Cool little spot inside of Vail Headquarters. The normal bartender is friendly and quick with the service. They have rotating beers on tap and my husband always finds an IPA to try. The mixed drinks are delicious and unique and usually very pretty to look at as well. Come here for food next door and grab a drink from The Daisy to enjoy inside or out on the patio!

Beautifully balanced, delicious cocktail made with my favorite Reposado just for asking.

Comfortable and casual spot. Great, creative bartender. Cocktail menu was good, a little tiki heavy for me. I really just wanted a nice, balanced tequila cocktail and simply for the asking, I got one. I will come back for sure.

Not all drinks are created equally here. Depends who it makes it for you. Just watched half a dozen people walk away with what looked like a nice margarita. I got a cup full of ice and literally six sips of a margarita for $13.52. No salt either

Came across The Daisy entirely on accident. We were doing a brewery weekend in Temecula and wanted to check out this food hall. As we made our rounds, entirely too full to get more food, we found The Daisy in the corner. Upon perusal of the menu, we were intrigued by the cocktails and decided to take a load off and have a cocktail in this picturesque little corner of the food hall. Hubby abstained so brother and I each ordered a cocktail. He went with the Panther Hands while I ordered the Ms. Tami Low in honor of my name. Both were elaborately and painstakingly put together by the pleasant bartender. We each agreed that our cocktails were delicious and unlike any we've had elsewhere. Hubby ended up ordering ceviche and aguachile from the place next door so that meant we had time for another cocktail! Brother skipped round 2 but I ordered the Tom Khactail. Whew! I would advocate for The Daisy just based on the merits of this drink. It's literally the Tom Kha (Thai) soup in cocktail form. YUM! It was a nice 1-hour deviation from our plans but not one I'm mad at. Check it out!

Swanky small bar perfect for any occasion. This bar is located in the historic Vail Headquarters which makes it even cooler. You can grab one of their signature cocktails and enjoy it inside or outside the bar. Outside is very charming during long summer days where you can hide from the heat under canopy of trees or come here in the evening and enjoy Vail Headquarters light decorations. There is ample public parking space so no worries with looking for parking. The Daisy's offers good selection of various drinks which include cocktails, wines, beers etc. Whatever you are in mood for, they have it. I would recommend one of their handcrafted cocktails. They are made with great ingredients and taste as good as they look. The cool part about this bar is also the fact that is under the same roof with famous Coockhouse. If you feel like a small nibble with you drink then look no further. I come here for both drinks and foods and highly recommend it!

    A freacking elixir!

Great, great drinks. Good service and movies! Relax, friendly and cool environment and music.

This fun and eclectic bar offers classic cocktails, canned beer, and wine. Attached to the historic Cookhouse at Vail Headquarters, you can grab a solid drink and some delicious BBQ too (their sibling biz is next door - The Smok'd Hog). There are a lot of cool interior features: a neon sign, vintage wallpaper, and a bar counter with an interesting copper penny design. The vibe is funky...like Mad Men meets Grandma's house. The drinks? OUTSTANDING. These bartenders elevate classic cocktails to new heights. I highly recommend the all-black Mezcal Margarita. It looks stunning and tastes even better. The foam-topped whiskey sour is also a local favorite and it comes complete with an amarena cherry on top! The Daisy's motto is "A bar with stuff for people". They are meticulous with their cocktails without taking themselves too seriously. If you like delicious, high quality drinks with a lowbrow vibe, this is the spot.

Love the vibe of this little hideaway tucked in shopping center. Dirt and historic buildings make this feel like country in the city!

We popped in a bit early and it was happy hour time. Although the happy hour menu was not really offered to us until we asked- the happy hour selection is very limited, but the specialty drink of the night was a good change up on regular offerings on happy hour. The happy hour drink was $10.00. As it was so early, just opened on a weekday, we were at the bar all by ourselves. The bar was a bit bright at this time--I think it was so bright as the employees were busy restocking. I have heard during prime time the place is more darkly lit and super busy. Despite the brightness it was fun to marvel at all the cool decors. This place has tons of decorations. Parking can be found on the street. The parking is metered. During prime-time downtown can be challenging to park. Worth a visit just to marvel at the decorations.

Our server last night was very tentative to ours needs and assisted with suggestions. She had a nice accent and she probably could have got us to buy anything, to tell you the truth. The food was good. I liked the light, crispy, and flakiness of the taquitos. The oxtail was sweet, which I did not expect. The churros were brown on the outside and not cooked on the inside, which was disappointing to us. The Birria which was fun to build it, but was a little bland. But the plate was finished. We spent about $85 for these things and an iced tea. I feel like this place doesn't get as much movement as the other restaurants cause it's the furthest from the gaming area. But gets a lot of service when there are conventions or events because it's on that side of the resort. If you have a chance, try it out.

At one point, the server forgot to put in my order, which was fine since we were all full, but it was a bit funny waiting for a burger that wasn't even in the system. We were excited to hear the band, but with some tech difficulties and having been there over an hour, we decided it was time to head out. My server made it such a pleasure to be here! He was so kind and so helpful! My reciept said Mike, so im thinking my server is Mike! I came here to try the apple turnover but decided to try that winning burger also. The rez! This burger had a lot going on but didn't taste "busy". The bun looks like a brioche bun, which i hate, but for some reason this burger bun was soft and buttery. It was pretty good. They had a pepper in it with a light aioli sauce. The patties, I should have asked for medium rare or more on the rare side. So my fault. The patty was pretty dry, but the burger still tastes fantastic. The sauce and everything that came with the burger made the burger as a whole taste juicy and filling! I was thoroughly pleased with my burger. What i really enjoyed were those addictive sweet potato fries. I ate half my portion! Thats far more than the 2 or 3 I usually have! I also got the chicken wings, mango pepper. It was flavorful and good enough. Wings will always just be wings to me. Either its good, or its bad. Now, finally, the apple turnover. Surprisingly, I loved the ice cream part the best. That was a really tasty vanilla bean ice cream scoop I got. I loved the flakiness of the pastry and the apple filling was subtle. I could always use more apples and a bit more cinnamon but with all that it came with I think it balanced out nicely. Overall, what I ordered and with the excellent service, I will be sure to come again. I greatly enjoyed my time here even if I was dining for one and with my dogs, but isn't that always the case for me? Im 90% of the time dining for one! This is why food and atmosphere should be excellent for the loner diners! Lol!
