, but I definitely was feeling my drinks and couldn't finish my 3rd. If we lived here I think this would become a regular spot for us. What a fun time!

I have been to Zaldas nightclub years ago and it was a fun place. Anyway, looked up on Yelp and found this gem and my friend and I got excited, took an Uber and went straight to the club. We didn't have this much fun in a long time. David was very nice, kind and attentive. Since we had already eaten, we only ordered drinks. We both opted for Coconut Margarita (blended) didn't want to cross the line and get drunk. That is why we took the Uber down there. Smart idea right? Right! They have a dance floor, DJ, and live music. Also a cover charge for entrance. $10.00 which is not bad at all. Other places charge way more..Can't comment on the food, since we didn't eat there. The minute I came back from the restroom to my seat, this lovely elderly gentlemen invited me to dance. Since he was more like my friend's age, she thought that he was about to ask her to dance.. Place was very clean, David checked on us twice, and the feeling/vibe along with the atmosphere was just PERFECT!! The song that the band was playing was "Besame Mucho". I am sure most of you have heard of that song, if you haven't, it's never too late. If I happen to be in Palm Springs again, I will definitely go back to this club. You are never too old to have fun. What attracted me was the Texas Style BBQ and I've read plenty of positive reviews saying the BBQ is legit. Last Saturday on July 4th we made our way to Temecula to dine at the Swing Inn Cafe & BBQ. The town was packed due to a 250th birthday celebration parade. The parade blocked us from getting to the restaurant. We had to wait until it was over which was like 20 minutes. At the hostess station we were advised it would be a 45 minutes wait for a party of 5. The place was busy with customers but the employees did an excellent job in providing great service. 20 minutes later we were seated outside. There were six parties ahead of us but they didn't show when called. Guess they got tired of waiting. I ordered a full rack of the pork spare ribs with smoked beans as my one side. But when I got my food I had an extra side of smoked beans. The ribs were tender, thick and the meat came of the bone easily. It had a nice smokey taste and the smoked beans complimented the meat. I have to admit one of the best spare pork ribs I had in my life. My mom got the chicken fried steak with mash potatoes and gravy. The chicken fried steak was seasoned well and very tender. My step dad ordered Large Brisket plate with coleslaw. And my brother and sister in law both got the 2 meat plate with smoked turkey and brisket with sides of macaroni and cheese and smoked beans. The beef brisket and smoke turkey was very good according to my family. For dessert I got the cinnamon roll a popular item, step dad and mom shared a slice of apple pie and my brother got the coconut cream pie. Everything was very sweet and delicious.
